Introduce the initiative to the whole organization.
No-code projects aren’t driven solely by IT or business — they need support from both. Each side needs a sponsor who understands the platform and the benefits no-code brings to the organization.
Find your champions.
Find the people who are excited about no-code development. Start with your sponsors and recruit people who are passionate about technology.
Get developers on board.
Some developers will resist the introduction of a no-code initiative because they see it as a threat. Convince them you’re not trying to take away their jobs — rather, you’re trying to help them.
Set up guardrails.
To get people involved in no-code, make the process inviting. Don’t create onerous sets of rules. But do institute reasonable guardrails to keep the program organized.
