The Technical Support team is responsible for educating and empowering Swapcard customers on a global level. Our job starts even before they become our customers: as soon as they visit Swapcard’s website, we are there to guide them through conversations every step of the way to ensure they get the most value out of our product.

Missions and Scope

- Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers – we use Intercom conversations to do most of our support, but you’ll also be talking to customers via video calls every now and then (webinars etc.)
- Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, or escalation to the appropriate SME when needed
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Swapcard works and what it is capable of for all user types and plans

About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) you'll work directly with clients and our internal delivery teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how work gets done. You’ll own projects end-to-end: scoping ambiguous problems, prototyping AI workflows, and deploying scalable systems on top of our products — all while interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

About the role
As Faire’s inaugural GRC Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling our governance, risk, and compliance program from the ground up. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to establish the frameworks, processes, and controls that strengthen our security, privacy, and compliance posture.

What You’ll Do:

_Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Braze’s Customer Lifecycle, Identity & Permissions (CLIP) team is responsible for the core authentication and authorization functionality in Braze’s product and also builds tools that allow us to effectively onboard, offboard, and manage our customers at scale. Nature of Work
Under general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty supporting the strategic function and administration of the enterprise network infrastructure. This includes Campus, Datacenter, Remote Sites, Cloud, and third-party network connectivity. Services include VoIP, Switching, Routing, VPN, Firewall, Virtual Networking, Wireless and related systems throughout the County; performs related work as assigned.
Occasional after-hours work may be required to address urgent issues, perform system maintenance, or implement planned upgrades. Establishing and following best practices for user support and system changes is critical to maintaining operational efficiency. This position also requires close collaboration with other Information Technology support teams to ensure seamless integration and effective problem resolution across different technical areas.
Please note:Presently, this position is up to 75% remote work and 25% minimum in office time. When working remotely, 1 hour response time is required for urgent IT matters and is subject to change at any time.
The full range for this position is$76,684.00 - $111,785.00 annually. Starting salary will depend on qualifications. This position is exempt from overtime.
This position will require the successful completion of a Criminal Justice Information Services fingerprint and background clearance within 90 days of employment, this must be maintained throughout employment.
Typical Duties

- Oversees the purchase, installation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure equipment and/or software
- Analyzes, administers and maintains voice, video, and/or communication circuits
- Maintains network devices by applying patches and performing firmware upgrades
- Maintains network security and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures
- Configures switches, routers, firewalls, network taps, and cryptographic devices
- Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance
- Develops and maintains internal knowledge transfer and network topology documentation
- Maintains lifecycle asset management of infrastructure hardware, software, warranty, maintenance, and support
- Participates and may lead in special projects as required
- Occasional participation in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours
- Evaluate risk and vulnerability reports
- Participate in change management meetings

- Participate in technical RFPs/RFIs
- Responsible for Cisco Call Manager enterprise services that may include Emergency Operations Support (Hotline creation, call trees, etc.)
- Responsible for up-to-date infrastructure documentation of countywide communication circuits and services across the County
- Interfaces with vendors during special projects requiring professional services
- Conducts research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain well-informed of developments in the network and security industry, technologies, and best practices then provides knowledge-based recommendations to management
- Maintains and reviews infrastructure contracts with leadership
- Responds to customer tickets regarding requests and/or issues
- Participate in disaster recovery administration and routine testing to ensure continuity of services
- Performs phone set changes/moves/adds/deletes and related programming
- Participates in cost analysis, department budgeting, short- and long-range planning and development of departmental objectives

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science or related field, with four years of increasingly responsible experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure, including two years of lead administration; OR any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Additional Requirements: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or higher. Ability to obtain Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification within 18 months of hire date.

The Lead Network Administrator will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our data communications network using skills and expertise to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment, ensuring seamless network operations. This role will be responsible for the relay protection & control engineering including detailed design for high voltage substation and transmission projects through 500kV. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilizes understanding of the NEC, NESC, NEMA, ANSI, IEEE, industry standard work practices, client standards, and/or other applicable guidelines to complete engineering designs.
- Provide technical support for clients and support regional business development initiatives as a technical resource under the direction of the Department Manager.

- As critical members of Cloudflare’s Public Sector Sales team, Solutions Engineers drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep our customers happy.

Qualifications
Must-have
4–7+ years in analytics engineering / data engineering / BI engineering, including end-to-end ownership of ELT→dbt→BI.
Proficiency with: SQL (advanced), dbt, a major warehouse (Snowflake), and at least one BI platform (Looker/Tableau/Metabase/Mode).
Git-based CI/CD, Terraform, Docker.
Strong Python skills for light transformations and connector development; Airflow/Prefect/Dagster for orchestration.
Experience designing semantic layers (LookML, Metrics Layer, dbt semantic models).
Experience integrating healthcare data (EMR/RCM/claim/eligibility/scheduling/patient engagement); working knowledge of HL7/FHIR and healthcare data quirks (encounters, payers, CPT/ICD, denials).
HIPAA/PHI practices (de-identification, RBAC, audit logs) and vendor BAA familiarity.
Strong stakeholder skills: requirements gathering, translating KPIs, and documentation.
Nice-to-have
Data reliability tooling (Great Expectations/Monte Carlo/Elementary).
Background with CRM/support tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zendesk) and marketing/scheduling data.
