Role Summary
Onsite frontend developer responsible for building a high-fidelity, self-guided click-through demo of the Client Spend Clarity platform using Adobe Experience Manager. The demo supports sales enablement, marketing, and training, and uses static/sample data only with no live system integration.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and refine AEM-based frontend experiences for a static-data click-through demo.
• Implement approved UX/UI designs and client brand standards using AEM templates, components, and experience fragments.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Handling level 2-3 support cases, working directly with Thales customers, partners and Sales Engineers.
- Escalating customer's technical product issues to the Thales Engineering department and working with them to achieve a resolution.
- Analyzing Support case trends and customer requirements while working with the Product Teams to help enhance the product.
- Assessing the customer's technical environment and requirements while managing expectations and following through on solutions or consulting on deployments.
- Mentor Level 1 Engineers; consult on their cases and assist with escalation issues.
- Be proactive with all the latest technologies concerning Imperva's products and the underlying technologies and disseminate this knowledge to the other engineers.
- Contribute to the Imperva knowledge base, writing guides, technical how-to articles, etc.
- This role will need to be able to cover the Sunday to Thursday shift specifically.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of high-level Technical Support experience with an additional 2 years of experience working with Security or Network related products.
- Excellent Customer Support skills coupled with a BSCS Degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience working with Internet Security and Networking Technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, Proxies and Firewalls and experience with Relational Databases ( MsSQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2).
- Prior experience with Linux and other Unix operating systems.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with hands-on experience in NICE Actimize (ActOne/RCM), Java development, SQL, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile enterprise environment. This role will support a Financial Crimes Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform (ActOne / RCM are firm requirements)).
- Build and maintain ActOne/RCM Java plug-ins, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Develop high-quality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.

About the Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer at Fieldguide, you will be a trusted, high-performing contributor who leads complex infrastructure initiatives and meaningfully improves team velocity. You will design and maintain the cloud foundation that powers our product, serving as a technical owner for critical areas of our infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with product engineers to build reliable, secure, and scalable systems while beginning to shape team norms around quality and automation.

Design, build, and maintain core platform infrastructure to support scalable, reliable, and secure services across engineering teams.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to ensure consistent, reliable environments.
