GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Quality Measures (eQM) ETL/SQL Engineer (Remote) to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure. This role performs front end web application development, source control management, manages backend web service development and migration, and provides database support. This position leads web development architecture, resolves advanced issues, and drives performance enhancements. This is a fully remote position and within the United States.

Responsibilities

Designs, models, documents, and guides the logical and conceptual relationship of data and database changes for complex applications. Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional expertise (or commensurate experience)
• Front end web application development (HTML, JavaScript - including Vue, Angular, etc., CSS - including Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc).

Posted Pay Range

The Opportunity

The Business Excellence Leader is critical to evolve the support for and accelerate growth of the Infrastructure Advisory organization at Black & Veatch.
