This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in RPA development and platform management, with a proven ability to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs through automation. Your Responsibilities

- Ensure all automation solutions meet internal compliance and governance standards, with proper documentation and version control.

Required Skills and Experience

- 4+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher

- Amazon AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher

- Experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate

- Expertise in building end-to-end RPA solutions and automations for various business processes (e.g., data extraction, form processing, system integrations, OCR).

- Strong knowledge of process automation tools, scripts, and workflow management.

- Proven experience in managing and maintaining RPA platforms.
