We are looking for a growth oriented and experienced Senior Manager, Web Strategy to join our high performing marketing web team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing web strategies with cross functional stakeholders that are able to deliver against the project goals. As a Senior Manager, Web Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the user journey and experience, enhancing brand visibility, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of web strategies that align with the project goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to create site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programs, ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to execute.
• Operate as a player/coach, managing a small team while owning your own projects end to end.
• Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of our members and site visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships (Analytics, Engineering, and Consumer Insights) and use those insights to inform site strategy.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team on SEO initiatives and content opportunities that improve website visibility and performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of website management and strategy experience.
• Driven with a growth mindset who can take ownership and operate as a pace setter. 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS (Wordpress), A/B testing tools, site analytics and other business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals and the interaction between site architecture and content to deliver organic traffic performance.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.

Pay Transparency

The base compensation range for this role is:

$115,000 - $176,000 USD

The Role

The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for participating in the integration and test of GM Connectivity, Telematics, and Infotainment products.  The engineer will work closely with requirements and development teams to understand functional and interface specifications to create written test cases. The position requires the creation of automated test scripts to automate appropriate test cases. The engineer will also work with software development teams on integration and triage of issues as well as coordinating test activities with external validation organizations. The position requires strong working knowledge automotive CAN and FSA messaging. The engineer will need to be comfortable with configuring hardware, flashing software, and using automotive bus analyzers to read/write messages on the vehicle network.

Specialized Experience:
