Who We Hire
We don't use "A-player" loosely. Here's what it actually means at Giga:
Antifragile. You don't just survive chaos, you get better because of it. When things break, change, or move sideways, you don't freeze. You adapt faster than the problem evolves.
High Agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, you fill it. If something is blocking progress, you find a way around it, over it, or through it without asking for permission.
Executors. Ideas are cheap. We hire people who ship. You're the person who turns a whiteboard sketch into something real while everyone else is still scheduling the next meeting about it.
Bias to Action. Perfect is the enemy of done. You'd rather make a decision with 80% of the information and course correct than sit around waiting for 100% that never comes.
Speed. We move fast because the opportunity demands it. You're not reckless, but you understand that in this industry, the team that moves fastest wins. And you like winning.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong Flutter and Angular experience to join our Patient Digital Services team. - Experience with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows, including PKCE and token handling
- Solid understanding of iOS and Android platform nuances - deep links, universal links, push notifications, app signing
- RESTful API integration experience
- Comfortable working on existing production codebases, not just greenfield projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed and offshore teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, HIPAA-aware, or regulated data environments
- Familiarity with feature flag tooling (e.g., Split.io)
- Prior work on patient portals, scheduling, or insurance verification workflows

Work Where It's Best for You
Work Anywhere means you can work in an office or at home on any given day. It's about getting the work done in the way and place that works best for each person. This applies across all locations and departments.
Work Anywhere does not mean work at any time. We have predictable core hours where employees are generally available for meetings and collaboration. Employees are focused and available during core hours.
We invest in our offices to make them places where our employees like to go. If you work in the office three or more days a week, you will have a dedicated office workspace. Our offices function as hubs to draw people in, create social bonds, and where random connections and mixing of ideas happen. We're investing more in offices, culture, and offsite meetings, not less.
Product teams are organized in regional product hubs for optimal collaboration and live within a time zone of their hub. Our current product hubs are located in Pleasanton, Columbus, Boston, Kansas City, New York City, Raleigh, and Toronto. We create opportunities for teams to get together in person regularly.
Customer-facing roles, such as Sales and Professional Services, live near and/or travel to their customers.
When an employee moves within a country it does not cause a change in salary. Where you live impacts you and your family. Not knowing if your compensation will change if you move can cause stress and uncertainty for everyone. We wanted to eliminate that.
Work at Veeva. Work where it's best for you.

- Advocate – Speak up for the user while keeping business goals in mind. Great design happens when both thrive.
- Commit – Own your work from idea to launch. Sketch, test, tweak, and bring your best ideas to life.
- Optimize – Try, learn, repeat. Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion.
- Communicate – Keep everyone in the loop. Clear goals, good storytelling, and strong teamwork make all the difference.
- Evaluate – Check what’s working (and what’s not). Smart insights help us make better, more user-friendly products.
- Expand – Partner with engineering to integrate new payment methods and deepen our Stripe integration capabilities.
- Collaborate – Join a culture that encourages sharing work early and often with fellow designers and cross-functional partners.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years shipping product design work on a team
- Solid visual design fundamentals: consistency, color, typography, responsive layouts
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering
- Comfort working within existing design systems
- Hypothesis-driven curiosity
- Excellent English skills
- A portfolio with real case studies
Nice to Have
- Growth-stage company experience ($10MM–$100MM ARR)
- Pod/squad team structures
- A/B testing and experiment-driven design
- Fintech or ecommerce background

About 5W Public Relations
5W Public Relations is one of the largest independently owned PR and digital marketing agencies in the United States. Founded in 2003, 5WPR serves clients across consumer, technology, health, beauty, finance, gaming, cannabis, crisis, and digital marketing practices. Named PR Agency of the Year by the American Business Awards, a Top 50 Global PR Agency by PRovoke Media, and Digiday WorkLife Employer of the Year.
5WPR owns the leading independent publication covering the public relations industry, published continuously since January 2009. We are now expanding our owned media network across the verticals we serve — giving 5W category-defining editorial authority in every practice area and making us the first PR firm to systematically build LLM citation authority at scale.
The Role
The publishing engine. This person makes everything actually ship. You are the back-end operator across all 5W-owned properties and our growing network of owned media. WordPress, schema implementation, internal linking, social scheduling, Search Console — all of it runs through you. Without this role in seat, our expanded network cannot go live.
This is not a writing role. It is a systems and execution role for someone who is deeply detail-oriented, technically fluent in modern publishing tools, and takes personal accountability for content going live correctly and on time.
What You Will Own
- Publishing content across all 5W-owned properties and our owned media network on schedule — every piece, every day
- WordPress back-ends across all properties — plugins, updates, user permissions, security
- Schema and structured data implementation on every post using templates provided
- Image upload, formatting, alt text, and compression for page speed on every piece
- Internal linking — every piece published gets contextual links to relevant 5wpr.com practice pages
- Social scheduling in coordination with the social team
- Submission to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools after every publish
- Sitemap generation, broken link monitoring, redirects, and 404 management across all properties
What You Need
- 3–5 years in content operations, WordPress administration, or digital publishing
- Deep WordPress fluency — plugins, custom fields, user roles, security — you have administered WordPress sites, not just posted to them
- Basic HTML/CSS — you can fix a formatting issue without calling a developer
- Familiarity with schema templates — you can apply them correctly even if not writing from scratch
- Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics comfort
- Obsessive attention to detail — nothing ships wrong, nothing ships late
