In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Design Quality Control Plan (DQCP).
- Coordinate with the DoR and design team to ensure compliance with USACE standards, UFCs, UFGS, and applicable codes (e.g., IBC, NFPA).
- Ensure integration of design with construction planning and scheduling.
- Manage internal design reviews, including discipline-specific checklists and independent technical reviews (ITR/ATR).
- Certify that all design submittals are complete, accurate, and conform to contract requirements.
- Ensure all submittals are properly formatted, bookmarked, and submitted via RMS and DrChecks.
- Maintain records of all design reviews, comment resolutions, and certifications.

- Ensure all design deliverables meet the requirements of ER 1110-1-8155, ER 1110-2-1150, and EM 385-1-1.

- Support the integration of BIM/CIM deliverables and ensure compliance with USACE Minimum Modeling Matrix (M3).

Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Job Description
We have multiple openings for a Nuclear Procurement Engineer, responsible for evaluating and procuring equipment, parts, and components to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and upgrade of nuclear facility structures, systems, and components. The scope of work will also include evaluation and procurement of services for the design, maintenance, and construction of systems and structures which are critical to nuclear safety. This position will report programmatically to the Operations Engineering Lead in the Superblock. This position is in the Defense Technologies Engineering Division (DTED) within the Engineering Directorate.

As Quality Assurance Manager for NUTRAFOL, you will be responsible for leading the Consumer Complaint/Adverse Event Management Program.
