bitcoindefifull-timeproductproduct manager
Babylon is looking to hire a DeFi Product Lead to join their team. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote with no geographical restrictions. Work remotely from anywhere.
What we’re building
Nethermind is building an AI-driven security product line that helps protocols and developers find vulnerabilities earlier, cheaper, and faster:
AuditAgent: AI-assisted smart contract vulnerability detection and insight generation for pre-audits and security workflows.
AgentArena: a platform where multiple independent audit agents can run in parallel, with an arbiter/triage layer to deduplicate findings and score severity fairly.
This role owns product strategy and execution for these products and the next wave of features/products in the same direction (e.g., CI integrations, remediation workflows, benchmarks/evals, agent marketplace mechanics, enterprise offerings).
What we need
A proactive, hands-on Product Manager who can lead AI + security + developer platform products end-to-end: from discovery → roadmap → shipping → adoption → iteration.
You’ll work closely with:
- External users: protocol teams, security leads, CTOs, developers
- Security researchers/auditors, AI/agent engineers, and platform engineers
- BD/partnerships, marketing, and ops
Role & Responsibilities
1. Own vision, roadmap, and outcomes
- Own the mission and long-term vision for AuditAgent and AgentArena.
- Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing user value, model/agent quality, and engineering constraints.
- Define and track product success metrics (see “Success looks like…”).
2. Product discovery & positioning (users + market)
- Build deep understanding of user needs by interviewing:
- Protocol teams shipping to mainnet
- Audit customers and Nethermind Security auditors
- Agent builders/security researchers
- Clarify product positioning: “pre-audit copilot” (AuditAgent) vs “multi-agent auditing platform” (AgentArena).
3. Ship features that increase trust + utility in security workflows
For AuditAgent:
- Improve the developer workflow for vulnerability detection + findings quality (clarity, repro guidance, attack scenarios, etc.).
- Drive integrations (CI/CD, repo scanning, reporting formats) and “fix-verify-rerun” loops.
For AgentArena:
- Own the product mechanics for multi-agent parallel audits and fair evaluation (including arbiter/triage workflows).
- Build the “two-sided platform” experience: agent builders (supply) + protocols (demand).
- Partner with engineering to evolve scoring/severity, deduplication, and dispute handling.
4. Create the evaluation + data flywheel
- Define benchmarks/evals for vulnerability detection quality (precision/recall proxies, severity accuracy, duplicate rates, time-to-signal).
- Set up feedback loops from real audits and user outcomes into product improvements (without compromising confidentiality).
5. Monetization and go-to-market
- Define packaging and pricing (self-serve, team, enterprise; usage-based credits; platform fees; bounties/reward splits).
- Drive GTM with the BD team: how these tools complement audits and expand customer funnel.
6. Execution excellence
- Write clear product requirements and coordinate delivery with engineering.
- Run weekly execution cadence (milestones, risks, tradeoffs).
- Maintain high bar on security, privacy, and reliability for developer trust.
- Success looks like (example KPIs)
- Pick a small set and own them:
- Revenue growth: new MRR/ARR and conversion to paid
- Retention & expansion: NRR/GRR, seat/usage expansion, enterprise renewals
- Time-to-value: time to first scan → first actionable finding → verified fix
- Adoption at scale: weekly active teams/repos, CI integration rate, cohort retention
- Unit economics: compute cost per $ revenue (gross margin) and support cost per account
- Trust as a growth lever: accepted/validated finding rate and low false positives (quality that drives renewals)
- (AgentArena) Platform health: paid demand + active competitive agents, fast time-to-results, low dispute rate
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management (or equivalent) shipping developer-facing software (B2B SaaS / tooling / platforms)
- Strong familiarity with Ethereum smart contracts and security mindset (Solidity, common vuln classes, audit process)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with researchers/engineers and translate ambiguity into shipped product
- Strong written communication (PRDs, specs, launch notes)
- Comfort with AI/agent products: evaluation thinking, prompt/agent iteration cycles, quality measurement
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with smart contract auditing tools/workflows
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems, LLM evals, or building marketplaces/two-sided platforms
- Experience with security triage/severity frameworks and report standardization
Working model
- Remote-first, globally distributed team.
What we’re building
Nethermind is building an AI-driven security product line that helps protocols and developers find vulnerabilities earlier, cheaper, and faster:
AuditAgent: AI-assisted smart contract vulnerability detection and insight generation for pre-audits and security workflows.
AgentArena: a platform where multiple independent audit agents run in parallel, with an arbiter/triage layer to deduplicate findings and score severity fairly.
This role is critical to our quality layer: you will validate AI-generated findings, filter out false positives, and ensure customers receive high-signal, actionable security insights.
What we need
A hands-on Web3 Security Triager who can evaluate smart contract vulnerabilities found by AI systems, participate in public audit competitions, and help improve our detection quality over time.
You’ll work closely with:
- Product and engineering teams building AuditAgent and AgentArena
- Security researchers and auditors at Nethermind Security
- External protocols and audit competition platforms (Code4rena, Sherlock, Cantina, etc.)
Role & Responsibilities
1. Triage AI-generated findings (AgentArena)
- Review and validate vulnerability reports generated by AI agents
- Filter false positives to ensure customers receive only high-quality, actionable findings
- Classify severity and provide clear reasoning for each decision
- Maintain fast turnaround without sacrificing accuracy
2. Run AuditAgent in public audit competitions
- Execute AuditAgent on live contests (Code4rena, Sherlock, Cantina, and similar platforms)
- Triage the output: validate real bugs, discard noise
- Write Proof of Concept (PoC) code for valid findings using AI coding tools
- Submit validated findings and track results to measure tool performance
3. Improve detection quality through feedback
- Share insights with the product and engineering team on common false positive patterns
- Propose new triage strategies, automation ideas, and process improvements
- Help build internal benchmarks and quality metrics based on real-world results
4. Document and communicate results (nice to have)
- Write internal reports summarizing competition outcomes and tool performance
- Contribute to public content (blog posts, case studies) showcasing AuditAgent/AgentArena capabilities
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Web3 security: common vulnerability classes in smart contracts (reentrancy, access control, oracle manipulation, etc.)
- Proficiency in Solidity: ability to read, understand, and reason about contract logic and potential exploits
- Proficiency with AI coding tools: hands-on experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar — you should already be using AI to accelerate your workflow
- Ability to write PoC exploits: demonstrate valid bugs with working proof-of-concept code (using AI assistance is expected and encouraged)
- Strong attention to detail: triage requires careful analysis and clear severity reasoning
- Proactive and creative mindset: you’ll be expected to suggest improvements, not just execute tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with Solana / Rust smart contract security
- Prior participation in audit competitions (Code4rena, Sherlock, Immunefi, etc.)
- Background in security research or junior auditing roles
- Writing skills: ability to clearly document findings or write public-facing content
- Familiarity with common security tools (Slither, Foundry, etc.)
Working model
- Remote-first, globally distributed team.

About Plasma
Plasma is a purpose built blockchain for stablecoin payments, engineered for scale, speed, and security. We rebuilt the stack from first principles to support the next generation of real financial applications.
The network is fast, reliable, and fully EVM compatible using Reth as the execution layer. We created PlasmaBFT, our own high performance consensus protocol, and reached the cost efficiency and predictability required for real economic activity at scale.
We believe stablecoins will reshape global finance and expand access to a more open financial system. But they need purpose built infrastructure that reflects how stablecoins move, settle, and operate. That is what we are building.
We are redefining how money moves.
Team Culture
At Plasma, you join a team that is rewriting how the world interacts with money. We hire people who are relentless about their craft and expect that same standard from everyone around them.
This is where you will do the hardest and most meaningful work of your career. We work with trust, clarity, and ambition. Everyone owns their craft, moves with urgency, and contributes beyond their lane. We back each other, we debate hard, and we hold a high bar for what great looks like.
Plasma is built for people who thrive on challenge and want to leave a mark.
About Plasma One
Plasma One is our flagship consumer product: a neo-bank that bridges traditional finance and crypto into a single, seamless experience. Users hold dollars as USD₮ to spend, send, and earn, all from one mobile app.
We’re building for people underserved by legacy banking: those who need faster cross-border payments, better rates on their savings, and a product that doesn’t penalize them with hidden fees. The team is building rapidly toward launch, with a clear path to scale.
This is consumer fintech on crypto rails. The blockchain is invisible; what users see is a product that’s faster, cheaper, and actually works for them.
The Product design team
The design team at Plasma is intentionally small, senior, and deeply embedded in the product. Today, it is led by a single designer working across the entire Plasma One surface area, from core money movement flows to foundational design systems. You would be the second designer to join, stepping into a role with real ownership from day one. Design is a first-class input into product direction, technical tradeoffs, and how users come to trust Plasma with their money.
You will help define how design operates here, including how decisions are made, how work is reviewed, how quality holds under speed, and how a coherent system emerges as the product scales. There is no legacy process to inherit and no large team to disappear into. The work you do will set the standard for everything that follows. The team works in tight partnership with engineering, and designers are expected to think in systems, understand real constraints, and push for clarity where ambiguity is costly. The bar is high, feedback is direct, and impact is immediate. This role is for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape both a product and a design culture from near zero.
What you will do
- Shape how people trust Plasma One, crafting the surfaces that make a new financial system feel safe, clear, and predictable in everyday use.
- Lead end-to-end product design across core money movement flows, distilling complex systems into simple, reliable interactions that people depend on.
- Establish and evolve a coherent design language that scales across platforms and products, strengthens our sense of reliability, and reduces ambiguity for engineering.
- Transform research and user insight into instinctive, high clarity decisions that guide the product forward and deepen our understanding of what trust means in a financial context.
- Partner with engineering and product to deliver stable, polished features. Set a shared vision early, resolve edge cases with precision, and reduce design-related rework through tight alignment.
- Create moments of clarity, calm, and delight that turn confidence into genuine product love, helping Plasma One become part of a user’s core financial stack.
- Improve critical journeys such as onboarding and sending money, removing friction that holds users back and elevating the sense of reliability at every touchpoint.
- Pioneer new ways to make a stablecoin-powered financial product feel intuitive and essential, shaping a system that users choose not just because it works, but because they trust it.
Who you are
- Senior and hands-on, with a portfolio of shipped work that solves real problems.
- Thinks in first principles, comfortable taking things from zero to one.
- Strong taste and judgement, grounded in user outcomes not trends.
- A generalist who can independently drive features from concept to production.
- Comfortable in fast-moving teams; with the ability to maintain quality under pressure.
Nice to have
- Background at top consumer fintechs.
- Experience scaling products rapidly (high demand / large waitlists).
- Experience joining close to a public launch and still shipping smoothly.
- Familiar with crypto and stablecoins, or eager to get up to speed.
Salary and Benefits
At Plasma, we provide each team member with the tools they need to succeed. Benefits for full-time employees include:
- Above market salary plus token compensation.
- Premium health insurance for you and your family fully covered by Plasma.
- Monthly wellness budget, whether for the gym, therapy, sauna & massage.
- A beautiful London HQ with gym access and daily food, for those who thrive in an office environment.
- All the tools and tech you need to operate at your best.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support if you are joining the London office from abroad.
We look after you.
Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. Any personal information you provide during the recruitment process will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws.
Circle is looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in Ireland.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure supporting the next-generation blockchain for stablecoins. You will work closely with 4 of our wonderful DevOps engineers, valuing technical ambition and ownership.
What you will do
- Own the reliability roadmap: lead the architectural evolution of our production systems toward higher availability, graceful degradation, and predictable failure recovery.
- Redesign for resilience: identify brittleness in existing infrastructure and drive systematic improvements, such as chaos engineering, redundancy patterns, and blast-radius reduction.
- Elevate observability: transform our monitoring from system health to risk awareness, ensuring we catch issues before they escalate to incidents.
- Strengthen operational rigour: improve our runbooks, incident response protocols, and post-mortem practices to compound reliability gains over time.
- Mentor and uplift the team: share hard-won lessons from operating at scale, raise the collective bar, and nurture a culture of ownership.
- Partner across engineering: work with protocol, client, and backend teams to bake reliability in at the design phase.
Who you are
- You have 10+ years of operating distributed systems at scale, ideally at companies where uptime was existential: big tech, HFT, exchanges, or blockchain infrastructure.
- You bring system design depth: you’ve architected platforms for fault tolerance, not just deployed them, and can articulate trade-offs across availability, consistency, and latency.
- You have a battle-tested intuition for failure: you know what breaks under load, under partition, under adversarial conditions, and you design accordingly.
- You are fluent in Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure, but you think in terms of architecture, not just tooling.
- You’ve led reliability transformations before, taking production systems from “good enough” to “financial-grade.”
- You lead through influence, not authority; you elevate teams without diminishing the work that came before.
Nice to have
- Production blockchain experience: running L1/L2 infrastructure, validator operations, or RPC networks at scale.
- Background in HFT, trading systems, or fintech where latency and uptime directly impact P&L.
- Experience with formal SRE practices: error budgets, SLOs, capacity planning, and incident management at scale.
- Familiarity with Rust-based systems, consensus protocols, or indexing infrastructure.
- Track record of building reliability culture: not just systems, but the practices and mindsets that sustain them.
What’s in it for you
At Plasma, we give you the environment and tools to do the best work of your life.

SaucerSwap Labs is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer who can both design and build high-performance DeFi interfaces on Hedera.
Remote · Full-time, Contract · ¥ 23.38M – ¥ 29.79M.
Job Details
- Employment type: Full-time, Contract
- Seniority: Senior
- Job function: Engineering

Job Description
SaucerSwap Labs builds and maintains the products behind SaucerSwap on Hedera—web and mobile apps, APIs, and analytics—and contributes to the DAO-governed SaucerSwap Protocol. The protocol has processed over $5 billion in trades across hundreds of tokens, delivering fast, low-fee swaps with open-source transparency. We’re hiring an experienced frontend engineer to design, build, and optimize the next generation of Hedera-native DeFi interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain SaucerSwap’s web application in React/TypeScript across trading, pools, portfolio, and analytics views.
- Design and implement end-to-end user flows (e.g., swap, LP, farm, wallet onboarding) from low/medium-fidelity mockups to polished production UI.
- Create and refine components and patterns in Figma and implement them as reusable, well-documented React components.
- Develop clean, responsive, mobile-friendly UIs with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, feedback states, and UX for both power users and newcomers.
- Help evolve and maintain our design system and visual identity in both design and code: tokens, typography, spacing, states, interaction patterns, and component library.
- Implement performant data visualizations (charts, tables, dashboards) to clearly communicate volume, TVL, liquidity, and on-chain activity.
- Integrate UI/frontend components with our APIs and smart contracts: wallet connections, transaction flows, optimistic updates, and status/state handling.
- Maintain high code quality: type safety, modular components, tests (unit/integration), linting, and accessibility best practices.

- Solid grasp of design principles: layout systems (Grid/Flex), spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction/feedback states.
- Expertise in responsive layout and styling (CSS, Tailwind, or CSS-in-JS) with familiarity in accessibility fundamentals.
- Experience working directly in Figma (or similar): components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens.
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend tooling: module bundlers, CI pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library or similar).
- Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs and handling dynamic or high-frequency data in the UI.
- Familiarity with web3 frontend patterns: wallet connections, signing flows, transaction lifecycle states, and basic EVM concepts.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async team, owning features from idea → design → implementation → iteration/deployment.
Nice to Haves:
- Direct experience building DeFi or trading interfaces (DEXs, aggregators, portfolio dashboards)
- Experience with charting/visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3, TradingView or similar)
- Mobile experience (React Native or responsive web optimized for mobile-first DeFi users)
- Performance and security awareness: mitigations for phishing vectors, unsafe signing patterns, and UI/UX-driven user errors
- Experience on Hedera, other EVM chains, or with libraries/wallets in that ecosystem
Compensation:
- Remote-only, independent contractor; flexible hours with availability for global calls
- ¥ 23.38M – ¥ 29.79M per year, paid bi-weekly on invoice
- Payment in ¥ (Japanese Yen)
How to Apply:
- Cover letter summarizing relevant frontend and DeFi/web3 experience
- Resume/CV with links to GitHub and shipped products (live URLs or demos)
- Brief write-up of a frontend UI/UX or performance issue you diagnosed and solved
- Your timezone and availability
Please send your application to Discord server.

Job Summary
SaucerSwap Labs is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer who can both design and build high-performance DeFi interfaces on Hedera.
Remote · Full-time, Contract · $150-190k.
Job Details
- Employment type: Full-time, Contract
- Seniority: Senior
- Job function: Engineering
- Team: Engineering
- Profile and optimize performance (bundle size, load times, layout shifts/render paths) to keep the app fast under heavy load and network spikes.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, protocol engineers, and the community to iterate quickly on UX and ship features end-to-end from spec/idea to production.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, including 2+ years with React and TypeScript.
- Proven track record/portfolio of complex, user-facing production web apps (SPAs or similar) showing strong implementation quality and UI/UX thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build: you can sketch flows, mock up screens/components in Figma, and then implement them in code.
- $150k-$190k per year, paid bi-weekly on invoice
- Payment in USD
How to Apply:
- Cover letter summarizing relevant frontend and DeFi/web3 experience
- Resume/CV with links to GitHub and shipped products (live URLs or demos)
- Brief write-up of a frontend UI/UX or performance issue you diagnosed and solved
- Your timezone and availability
Please send your application to Discord server.

CoW DAO is on a mission to protect Ethereum users from MEV and optimize trade execution across DeFi. We achieve this through the CoW Protocol, CoW Swap (a leading intent-based DEX aggregator), and the innovative MEV Blocker, which together help secure, aggregate, and route trades for optimal outcomes. We also fund values-aligned projects via the CoW Grants Program.
