About Filecoin Foundation
Filecoin Foundation (FF) is an independent organization that facilitates governance of the Filecoin network, funds critical development projects, supports the growth of the Filecoin ecosystem, and advocates for Filecoin and the decentralized web. In 2017, the creators of Filecoin envisioned that an independent Filecoin Foundation would serve as the long-term governance body for the Filecoin Ecosystem. They gave the Foundation the mandate to “grow an open ecosystem for decentralized storage” and to “give developers an open and sustainable platform to build, enhance and monetize those services.” They wanted the Foundation to be modeled on Foundations for other open source projects like the Apache Software Foundation, the Mozilla Foundation and the Linux Foundation. The Filecoin Foundation operates independently of Protocol Labs, the organization that designed and built the Filecoin network. As a member of our early-stage team, you will have the opportunity to help define our growth as the organization scales. At Filecoin Foundation, we are a fully remote organization and support a remote, collaborative, and inclusive working culture from anywhere in the world.
The Role
This is our first commercial growth senior hire scaling our go-to-market work.
You will own demand, pipeline, and revenue execution. Not manage, but own. You’ll build the system, run it yourself at first, and scale only when revenue justifies it. This is a scrappy role for someone who has built from zero before and prefers execution over abstraction. You’ll work directly with executives in the Filecoin ecosystem and our GTM Enterprise Growth Lead to define and execute revenue strategy.
What You’ll Do
1. Generate Commercial Pipeline with our Enterprise Growth Lead (Hands-On)
- Work with the Enterprise Growth Lead to define ICPs and sharpen positioning.
- Build inbound from scratch (technical content, SEO, ecosystem visibility, marketplace presence).
- Support outbound with messaging, campaigns, and tooling.
- Improve conversion from MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
- Track everything. Fix what’s broken. Repeat.
2. Close & Support Revenue with the GTM team
- Run enterprise conversations early.
- Help move technical deals forward alongside founders.
- Build basic but disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene
- Work with the Enterprise Growth Lead to turn post-launch interest into signed contracts.
You’re comfortable in early sales cycles and technical buyer environments.
3. Own and Build the Commercial Function
No premature structures until true customer demand and growth hits
As revenue milestones are hit, you will:
- Bring along AEs when pipeline can support quota.
- Work with Solutions Engineers when technical load demands it.
- Help staff up on BDRs when outbound becomes repeatable.
- Evaluate Demand Gen support once inbound channels prove ROI.
4. Drive Ecosystem & Marketplace Traction
Distribution matters.
- Ship unilateral, documentation-first integrations to match competitor ecosystem presence.
- Prioritize visibility in key developer tools.
- Get listed and transactable on major cloud marketplaces.
- Track marketplace-sourced revenue.
We prefer shipping integrations over negotiating slow BD deals.
5. Operationalize Partnership Revenue
If we close third-party or ecosystem deals, you own the commercial follow-through:
- Migrate customers cleanly.
- Protect and retain revenue.
- Build cross-sell pathways.
- Ensure partner revenue is measurable and forecastable.
Announcements don’t count. Revenue does.
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
- Clear ICP and repeatable messaging.
- 50%+ of pipeline sourced from inbound and ecosystem channels.
- Predictable pipeline reporting.
- Post-product-launch traction converted into ARR.
- Predictable revenue from direct and channel sales
- Help shape product differentiation and go-to-market strategy
Ideal Background
- 8–12+ years in B2B infrastructure, cloud, storage, AI/ML, or developer tools.
- Built pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment.
- Comfortable selling technical infrastructure.
- Strong operator - you measure before you scale.
- Experience with marketplaces and integration-led growth is a plus.
- Scrappy, analytical, low-ego, high-ownership.
Why This Role Matters
We don’t need a big team. We need someone who can build the engine.
If you’ve built demand and revenue from scratch in a technical startup to mid sized revenue, and also have had experience seeing operations at large enterprise companies. You want real ownership in an exciting fast-paced infrastructure environment, this is the role for you.

Espresso Systems builds foundational infrastructure to power tomorrow’s internet, where digital assets are able to move across chains as easily as info flows across the web. It’s the lead developer of the Espresso Network, the first base layer built from the ground up to provide rollups with the functionality they’ve always needed but never had: fast, secure finality for users’ transactions and seamless composability with other rollups.
Rollups today rely on infrastructure that wasn’t built with them in mind, resulting in their isolation and the fragmentation of users, developers and liquidity within the Ethereum ecosystem. This prevents rollups from achieving the seamless composability that’s essential to web3’s vision. Espresso solves this by providing rollups with secure, real-time visibility into what’s happening on all integrated chains, including their own, empowering the apps to execute crosschain interactions immediately without waiting for slow settlement or trusting centralized sequencers.
The Espresso Network is currently live on mainnet in its initial release. In addition to fast confirmations and data availability, rollups seeking further decentralization can also opt to use the Espresso Network as a decentralized sequencer. As the first purpose-built base layer for rollups, Espresso supports a fast-growing ecosystem of interconnected chains regardless of tech stack, VM, or settlement layer—from established chains like Celo and ApeChain to emerging app-specific chains attracting their first users.
At Espresso Systems, we work with leading teams developing rollups and innovating around interoperability, including Offchain Labs, Polygon, Caldera, AltLayer, Cartesi, Across, Hyperlane, and beyond—all united in our mission to build a unified, composable ecosystem where rollups are free to achieve their full potential regardless of where they choose to settle.
The Espresso team comprises a erse and passionate group of contributors from around the world. We are developers, designers, and researchers who have contributed in academia, open-source communities, policymaking, and beyond. We have raised roughly $60 million from leading investors in technology and crypto, including a16z, Greylock Partners, Electric Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Polychain Capital.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will assist the development team in building infrastructure to support production of the sequencer software, as well as build tooling for the deployment of test networks.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and management of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Assisting with CI/CD pipelines and general code management practices
- Develop and maintenance of tooling for deployment of Espresso Systems services
Requirements
- Experience working with containers in hosted environments
- Experience with Terraform or other similar declarative cloud operations technologies
- Comfort working in the Linux command line
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ansible, AWS container orchestration, Docker, Github Actions, Nix, Rust, and Terraform
Benefits
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Work alongside the brightest minds in the crypto space
- Competitive salary + equity package
- Regular team off-sites to international locations
- Unlimited vacation policy
- Top-tier health, dental, and vision coverage for US employees

Who We Are & What We’re Building
Eigen Labs is a frontier lab building coordination technologies for the post-AGI world. AGI is completely reconfiguring power, and a few major labs are already consolidating this power. We believe that coordination through open networks is the only counterforce that lets iniduals maximize their agency.
We are building open networks for many different layers shaping AI: agentic research, inference infrastructure, and capital formation. Recently, we showed how a community of scientists, amateurs, and agents can collaborate to surpass Google’s unpublished quantum breakthrough, showcasing the power of open coordination.
What This Looks Like In Practice
A small number of companies are rapidly becoming gatekeepers to the most powerful systems ever created, trained on open internet, open research, and open-source software, now locked behind permission structures and centralized control.
The question isn’t whether AI will transform society. The question is who gets to participate.
We believe
- Scientific discovery should remain open.
- Intelligence should not be controlled by a handful of institutions.
- Iniduals should be able to coordinate, build, and create without asking for permission.
- AI should empower people, not make them dependent.
- AI should expand inidual agency, not concentrate power.
This isn’t a theoretical exercise. Darkbloom is already building distributed AI infrastructure from idle hardware around the world.
These are early examples of a much larger idea: open networks competing with centralized institutions.
We’re looking for researchers, engineers, founders, scientists, designers, and builders who see the same trend we do and want to help build the alternative. If you’re excited by open science, inidual agency, coordination systems, and agentic infrastructure, we should talk.
Help us build what comes next. Learn more about working at Eigen here .
The Role
As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer at Eigen, You’ll work on the core systems that make AI agents actually usable in production. You’ve built real things - distributed systems, APIs, developer tools - and you’ve gone deep on agents, LLM pipelines, or autonomous workflows. You’re not just using AI tools - you have opinions on where this is going.
You will own large parts of the system and move quickly from idea → working product. You will spend most of your time building. Not managing. Not talking about roadmaps. Building.
This is a full-time role, remote-friendly, with a preference for U.S. time zones and close collaboration with the Seattle-based team.
What You Will Do
- Build agent runtimes and orchestration systems (planning, tool use, memory, coordination)
- Make agents reliable (retries, failure handling, state management)
- Make agents observable (tracing, debugging, evaluation)
- Make agents cheap (cost-aware execution, performance optimization)
- Make agents useful in production (not demos - real systems people depend on)
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and external data into coherent, working systems
- Define how developers build, debug, and extend agent behavior
What You’ll Bring
We care more about evidence than years of experience. Show us you’ve built hard things that work.
Strong signals we look for
- You’ve shipped real systems that people depend on
- You’ve taken ambiguous problems and turned them into working products
- You’ve built or deeply explored agent systems, LLM pipelines, or automation beyond simple demos
- You understand system behavior in production - failure modes, tradeoffs, reliability
- You move fast and iterate - you don’t wait for perfect specs
Technical foundation we look for
- Strong backend / systems experience (distributed systems, APIs, infrastructure)
- Proficiency in at least one core language (Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, etc.)
- Experience with reliability patterns (state, retries, observability)
- Comfort working across the stack when needed
Nice To Have
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom systems)
- Experience building multi-agent or orchestration systems
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation, prompting, or performance tuning
- Experience with workflow engines (Temporal, Airflow, Dagster)
- Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or internal tools
- Exposure to retrieval systems, vector databases, or memory architectures
- Interest in crypto, distributed systems, or verifiable compute
The target salary range for this role is $187,000 - $253,000. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Eigen Labs provides various employee benefits, including:
US Benefits
- Competitive salary and non-cash compensation (tokens and equity)
- World class benefits package (medical/dental/vision)
- Remote work set up stipend
- Flexible hours and a supportive remote environment
- Flexible time off
- 401(k) retirement plan + company match
- Monthly wellness benefit
- Yearly off-sites
- Paid parental leave
If hired outside of the US through an EOR, benefits will be offered based on specific country requirements and EOR offerings.
Equal Opportunity Employment
There’s one more, very important thing. We are an equal opportunity employer. We search for amazing people of erse backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives. We take care of each other to create an inclusive work environment where we love to come to work every day. We hope you can join us.

aiengineerfull-timeinvestment analystremote
This is a hybrid investor and AI agent builder role. You will source and evaluate deals, write memos and market maps, run diligence and build AI agents and internal workflows that let a small team punch above its weight. It is not an ops role. It is not a pure investor role. This role sits where venture judgment, crypto-native research and AI agent-enabled execution meet. We want someone who excels at all three.
As a full-time remote role, you’ll work directly with the partners on live deals. Your work will be read by founders, LPs and co-investors. The bar is high. The feedback loop is fast.
What you’ll do
- Source early-stage opportunities across crypto infrastructure, DeFi, agent-native products, AI x crypto, fintech, post-quantum security and consumer/social
- Triage inbound, track pipeline and surface companies before they become mainstream
- Write investment memos, market maps, competitive landscapes and diligence summaries that hold up under partner scrutiny
- Run founder diligence and reference work
- Build and maintain AI agents and internal tools for dealflow triage, research synthesis, candidate filtering and portfolio monitoring. This is core to the role, not adjacent to it
- Improve how we evaluate founders, deals, and candidates
- Support portfolio companies with research and market work
Who you are
- Ambitious, curious and sharp.
- Deeply interested in venture investing, especially in crypto. You read primary sources, not summaries.
- AI-native and a builder. You’ve shipped real things with frontier models, e.g. agents, pipelines, tools, scrapers, synthesis workflows. You have opinions about which patterns actually work in production and which ones look good in a demo and break in real use.
- A strong independent researcher who forms real views and can defend them / update them when wrong.
- Comfortable going deep on technical topics (cryptography, consensus, ZK, agent infra) and commercial topics (market sizing, GTM, unit economics) in the same week.
- An eloquent and concise writer. You can compress a complicated company into a page without losing what matters.
- High agency, low ego. You unblock yourself, ask for help when stuck, don’t need to be managed.
- You want to work closely with a small team that holds itself to a high standard.
- Able to work remotely.
- Ability to travel to the US frequently, or based in / willing to work US timezone hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in crypto, startups, technical research, or investing.
- A public body of work: writing, a podcast, open-source contributions, agents or tools you’ve shipped, a thesis you’ve published.
- Technical fluency sufficient to read contracts and prototype tools end-to-end.
- Existing network in crypto founder or research circles.
Why this role
- You’ll be in the room for real investment decisions from week one, not parked on a market map for six months.
- You’ll work directly with founders building at the actual frontier of crypto and AI.
- You’ll build the AI agent systems a modern fund should have.
- Small team, high standards, fast feedback, real ownership.
- Compensation is competitive and includes carry.
How to apply
Apply directly via the form here or send the following to [email protected]:
- A 2-5 minute demo video walking us through the agents and AI systems you’ve built. Screen-share the actual things. Show how they work, what they’re for, what you learned building them, what you’d change. Side projects count. Internal tools at past jobs count if you can show them. Polish doesn’t matter; substance does. This is the centerpiece of the application, don’t skip it.
- A 2-page investment thesis on the following prompt: Quantum computing is coming and has significant implications for crypto. As an early-stage investor, what is the thesis? What are the categories worth investing in over the next 3-5 years, and why? Max 2 pages.
- Links to two or three other things you’ve built, written, or shipped: code, essays, market maps, communities, anything where we can see your taste and judgment.
- Your CV. One page where possible.

- Assist in maintaining and improving automated hedging strategies
- Support stress testing and scenario analysis across different market conditions
- Help manage inventory and exposures across spot and derivatives venues
Technology & Automation
- Write and maintain code (primarily Python) supporting pricing, risk, and execution systems

- Build tools and dashboards for monitoring performance, risk, and PNL attribution
Strategy & Growth
- Contribute ideas for new products, structures, and trading strategies
- Support research into market opportunities, pricing inefficiencies, and client demand
- Help translate quantitative outputs into actionable trading insights
What You Bring
Required
- 1–4 years of experience in trading, quantitative research, or a related field
- Strong understanding of options fundamentals (Greeks, Black-Scholes intuition, volatility concepts)
- Exposure to crypto markets and/or derivatives trading
- Programming experience in Python (required); familiarity with additional languages is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Preferred
- Experience with options pricing or volatility modeling
- Exposure to OTC markets, market-making, or structured products
- Familiarity with crypto market structure (CEXs, perps, liquidity dynamics)
- Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering
- Interest in building automated trading systems
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation with performance-based upside
- Direct exposure to live trading and real capital from day one
- Opportunity to learn from experienced traders in a high-performance environment
- Flexible remote setup across APAC time zones
- Clear growth path toward senior trading and strategy ownership
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of quantitative finance and digital assets

Its platform allows users to transform on-chain and off-chain crypto activity into auditable records for accounting, treasury, tax filings, license applications, loans activity, and regulatory reporting.
Having recently announced our $45m series B , now couldn’t be a better time to join!
About the role
We’re hiring our first Applied AI Engineer to work directly with our Advisory Intelligence Product Engineer and the VP of Advisory Intelligence on net-new product. You’ll have full-stack ownership from Postgres schema to React UI, and you’ll collaborate directly with the VP on prompt architecture, workflow design, and product roadmap. The team is small on purpose.
This is a high-autonomy seat with real room to grow. You’ll experiment, ship, and shape the toolkit’s direction. As the practice scales, the right person grows into a technical leader for the function.
What you’ll do
The Advisory Intelligence toolkit covers the full accounting workflow: transaction-level close processes, chart of accounts benchmarking, policy generation, fit-gap analysis against institutional standards, and financial reporting outputs. Each tool combines deterministic logic (the parts where being wrong has financial consequences) with AI layers that draw on a structured library of real client engagements. You’ll work across the suite with primary ownership on net-new builds.
- Collaborate directly with the VP on prompt architecture, workflow design, and product roadmap. You’re a builder who shapes what gets built.
- Own full-stack feature delivery from Postgres schema through API layer through React UI
- Build and maintain multi-step AI pipelines: prompt chaining, structured output parsing, confidence scoring, failure recovery, and audit-trail logging
- Integrate third-party financial data APIs into production tool workflows
- Build financial document ingestion: parse uploaded spreadsheets and structured reports into typed data models for downstream AI processing
- Maintain and extend the deterministic pre-processing and heuristic layers that make AI output reliable enough for audit
- Contribute to the AI output evaluation framework: structured test inputs, expected outputs, scoring rubrics
- Work cross-functionally with finance practitioners, product, design, and leadership to scope what gets built and push back on specs that miss
What you’ll bring
Core engineering
- Production full-stack TypeScript: shipped real systems, not side projects
- Strong Node.js backend: REST APIs, middleware auth, async pipelines with batching, concurrency limits, retries, timeouts
- React and TypeScript for complex UI: state management with Zustand, schema validation with Zod, views that stay responsive at scale
- Exposure to distributed systems and microservice architectures: you understand the failure modes (partial writes, retries, ordering, observability) even if you haven’t owned a microservice deployment end-to-end
Data and Postgres
- Strong Postgres: data modeling for workflow and run-oriented schemas, indexing strategy, query troubleshooting at table scale
- Experience designing versioned config and audit-trail schemas. Append-only matters in compliance contexts and you’ve built for it.
How you operate
- Strong communicator, written and verbal. You can explain a technical decision to a finance practitioner and a product spec back to engineering.
- You take initiative. When the spec is wrong, you propose alternatives. When something’s broken, you don’t wait to be asked.
- You work cross-functionally without friction. Finance, product, design, leadership are all on your week, not just other engineers.
- Comfortable owning a feature from schema to UI without handoffs
Bonus points
- Hands-on production LLM work with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or the Anthropic SDK at real throughput
- Multi-step prompt workflows: chaining, structured output extraction, confidence thresholds, graceful degradation
- Debugged AI in production. You know where prompt issues end and infrastructure issues begin.
- Next.js App Router experience: API routes, SSR in data-dense interfaces
- Background job infrastructure for AI workflows (BullMQ, pg-boss, or similar)
- Finance or accounting tooling experience. Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS, month-end close, or audit process is a real advantage.
- AWS deployments, Docker, CI/CD pipeline ownership
- Logging, monitoring, and production debugging in distributed systems
- Parsing financial document formats (Excel, structured CSV, ERP exports) into typed pipelines
Perks
- 👩💻 Remote or Hybrid working
- 🏝️ 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
- 🙌 One additional day of annual leave each year, up to 30 total days
- 🎂 Your birth off
- 🧘 Mental health resources, wellbeing programs, and professional coaching
- 🫶 Family-friendly policies
- 💪 Fitness and wellness budget
- 💻 MacBook Pro
- 🖥️ $200 home office setup budget
- 🎓 Training and development budget
we have additional benefits depending on location
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you 🙌
At Cryptio, we move fast and take ownership of outcomes. We learn from failures, celebrate wins, and let humility, curiosity, and a passion for crypto guide how we work. If you value collaboration and want to build with purpose, you’ll feel right at home here.

About the Mobile Platform Team
MetaMask’s Wallet Platform organization owns the client platforms for the MetaMask browser extension and mobile apps. The Mobile Platform team treats MetaMask Mobile as a platform: we enable all feature teams to ship high‑quality experiences faster by providing a secure, stable, high‑performance foundation with excellent developer experience and automated operations.
MetaMask Mobile (iOS & Android) is built primarily on React Native, with native code where it matters. As a Principal Mobile Engineer, you’ll be the most senior hands‑on technical leader focused on mobile: setting architecture, defining standards, and driving cross‑team initiatives that shape the future of our mobile platform and MetaMask app.
You’ll work closely with engineers across MetaMask, not just within Mobile Platform, to ensure our mobile apps performance and stability scale with our users, features, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
What you’ll do
As a Principal Engineer, you will
- Own mobile platform architecture Define and evolve the architecture of MetaMask Mobile (React Native + native), leaning into performance by tightly integrating with backend services and optimizing app–backend interactions holistically rather than in isolation. Make key tradeoffs between JS/TS, RN, and native to balance performance, reliability, and iteration speed. Design and steward core platform systems (e.g., OTA, analytics foundations, data/persistence, auth, VPN/geolocation primitives). Lead design and architecture reviews for critical platform areas.
- Lead high‑impact, cross‑team initiatives Drive large upgrades and migrations (React Native, navigation, foundational libraries). Lead structural performance and stability work: startup time, crash rate, ANRs, jank, memory usage, bundle size. Break large efforts into incremental, shippable milestones with clear impact.
- Elevate developer experience & automation Improve tooling, local dev ergonomics, build/test pipelines, and release workflows for all mobile engineers. Establish clear patterns for navigation, state management, and platform primitives to reduce cognitive load. Push towards “push‑button” releases and reduced operational toil via automation. Own and continuously improve the mobile SDLC and lifecycle, including CI, testing, and release workflows.
- Build an AI‑enabled platform Integrate AI/LLMs into workflows to scaffold code, enforce patterns, and improve testing and feedback loops. Help define how tickets and platform patterns leverage AI safely and effectively.
- Drive app health & performance culture Define and evolve metrics and dashboards for performance, stability, and efficiency. Provide tools and guidance so feature teams can self‑diagnose and own regressions. Champion shared accountability for app health across all teams contributing to mobile.
- Multiply impact through leadership Mentor Senior/Staff engineers and influence technical direction across Wallet Platform and MetaMask. Help shape hiring and technical culture for a lean, senior, high‑leverage Mobile Platform team.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- Experience ~10+ years building and scaling mobile apps, including ownership of large, production React Native or hybrid mobile platforms. Prior Staff/Principal‑level impact: leading complex, cross‑team technical initiatives.
- Technical depth Deep expertise with React Native in production: architecture, performance, debugging, bridging. Solid experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack), including native modules and performance tuning. Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD, release engineering, and OTA systems.
- Platform & systems mindset Track record building internal platforms, shared libraries, or tooling for other engineers. Comfort operating in ambiguity and designing durable, reusable solutions. Strong architecture and communication skills; able to align erse stakeholders.
- Leadership & mentorship Proven ability to influence without authority, set technical direction, and raise the engineering bar. Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical culture.
- AI‑curious / AI‑pragmatic Experience or strong interest in using AI/LLMs to improve developer productivity and code quality.
Bonus Points
- Experience with crypto / Web3, wallets, fintech, or other security‑sensitive apps.
- Contributions to open‑source in React Native, mobile, performance, or tooling.
- Experience optimizing apps for emerging markets or low‑end devices.
- Background in fully remote, globally distributed teams.
Don’t meet all the requirements? Don’t sweat it. We’re passionate about building a erse team of humans and as such, if you think you’ve got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we’re ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role .
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants will be required to submit to background checks including but not limited to employment, education and criminal record checks. Further details will be provided to applicants that successfully meet the criteria for the position as determined by the company in its sole discretion. By submitting an application for employment, you are acknowledging and consenting to this requirement.

About Change
Change has been around longer than most fintechs you’ve heard of. Our Dutch entity was incorporated in Amsterdam in 2010, and we have been MiFID II authorised since 2015, a decade of operating as a regulated investment firm. Today we serve around 120,000 verified users across all 30 EEA countries, with full passporting rights, and we are MiCA-authorised as one of the early CASPs in the Netherlands.
We operate an app-based investment platform built for retail investors. Our users trade cryptocurrencies, alongside CFDs on stocks, indices, currencies, gold, oil and other financial instruments — all in one place, on mobile, with the regulatory protections of a Dutch investment firm.
We are a small senior team with a practical, low-bureaucracy culture. We value ownership, clear processes, strong judgement and real operational discipline over unnecessary ceremony.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner focused on execution. You’ll turn product direction into shipped, measurable and well-instrumented product in close collaboration with engineering, design and founders.
What you will do
- Own the backlog. Every story, acceptance criterion and priority call. Engineering should always know what comes next and why.
- Drive mobile + web parity. Define the gaps, prioritise them, and help make web a strong second product surface.
- Quantify everything. Every funnel, CTA, notification and drop-off should be measurable and easy to analyse.
- Run the discovery loop continuously. User interviews, session reviews, funnel analysis and competitor research should feed directly into the backlog.
- Be the operational interface. Keep engineering, design, marketing, compliance and founders aligned through clear decisions and documentation.
- Build the product analytics layer. Define events, improve instrumentation and ensure key metrics are visible and actionable.
Who we’re looking for
Product depth
- 4+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles, ideally in fintech, trading, payments or other trust-critical consumer products.
- Experience shipping mobile products on iOS and Android; cross-platform experience (Flutter or React Native) is a strong plus.
- Strong product execution skills — clear user stories, practical acceptance criteria and attention to edge cases.
- Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating closely with design teams.
Data orientation
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL, Mixpanel or similar analytics tooling experience.
- Experience with funnels, event taxonomies, A/B testing and product instrumentation.
- Familiar with core product and growth metrics, especially in consumer fintech or trading products.
- Naturally thinks about measurement and success criteria before building.
UX sensibility
- You have strong product and UX judgement and know how to balance simplicity, trust and regulatory clarity.
- You understand the UX challenges of money-moving and regulated products.
- You give constructive feedback on flows, copy and interaction patterns.
AI-native, agentic-first
- You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI or similar) regularly as part of your product workflow.
- You have built or customised at least one practical AI-assisted workflow or automation.
- You understand that strong AI outputs depend on good context, structure and human judgement.
- You care about workflows that ship, not just impressive AI demos.

Nice to have
- Experience in a MiFID II, MiCA, PSD2 or similarly regulated environment. Or even an interest in regulation, you don’t need to have done it before, but you need to find it interesting rather than annoying.
- Familiarity with trading product surfaces: order tickets, charts, watchlists, order books, portfolio screens. You have opinions about what is good and bad in Robinhood, Trade Republic, Revolut, Bitvavo, Coinbase, Kraken.
- You have run growth experiments end-to-end (notification timing, onboarding variants, paywall tests, referral mechanics).

At Centrifuge , we’re not just talking about tokenization; we’re making it real. In the past year alone, we’ve partnered with S&P Dow Jones Indices, announced the first tokenized S&P 500 Index Fund, brought Janus Henderson’s AAA CLO strategy onchain, and crossed $1.7B in TVL. We’re also well-funded, backed by leading investors such as ParaFi Capital, Greenfield, Circle Ventures, and Coinbase. We’re live across more than ten blockchains and building the open infrastructure for real-world assets at scale.
We seek an experienced, passionate new team member to lead the day-to-day management of live tokenized asset funds on our platform. You will be the operational backbone for investment products like JTRSY and JAAA, ensuring seamless flows between traditional finance and DeFi. You will play a pivotal part in building out a next-generation onchain asset management platform, leveraging both traditional financial rigor and a proactive openness to integrating automated, agentic processes. You will also work closely with your peers in Product and Engineering to optimize and develop our platform.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams. You will translate the nuanced needs of asset managers into clear feedback and requirements that improve the Centrifuge platform.
TradFi Foundation: 1+ years of core experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis, giving you the context needed to manage valuations, accruals, and investor reporting.
DeFi Fluency: 1+ years of hands-on experience navigating onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges. Comfort operating MPC wallets or multi-sig tooling (e.g., Fireblocks, Safe) and reading onchain data directly (Dune, Etherscan, Tenderly). You understand how capital moves across the ecosystem and settles natively.
AI & Automation Readiness: Proficiency in data management (Excel, DBs) combined with basic scripting skills (Python, JS, etc.) or a demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs and AI agents to parse financial data and automate workflows.
Attention to detail when validating accounting packages, tracking onchain events, auditing transaction logs, and interacting directly with smart contracts.

Collaborative: Comfortable keeping cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Asset Management) informed and aligned.
A fully distributed team across 5+ time zones, committed to transparency, autonomy, and freedom in the workplace.
A team operating at ultra-high speed, shipping daily on a tight calendar.
Market leaders are driving not just our product, but also the broader RWA category.
Obsessed with clarity, high-quality output, and speed.
Builders who balance precision with creativity and always keep pushing forward.
Fun and flexible; we take the work seriously, but not ourselves, and we celebrate wins together.
Impact: Be part of the pioneers of composable finance, integrating institutional-grade RWAs directly into DeFi ecosystems.
Ownership: Take autonomous control of critical fund flows early in your tenure, building the operational backbone of a next-gen asset manager.
Momentum: Working on bringing trillions of $ in assets with top-tier partners and rapid ecosystem growth.

Culture: Work closely with a fast-moving, detail-oriented team that values clarity, precision, and bold ideas.
If you are excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every single requirement, we still strongly encourage you to apply.

About Us
Institute of Free Technology is a mission-driven tech startup studio. We take ideas from the drawing board to market with financial, technical, legal, people operations, and brand-building support at every step.
Our startups are free to focus on what they do best — building public goods to safeguard civil liberties in the digital age.
The role
We are building a Core Accounting function with the pace and discipline of an in-house Finance team in financial services or trading — timely management accounts delivered to FP&A on a tight cadence that compresses as the function matures; reliable books that downstream consumers can build on; problems owned and resolved within the function.
This position is a senior, autonomous hire responsible for ownership of the close and books integrity across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group. Management accounts are the headline priority — the close cadence and data-quality standard are set to serve internal decision-making first; statutory treatments wrap around that, not the other way around.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close and the timely publication of clean management accounts to FP&A on the agreed cadence. The deadline is cultural — met every month. The first phase is establishing the cadence and data-quality standards on a solid foundation; the cycle is then expected to compress over time as systems, controls and team capability mature.
- Own the integrity and quality of the books — accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany — to a standard that supports confident downstream use by FP&A, Exec and Investors.
- Define and enforce the data-quality boundary with Crypto Operations — on-chain transaction records arriving complete, reconciled and ready for entry to the books, with the upstream feedback loop owned where they don’t. The integrity of the books cannot be policed downstream of bad data.
- Own the statutory accounts and local filings for each of the group’s sister entities across multiple jurisdictions; coordinate with local accountancy firms where useful, expanding the network where it improves throughput or quality.
- Account confidently for complex financial instruments and digital-asset positions — options and FX hedges, DeFi positions, native token operations — and the IFRS / US GAAP treatments these require. Use Cryptio (and any external technical-accounting advice you commission) effectively.
- Own the financial-controls framework — segregation of duties, control owners, periodic review — and bring discipline and structure to the function.
- Lead, mentor and develop the small accounting team, with capacity and intent to expand. Hands-on enough to fix anything yourself, with a team that does the low-level work as it scales.
- Drive the adoption of AI and modern automation across Finance operations — in partnership with internal technical resources — progressively removing low-level work from the team and freeing capacity for higher-value activity. Pace calibrated to what the function can absorb at the time.
- Establish the function in a posture that is verifiably investor-diligence-ready by year-end, and maintain that posture as the business scales.
- Partner with FP&A (who own management commentary, variance analysis and dashboards), with Treasury / Crypto Operations (who hand over the on-chain transaction record), and with external service providers (local accountants, payroll provider) to keep the function running smoothly.
Must haves
- Recognised senior accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or international equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in industry — financial services, trading, banking, hedge funds, or a similarly fast-moving in-house Finance environment. You take problems on and drive them to resolution under your own initiative.
- Hands-on group controllership at multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction scale. You have personally closed and produced statutory accounts across multiple sister entities, dealt with intercompany, and effectively leveraged external advisor relationships (local accountants, payroll providers, etc.) for throughput.
- Comfortable accounting for complex financial instruments — options, FX hedges, derivatives, structured positions, fair-value vs. cost questions, mark-to-market. Crypto-specific accounting experience is useful but not the bar; the bar is fluency with the instruments and the judgement to handle whatever arrives in the books.
- Leader who is also operator. You will personally close the books some months, file stat accounts hands-on, and write the rare technical-accounting memo. Equally, you will lead a team that does most of the work most of the time — and you will hold them to your standard.
- Direct, accountable communicator. You surface problems early with proposed fixes, take responsibility when something goes wrong, and own the quality of what leaves your function.
- Strong bias for structure, automation and a forward view on where Finance is going. You design controls and close routines that work without you, and you see AI and modern automation as the default direction for the function — spotting opportunities, sponsoring the work, and partnering effectively with the technical resources who build the tooling. You don’t need to build it yourself, but you don’t wait for someone else to use it either.
Should haves
- Direct experience accounting for digital assets and DeFi positions — exposure to Cryptio, Bitwave, Tres, or equivalent sub-ledgers; familiarity with token accounting (own-token holdings, vesting schedules, governance tokens, token-for-equity).
- Experience preparing a Finance function for first-time external investor diligence on a finite timeline.
- Experience leading a small remote team across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with the broader Finance stack — accounting systems, AP automation, sub-ledger integrations, reporting workflows.
Hiring process
- Introduction call with the Talent team
- Interview with the CFO
- Compensated Task (2-3 hours of work)
- Interview with Program Lead
- Interview with Co-founder
The steps may change along the way if we see it makes sense to adapt the interview stages, so please consider the above as a guideline.
Note: A background check might be required for this role.

Founding Product Manager
AtlasOra · Remote · Full-Time
Incumbents charge hosts 20% and more. We charge 5.7%, all in. The difference is not a discount. It is a different machine underneath.
That machine is AO Protocol: on-chain settlement infrastructure for any business that holds float between the moment a customer pays and the moment a supplier is paid. Travel is where we start. It is not where this ends.
We have shipped V1. We have a live token. We now need someone to own the product surface that turns a working marketplace into an inevitable one.
The seat
Founding Product Manager. Broad by design.
You own the marketplace hosts and guests touch, and the protocol surfaces beneath it: settlement, payouts, dispute resolution. There is no product org to inherit. There is no playbook. You write it.
You will work directly with the founders, and alongside some of the most recognised names in this industry. We are not naming them yet. We will.
What the work is
Own the roadmap across marketplace and protocol. Sequence it. Defend it.
Turn a two-sided problem, host supply and guest demand, into things that ship.
Work where product, money, and on-chain mechanics meet, and hold all three at once.
Decide what to measure. Move it.
Ship with a lean team. Talk to users more than to each other. Bring evidence.
Who this is for
You have shipped products real people used. You are comfortable where there is no process, because process is a thing you build, not a thing you wait for. You understand crypto well enough to be useful, or you will close that gap quickly and without being asked. You write plainly and decide fast.
You think incumbents got lazy. You would like to be in the room when that gets corrected.
Useful, not required
Travel, fintech, payments, or marketplace experience
On-chain settlement, stablecoins, DeFi primitives
A founding or early PM seat that went somewhere
Terms
Fully remote. Equity and token participation. A direct line to the people making the decisions, and no committee between you and a shipped thing.
