About the role
This internship is targeted at university students across Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or other postgraduate programs in Tech, Business, Sciences, Finance, Economics or a related field. We are looking for candidates with meaningful and current personal experience in crypto. The internship start date and duration can be flexibly structured around your Summer 2026 term dates, however we require a full-time commitment anywhere between 8 weeks to 12 weeks. You will get exposure to live deal flow, portfolio management, protocol analysis, investment diligence, and internal discussions across our network. You will be expected to take ownership of real work, form clear views, and communicate your thinking well.

Responsibilities:

- Portfolio management and sourcing - Support portfolio monitoring and help proactively identify new investment opportunities.
Hard Skills requirements:
- Business fluent English.
- High AI acumen to adapt existing workflows.
- Advanced command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven track record of personal on-chain activity, especially in the DeFi space.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years (many years more is good too) experience in a lean HR function for a small to medium size organisation.

- High fluency in HRIS, Performance Management and ATS tooling (Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Leapsom, PERK) with the ability to automate repetitive tasks and pull custom reports.

Movimentum is a Web3 token marketing agency working with projects like Avalanche, Polkadot, Polygon, Pudgy Penguins, and many more. Movimentum supports projects with a combined portfolio of over $50B FDV. The mission: give worthy tokens the visibility, momentum and narrative they need to win.
The role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors. This is a hands-on sales and operational role.
What you might look like
- Client Onboarding: You have experience taking over client onboarding once the sales team has closed the sale and has filled out any required onboarding documents.
- Client Experience: You’re used to being the primary point of contact, and being responsible for answering all client questions in an efficient, retention-based manner.
- Maintain a Client Retention Strategy: Continue refining and improving existing Client Retention Strategy. This will mean bringing new ideas to the table at scheduled meetings and having a plan to deploy new strategies and a way to track the results of those efforts.

What you might be doing
- Take ownership of qualified leads and convert them into closed partnership deals through discovery calls and tailored proposals.
- Maintain rigorous follow-ups and touchpoints to convert warm opportunities into signed agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly syncs to refine strategies, share feedback on lead quality, and ensure alignment across the funnel.
- Manage your schedule independently, leveraging time-blocking and CRM tools to stay on top of deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities.
What you might look like
- 3+ years of direct Business Development/Growth experience in Web3/crypto
- Past experience in closing sales
- Experience in cold outreach across different channels
