Title: Senior Product Design Engineer
Location: Dallas United States
Job Description:
About Turvo
Turvo provides a collaborative Transportation Management System (TMS) application designed specifically for the supply chain. Turvo Collaboration Cloud connects freight brokers, 3PLs, shippers, and carriers to unite supply chain ecosystems, delivering outstanding customer experiences, real-time collaboration, and accelerated growth. The technology unifies internal and external systems, providing one end-to-end solution that streamlines operations, enhances analytics, and automates business processes while eliminating redundant manual tasks. Turvo's customers include some of the world's largest Fortune 500 logistics service providers and shippers as well as small to mid-sized freight brokers.
Turvo is based in Dallas, Texas, with offices in Hyderabad, India. (www.turvo.com).
About the Role
We are looking for a hybrid Designer/Engineer to join our Product Experience team. This is a high-impact role focused on raising the bar for both craft and execution across one of the most innovative TMS platforms on the market. Our software connects shippers, brokers, and carriers-and we're constantly working to make complex workflows feel simple, fast, and reliable.
You are a designer who ships code, or an engineer with exceptional design instincts. You will be a full-time member of the design team, responsible not just for how things look, but how they are built and delivered. A core part of your role is closing the gap between design and production.
Our team is AI-first and builder-led. Work starts in an LLM, moves quickly into code, and then into Figma for system alignment and polish. We're looking for someone who thrives in that loop and uses AI to move faster without lowering the bar.
This role reports to the Director of Product Experience. This is a remote position based in the US. The successful candidate will work from home.
What we care about:
- Builders: You ship. You're comfortable in code, prototype in the browser, and use AI tools to accelerate how you work.
- Taste: You know what good design looks and feels like and have strong instincts for layout, interaction, and visual detail. You care about getting the small things right.
- Outcome ownership: You are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You care whether the work actually improves the product.
- Clarity from ambiguity: You can take a vague problem, define a path forward, and drive it through to a shipped solution.
- Attention to quality: You hold a high bar for craft and implementation-and know when to move fast.
- Curiosity & judgment: You ask good questions, understand tradeoffs, and make thoughtful decisions.
- Communication: You work effectively in a remote, async environment and can clearly explain decisions and tradeoffs.
- Writing: You understand that writing is design and can craft clear, effective UX copy.
How we work:
Design here is hands-on and code-driven:
- Start in Figjam and/or an LLM (e.g. Gemini, Claude) to clarify problems, explore approaches, and identify requirements.
- Prototype quickly in code (e.g., Figma Make) to explore flows and interactions.
- Validate ideas and refine solutions through feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Use Figma for system alignment and visual polish.
- Stay involved through implementation, launch, and measurement of adoption and usage patterns.
What you'll do:
- Own work end-to-end: Define problems with PMs and Engineers, explore solutions, validate direction, and ship improvements that move key outcomes.
- Prototype in code: Use AI tools and modern dev workflows to build and iterate on real interfaces. Partner with engineers to take the best ideas into production.
- Write production code: Contribute to front-end components and features using web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular). Improve quality, consistency, and speed of delivery.
- Bridge design and engineering: Ensure what we design is buildable and what we build meets the design bar. Close gaps quickly.
- Design for simplicity: Handle complex workflows by keeping the default experience clear and intuitive.
- Raise the bar on quality: Refine interactions, states, and details. Address design and tech debt, including usability and accessibility issues.
- Reduce system gaps: Align Figma and production. Contribute reusable components and patterns.
- Validate with customers: Talk to users, run quick tests, and use feedback to adjust direction.
- Contribute to team culture: Share work early, participate in design reviews, and help improve how we design and build-especially with AI.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years designing and building web-based SaaS products.
- Strong front-end skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular) and comfort shipping code.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) as part of your workflow.
- Ability to move fluidly between design and code.
- Experience working closely with PMs and Engineers to define and deliver work.
- Strong product thinking, interaction design, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Git and modern dev workflows and deployment pipelines.
- Portfolio that demonstrates both design craft and shipped work.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to make hiring decisions that reflect our commitment to ersity and inclusion.
Senior Product Design Engineer candidates based in Dallas, TX are preferred.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $180,000
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Who is Risk Labs?
Risk Labs is the foundation and core team behind UMA and Across. The Risk Labs team operates as one cohesive culture, but focuses on two core protocols: UMA and Across. UMA and Across are decentralised protocols governed by community members across the globe in DAOs, and are supported by Risk Labs Foundation. UMA’s optimistic oracle (OO) can record any verifiable truth or data onto a blockchain. Across is leading the future of interoperability with its frontier intents-based architecture.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team focused on building infrastructure that pushes crypto forward.
Why This Role Exists
This is the first analytics engineering role at Risk Labs. The transformation layer has reached a level of complexity that demands a dedicated owner, and right now that work is distributed across people hired to do other things. You’ll sit within Data Engineering, reporting to the Platform Engineering Lead, and work most closely with our Data Analytics Lead and Product team as your primary stakeholders.
We are serious about building a truly agentic data platform, and this hire is a prerequisite for that. Agentic systems are only as good as the data they run on. Without deterministic, well-governed, and consistently-defined data served from a single authoritative source, any AI initiative we pursue is built on unstable ground. This role is the foundation that makes all of it possible.
What You’ll Own
1. The Transformation Layer
You are the DRI for everything between raw ingestion and the clean data layer. You own the modelling strategy and are trusted to push back when a request would compromise what we’ve built. You work with the Analytics Lead to align on priorities and with Platform on infrastructure constraints.
2. Refactor and Legacy Migration
We have inherited complexity: undocumented logic, redundant models, and systems built for speed rather than longevity. You’ll audit what we have, cut what we don’t need, and rebuild the rest into something clean, traceable, and maintainable. You decide what gets retired versus migrated, and you own the sequencing.
3. Data Quality and Testing
You’ll design and own our approach to data quality: what we test, how we test it, and what happens when something breaks. We want proactive alerting and self-healing pipelines where possible. You’ll work with the Analytics Lead to codify business logic tests and implement column-level lineage across the transformation layer.
4. BigQuery Cost Optimisation
You’ll own the efficiency of our query and storage footprint, refactoring models and materialisation strategies to reduce unnecessary spend, and keeping a close eye on cost as agentic data usage scales.
5. Event Data and Product Observability
Working closely with Product and the Analytics Lead, you’ll build a robust event data model that gives us meaningful observability across our full product suite. You’ll bring experience with event data and tooling like Amplitude to help us design a scalable in-house approach to product analytics, built with intent rather than assembled reactively.
What Success Looks Like
- The transformation layer has a clear, documented owner. Questions about where a metric comes from have fast, traceable answers.
- BigQuery costs are meaningfully lower within the first few months, without degradation in the data we’re serving.
- New product launches ship with data instrumentation built in from day one.
- You have materially freed up the Analytics Lead to focus on analysis and strategic insight, not data preparation.
- Automated data quality tests are running in production and catching issues before they reach stakeholders.
- When something breaks, the root cause is understood and resolved by you, not escalated.
- AI agents and tooling at Risk Labs are pulling data from a governed, deterministic, well-documented data layer, and you built the foundation that made that possible.
- You manage your own priorities, communicate proactively when things shift, and rarely need to be told what to do next.
Skills and Experience
Required
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in data modelling across multiple time horizons, dimensions, and levels of granularity
- Advanced SQL: performant, readable, and warehouse-aware
- Experience owning a transformation layer in production, including a meaningful refactor or migration
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing data quality frameworks: testing, alerting, and lineage
- Experience with event data and product analytics tooling (Amplitude, Segment, or similar)
- Experience with crypto data, or data environments characterised by high normalisation, irregular schemas, and significant inherited complexity
- Strong cross-functional communication; able to work closely with non-technical stakeholders without losing precision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage a shifting backlog without losing momentum
Nice to Have
- Experience with dbt
- Familiarity with BigQuery: query optimisation, partitioning, clustering, materialisation strategies
- Prior exposure to analytics work
- Practical use of AI/LLM tooling to accelerate your own workflows
Tech Stack
BigQuery, dbt, Python, Airflow, Amplitude, Preset/Superset, Hex, GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Cloud Functions, Datastream), Slack, GitHub, Claude Code, Codex
Who Thrives Here
- Strong opinions, loosely held. You arrive with a point of view and argue for it, but update when the evidence changes.
- Bias towards less. Ten well-built models over fifty fragile ones. You’re comfortable cutting rather than accumulating.
- Genuinely excited about AI as a practical tool. You’ve already figured out how to use it to go faster and don’t wait for permission to try something new.
- An excellent async communicator. You over-communicate status, flag blockers early, and don’t leave stakeholders wondering.
- Comfortable in the unknown. You don’t need everything documented before you make progress. You can read a system and form a view.
- Self-managing. You triage, sequence, and execute independently. This is not a role with a well-defined sprint handed to you each week.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary with a mix of salary, tokens, and equity. Our goal is to create a holistic package that meets your needs and provides exposure to the upside of what you’re building and the impact you create.
- Paid in stablecoins or fiat, your choice
- Unlimited vacation, and we actually take it
- Family care, training, and development support
- 100% remote
- At least two company-wide offsites per year
Closing
Studies show that women and people of colour are less likely to apply unless they meet every qualification. Risk Labs is committed to building a erse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. If you’re excited about this role, even if your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply.
Risk Labs is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
Our Values
- We value curiosity.
- We value openness, honesty, and directness.
- We value integrity.
- We value iterative learning.
- We value taking smart risks.
- We value being high agency.
Why Work at Risk Labs?
We’re a mission-driven team aligned with the ethos of crypto and focused on meaningful impact. We value ownership, adaptability, and kindness. We support personal wellness, professional growth, and flexible work environments, whether you’re family-focused, nomadic, or somewhere in between.

Title: Senior Software Engineer
(Full-Stack, Front-end, JavaScript)
Location: Remote, LATAM
Job Description:
Back in 2012, we were a group of engineers and designers who decided we wanted to build things—so we did. Able started as an engineering and product hub building for a portfolio of early-stage startups. We built many relationships while developing products that were thoughtful, effective, and genuinely useful. But, since then, we’ve grown… and so has our ambition.
Now, we’re entering our next chapter—defined by applied AI. AI is a powerful force in the end-to-end software development cycle, and we’re creating practices that allow us to deliver software fast and more effectively than traditional approaches, creating meaningful value for our partners. Today, our builder mindset is driving us to become an AI-native organization across every function. We’re still evolving, and that’s part of the opportunity. If you want to build, learn, and tackle challenges alongside an ambitious team, let’s build together.
This position is 100% remote within LatAm.

- Identify and solve UX, performance, and cross-browser challenges in complex applications
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design to deliver end-to-end features with high quality and speed

Required Skills & Experience

- Next.js & Monorepo (Advanced): Mastery of App Router, Turborepo, and pnpm to architect encapsulated Functional Modules and shared Design System libs

- Real-time & Graph UI: Proficiency in ReactFlow (as an engine), STOMP/WebSockets, and GraphQL to build interactive, streaming workflow visualizations
- Core Concepts: Building State Machines, complex Multi-step Flows, and RTL (Arabic) enterprise platforms (not just landing pages or simple CRUD)

Nice to Have

Title: Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack
Location: São Paulo / Remote
Type: Independent Contractor
Workplace: remote
Category: Full Stack
Job Description:
ARE YOU INTERESTED IN JOINING AN INNOVATIVE LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY?
Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company valued at over $1 billion (a true Tech Unicorn)!
We are a collection of industry veterans and user-centered engineers using innovative technology to fearlessly reinvent the future of freight by helping shippers, brokers, warehouses and carriers to move more with less.
With headquarters in Chicago and a globally distributed remote team, Loadsmart continues to attract top talent committed to driving meaningful change. We seek professionals who embody our core values: curiosity, clarity, results, commitment, and teamwork.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. You will work across backend and frontend on systems that power freight brokerage operations—from Python and Django services and PostgreSQL to the TypeScript and React web application—shipping end-to-end features, hardening reliability, and partnering with product on real customer and revenue problems. We want someone who thrives in large, evolving codebases, cares about performance, migrations, and operational quality, and can lead technical initiatives across multiple services while mentoring others through design and code review.
DEPARTMENT: Engineering
LOCATION: Anywhere remotely from Brazil
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
**Own and evolve core systems for freight brokerage operations** and related services: quoting, booking, pricing and rate logic, contracts, carrier compliance, facility matching and location/address data quality, and scheduling-oriented workflows.
**Lead technical initiatives across several Python/Django services**, including design, phased rollout, and safe deprecation—not only single-service features.
**Build and maintain user-facing work in the freight brokerage web application** (modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React): new flows, complex forms and workflows, performance and UX fixes, and integration with backend APIs, alongside backend changes when features span the stack.
**Drive platform and reliability work**: database and dependency upgrades, search/indexing changes, performance tuning (queries, indexing, caching), secrets/credential patterns, and tooling that prevents bad deployments (e.g. migration safety, validation pipelines).
**Ship high-impact product and revenue work**: pricing and benchmark integrations, compliance/load-registration flows, feature-flag and segmentation strategies, and scope-shaping that ties technical design to business outcomes.
**Define engineering standards for the squad and beyond**: ADRs, shared client/integration layers, test and observability patterns, and code review culture that teaches (SOLID, architecture, thorough PRs), including shared patterns between API and UI.
**Operate production systems**: incident response, war-room coordination, root-cause analysis, and fast stabilization PRs when freight brokerage operations are at risk.
**Collaborate tightly with product on discovery and requirements**—framing problems, narrowing scope with technical options, and sometimes presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders.
**Mentor and level up teammates** through pairing, design review, and informal leadership, without necessarily being a people manager.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of experience as a Software Developer
**Senior full-stack engineer** with a track record of **owning ambiguous, multi-step projects** end-to-end across API and UI (design, implementation, rollout, observability), comparable to tech-lead-level delivery on a business-critical system.
**Strong Python and Django** (or demonstrably deep transfer: e.g. long professional experience in Java/JVM ecosystems plus substantial Python web work in production).
**PostgreSQL expertise**: schema design, production database migrations, query plans, indexing, and fixing latency/regression issues—not only CRUD.
**Distributed systems and multi-service reality**: async jobs/queues, events, idempotency, integration failures, and debugging across service boundaries.
**Proven impact outside “greenfield” only**: experience in large or evolving codebases, modernization (framework/DB/search/runtime upgrades), or cost/performance work with measurable outcomes.
**Production mindset**: on-call or equivalent experience, incident response, and prioritizing stability under operational load.
**Technical leadership without relying on title**: examples of leading migrations, integrations, or architecture decisions; mentoring; and aligning engineers across teams.
**Clear written and verbal communication**: design docs, ADRs, RFCs, or review threads that other engineers adopt as reference.- Preferred strong frontend development with TypeScript and React: component design, state and data fetching, forms and validation, testing, and debugging in a sizable product codebase—comfortable shipping meaningful changes in the freight brokerage web application, not only small tweaks.
WORKING AT LOADSMART:
• Competitive base salaries - we believe in rewarding top talent
• Extremely competitive Equity package - become a shareholder in our company!
• Loadie Time Off - PTO and sick days without a limit

The Senior Data Engineer is a critical role reporting directly to the CTO. The primary mission is to rapidly deliver a reliable, production-ready market data platform that serves as the single source of truth for trading, risk, and business intelligence.
You’ll immediately own the entire data platform from inception and deliver working historical and real-time Tardis pipelines in the first 60 days. Beyond the initial MVP, the role requires iteratively evolving the platform into a best-in-class, cloud-native, observable, and self-service system. You will work hand in hand with the CTO & trading team to scope & deliver to business needs. The Senior Data Engineer will also serve as the go-to data expert for the firm and will be responsible for mentoring future junior data engineers or analysts.
What You’ll Do
- Rapidly spin up the cloud environment. Deliver working historical backfill pipelines from Tardis.dev into a queryable database.
- Deliver a real-time Tardis WebSocket pipeline, ensuring data is normalized, cached for live consumption, accurate, replayable, and queryable by Day 60.
- Ensure all pipelines are idempotent, retryable, and use exactly-once semantics. Implement full CI/CD, Terraform, automated testing, and secrets management.
- Implement proper observability (structured logs, metrics, dashboards, alerting) from day one. Provide immediate self-service access to the MVP database for Trading and BI teams via tools like Tableau/Metabase, and through simple internal REST APIs.
- Develop specialized timeseries data, including USDe backing-asset and a full opportunity-surface timeseries for Delta-neutral/lending/borrow opportunities.
- Ingest data from additional sources (Kaiko, CoinAPI, on-chain via TheGraph/Dune). Plan for 10x+ data growth via schema evolution, partitioning, and performance tuning. Establish enterprise-grade governance, including a data quality framework, RBAC, audit logs, and a semantic layer.
- Create full architecture documentation, runbooks, and a data dictionary. Onboard and mentor future junior staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of delivering working, production data in weeks, not months, with the ability to ruthlessly cut scope to hit a 60-day MVP while managing technical debt.
- Have built Tardis historical and real-time pipelines before (or equivalent high-quality crypto market data feeds), understanding specific quirks, rate limits, and WebSocket structures.
- Expert in large-scale, reliable ETL/ELT for financial or market data.
- Fluent in provisioning full environments with Terraform in days and expert in AWS/GCP serverless technologies.
- Expert Python and SQL skills and proficiency with time-series databases like TimescaleDB or ClickHouse, ensuring fast queries from day one.
- Advanced knowledge of WebSocket clients, message queues, and low-latency streaming, GitOps, automated testing/deploy and observability practices.
- Significant understanding of stablecoins, lending protocols, and opportunity surface concepts, or a proven ability to ramp up extremely quickly.
Why Ethena Labs?
- You’d be joining a group that has well established itself as one of the most successful crypto-native company’s of all time, a group with a mission to revolutionise decentralised finance and it’s position in global finance.
