The Role

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Options Trader to own the pricing, risk management, and ongoing improvement of our OTC options book. You will be the firm’s primary decision-maker on how we competitively quote covered calls, cash-secured puts, and other structured payoffs to clients — and you will directly oversee the automated trading systems that warehouse and hedge the resulting positions. • Oversee the firm’s aggregate options book — monitor Greeks (delta, gamma, vega, theta, rho) in real time and ensure automated hedging is performing within defined tolerances.
• Define and tune hedging strategies for illiquid underlyings: dynamic delta hedging, cross-asset proxy hedging, and inventory management across spot and perpetual-futures venues.
• Stress-test the portfolio against liquidity dry-ups, and extreme vol regimes; propose and implement risk limits.

Technology & Automation

• Write production-quality code (Python, Rust, or C++) that powers quoting engines, hedging algorithms, and risk dashboards.

Strategy & Growth

What You Bring

Required

• 7+ years of experience in options trading, market-making, or quantitative trading — ideally on a volatility or exotic-options desk (crypto, FX, equities, or commodities).
• Deep understanding of options pricing theory: Black-Scholes, local/stochastic vol models (Heston, SABR), Monte Carlo methods, and Greeks sensitivity analysis.

As an Accounting & Financial Operations Analyst at Nascent, you won’t just keep the books tight — you’ll help build the systems behind them. You’ll work across a wide mix of financial assets, from traditional finance workflows to emerging digital asset structures, and play a key role in shaping how our data is captured, cleaned, and automated.

Key Responsibilities

• Level up the engine behind Nascent’s crypto accounting system — supporting the design and improvement of the infrastructure that powers everything from wallet flows to real-time reporting.
• Own the books across fiat and crypto, running full-cycles from wallet/exchange to ledger to reporting — clean, tight, and built for speed.
• Turn messy data into reliable systems by partnering with engineering and operations to architect workflows and controls that make our accounting stack stronger and faster.
• Be the source of financial truth, keeping reconciliations, ledgers, and documentation crisp and audit-read – you know the story behind every number.
• Automate what doesn’t need to be manual – use integrations, smart tools, or lightweight scripting to eliminate repetitive work and replace fragile processes with scalable ones.
• Hunt down issues before they become problems, propose solutions, and drive improvements through to implementation.

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years in financial operations or a similar accounting-heavy role.
• Strong accounting fundamentals — you’ve handled close cycles, compliance, and day-to-day bookkeeping with precision.
• High digital fluency, especially with AI-driven workflows and modern analytics tools.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — you adapt quickly and keep momentum.

Nice to Haves

• Formal accounting training (CPA track or Big 4 experience) that sharpened your fundamentals and discipline.
• Familiarity with crypto accounting or digital asset workflows.
• Experience contributing to or building bespoke financial software.

About the Role

As Head of Trading and Market Structure, you will be responsible for developing and operating trading activities where active market participation supports our asset management, vault, and risk businesses. The initial focus of the role is running market neutral and delta neutral strategies, including basis and funding capture, across centralized venues and onchain infrastructure. Beyond day to day execution, the role involves evaluating how and when additional forms of trading, liquidity provision, or structured capital deployment makes sense within Steakhouse’s broader platform. This is a senior role and you will help set the standards for how trading capital is deployed, how risk is measured and controlled, and how trading integrates with underwriting, product design, and engineering over time.

What You’ll Do

• Own the basis book: define trade selection, sizing, and guardrails while maintaining near‑zero net delta.
• Choose the best hedge (dated futures vs. perps vs. forwards) and manage rolls, term structure, and funding‑rate regimes with clear attribution.
• Execute cross‑venue (CME, regulated venues, major CEX/DEX): routing, order types, slippage control, and incident playbooks.
• Optimize collateral & financing across USD, stablecoins, and liquid RWAs (e.g., T‑bills wrappers), balancing yield, haircuts, and liquidity.
• Define strategy parameters and risk inputs for delta‑neutral vaults on decentralized vault infrastructure, turning the internal strategy into onchain products with well‑defined risk/return profiles.
• Work closely with engineering to specify vault logic and parameters (allocation rules, rebalancing cadence, fee structure, risk limits), and ensure robust implementations.
• Monitor vault health end‑to‑end: TVL and utilization, yield vs. target, deviations from model, and the interaction between on‑chain vault state and off‑chain hedging venues.
• Establish and maintain controls: real‑time delta tracking, margin and liquidation buffers, kill‑switches, circuit‑breakers, and alerting for 24/7 markets at both the strategy and vault level.
• Quantify everything: daily three‑line PnL (carry/funding, explicit costs, slippage/impact), stress tests (funding inversions, basis compressions, venue outages), and capacity analysis; extend this to vault‑level performance and risk reporting.
• Coordinate the stack with engineering, risk, ops, legal/compliance, custody/prime partners, and vault infrastructure partners; document runbooks and maintain audit‑ready processes.
• Continuously improve: refine execution models, collateral routing, data‑driven sizing, and vault design to increase net capture after all frictions and fees.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven derivatives PM/trader with 3–5+ years running cash‑and‑carry / basis / funding capture in crypto or closely related RV in TradFi (equity index, rates, commodities futures).
• Demonstrated PnL attribution for a delta‑neutral book (basis/funding vs. fees/borrow/financing vs. slippage/impact) and a clear risk framework (limits, scenarios, drawdown controls).
• Crypto market‑microstructure fluency: perps funding mechanics, dated futures rolls, cross‑venue liquidity, margin models, ADL/clawback risks, and exchange operational quirks.
• Execution + data tooling: hands‑on Python for analysis and automation; comfort with exchange APIs/websockets/FIX; building dashboards/alerts for 24/7 monitoring.
• Operational discipline: reconciliations, NAV/PnL checks, custody/wallet operations, counterparty underwriting, incident management, and documentation.
• Communication & leadership: crisp writing, structured thinking, and the ability to drive decisions across risk, engineering, and operations.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of CeFi and DeFi: routing capital between centralized venues and onchain vaults, understanding the operational and risk implications of both.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating staked ETH yield into basis construction (e.g., validator APY vs. futures basis) and managing associated liquidity/discount risks.
• Prior work designing or managing vault strategies on DeFi infra, including strategy specs, parameter tuning, and onchain risk monitoring.
• Prior work with tokenized funds or multi‑chain issuance registries.
• Relationships with regulated primes/custodians and a history of launching institutional‑grade strategies.

About the Role

As Project Manager for Grove Protocol, you will be responsible for orchestrating the projects that bring new assets, strategies, and partners onto the protocol and route capital to them. Your primary mandate is to ensure that Grove’s capital allocation workflows—from idea to governance approval to onchain deployment—are predictable, well‑coordinated, and highly efficient.

You will coordinate a cross‑functional pod including Engineering, Risk, Governance, and Strategy, as well as external stakeholders such as asset managers, service providers, and ecosystem partners. You’ll design and maintain the processes, cadences, and artifacts that allow these groups to move quickly while upholding rigorous risk and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project planning and execution for asset onboarding and capital allocation initiatives across Grove Protocol.
• Build and maintain a unified view of the pipeline of assets, strategies, and counterparties being evaluated for integration.
• Translate strategic goals into clear project plans with milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment and unblock teams so critical launches and allocations happen on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Own the asset onboarding pipeline

• 5+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management in one or more of: fintech, capital markets, asset management, DeFi/crypto, or high‑growth technology.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with significant financial or technical dimensions.
• Strong understanding of credit or structured products, capital allocation workflows, or real‑world asset (RWA) structures; familiarity with DeFi, DAOs, and tokenized assets is a strong plus.
