WHAT YOU WILL DO

• 20% maintenance and 80% new development
• Design, build, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, and Razor/Blazor.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support integrations with e-commerce platforms, customer systems, and internal applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proactively test and optimize applications to eliminate defects, improve performance, and ensure a smooth user experience. Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and peer reviews.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through code optimization, caching strategies, and other techniques.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET (Core or later).
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Blazor, or other similar technologies).
• Strong hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript and CSS, including building responsive, maintainable user interfaces and optimizing client‑side performance.
• Experience using responsive design patterns across multiple devices.
• Strong experience in API design and development (REST, JSON, etc.).
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture and cloud deployments (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Pay:

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits

Zone B: $164,395 - $232,210 + equity + benefits

Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320 + equity + benefits

Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits
