contractcryptographyremoteresearch
Autonomys Network, in collaboration with the Subspace Foundation, is supporting an open research effort led by our Technical Co-Founder, on designing a permissionless unbounded sharding protocol. This role is for a Senior Cryptography Researcher with strong expertise in permissionless blockchain consensus protocols and distributed systems.
Research Objective: The goal is to design a permissionless sharding protocol that extends PoAS while maintaining its permissionless property with, ideally, shared security across unbounded number of shards. This work builds upon the Subspace v2 (Dilithium) consensus, which was developed over several years and launched as Autonomys Network. The work is open-ended but with clear milestones, focusing on extending our Proof-of-Archival-Storage (PoAS) consensus protocol.
Given this is an open research role, there is flexibility in how the work is structured. We would like to have someone that can commit to a full time contract, but we are open to part time commitments for the right person.
Materials (Research Context):
- High-level Subspace PoAS consensus overview
- Implementation specifications
- Research paper
- Preliminary design constraints
Research Scope:
- Propose an initial candidate design of a permissionless sharding protocol with PoAS within one month.
- Advance to a state in which implementation prototyping can begin within three months.
- Complete a formalized design with an initial security proof within one year.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in permissionless consensus protocols (Proof-of-Work, Proof-of-Space) and large-scale distributed systems like public blockchains.
- Familiarity with current landscape of blockchain sharding designs and blockchain protocols at large.
- High agency: solving complex problems, proposing alternatives and novel solutions with minimal to no oversight.
- Strong communication skills: responsiveness in async communications, timely updates about progress and any roadblocks, and ability to explain complex topics in approachable way.
- Result-oriented, not process-oriented.
- Ability to formalize and evaluate properties of cryptographic protocols.
- Ability to author research articles and papers.

Title: Senior Software Engineer
(Full-Stack, Front-end, JavaScript)
Location: Remote, LATAM
Job Description:
Back in 2012, we were a group of engineers and designers who decided we wanted to build things—so we did. Able started as an engineering and product hub building for a portfolio of early-stage startups. We built many relationships while developing products that were thoughtful, effective, and genuinely useful. But, since then, we’ve grown… and so has our ambition.
Now, we’re entering our next chapter—defined by applied AI. AI is a powerful force in the end-to-end software development cycle, and we’re creating practices that allow us to deliver software fast and more effectively than traditional approaches, creating meaningful value for our partners. This position is 100% remote within LatAm.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN JOINING AN INNOVATIVE LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY?
Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company valued at over $1 billion (a true Tech Unicorn)!
We are a collection of industry veterans and user-centered engineers using innovative technology to fearlessly reinvent the future of freight by helping shippers, brokers, warehouses and carriers to move more with less.
With headquarters in Chicago and a globally distributed remote team, Loadsmart continues to attract top talent committed to driving meaningful change. We seek professionals who embody our core values: curiosity, clarity, results, commitment, and teamwork.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. You will work across backend and frontend on systems that power freight brokerage operations—from Python and Django services and PostgreSQL to the TypeScript and React web application—shipping end-to-end features, hardening reliability, and partnering with product on real customer and revenue problems. We want someone who thrives in large, evolving codebases, cares about performance, migrations, and operational quality, and can lead technical initiatives across multiple services while mentoring others through design and code review.
DEPARTMENT: Engineering
LOCATION: Anywhere remotely from Brazil
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
**Own and evolve core systems for freight brokerage operations** and related services: quoting, booking, pricing and rate logic, contracts, carrier compliance, facility matching and location/address data quality, and scheduling-oriented workflows.
**Lead technical initiatives across several Python/Django services**, including design, phased rollout, and safe deprecation—not only single-service features.
**Build and maintain user-facing work in the freight brokerage web application** (modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React): new flows, complex forms and workflows, performance and UX fixes, and integration with backend APIs, alongside backend changes when features span the stack.
**Drive platform and reliability work**: database and dependency upgrades, search/indexing changes, performance tuning (queries, indexing, caching), secrets/credential patterns, and tooling that prevents bad deployments (e.g. migration safety, validation pipelines).
**Ship high-impact product and revenue work**: pricing and benchmark integrations, compliance/load-registration flows, feature-flag and segmentation strategies, and scope-shaping that ties technical design to business outcomes.
**Define engineering standards for the squad and beyond**: ADRs, shared client/integration layers, test and observability patterns, and code review culture that teaches (SOLID, architecture, thorough PRs), including shared patterns between API and UI.
**Operate production systems**: incident response, war-room coordination, root-cause analysis, and fast stabilization PRs when freight brokerage operations are at risk.
**Collaborate tightly with product on discovery and requirements**—framing problems, narrowing scope with technical options, and sometimes presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders.
**Mentor and level up teammates** through pairing, design review, and informal leadership, without necessarily being a people manager.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of experience as a Software Developer
**Senior full-stack engineer** with a track record of **owning ambiguous, multi-step projects** end-to-end across API and UI (design, implementation, rollout, observability), comparable to tech-lead-level delivery on a business-critical system.
**Strong Python and Django** (or demonstrably deep transfer: e.g. long professional experience in Java/JVM ecosystems plus substantial Python web work in production).
**PostgreSQL expertise**: schema design, production database migrations, query plans, indexing, and fixing latency/regression issues—not only CRUD.
**Distributed systems and multi-service reality**: async jobs/queues, events, idempotency, integration failures, and debugging across service boundaries.
**Proven impact outside “greenfield” only**: experience in large or evolving codebases, modernization (framework/DB/search/runtime upgrades), or cost/performance work with measurable outcomes.
**Production mindset**: on-call or equivalent experience, incident response, and prioritizing stability under operational load.
**Technical leadership without relying on title**: examples of leading migrations, integrations, or architecture decisions; mentoring; and aligning engineers across teams.
**Clear written and verbal communication**: design docs, ADRs, RFCs, or review threads that other engineers adopt as reference.- Preferred strong frontend development with TypeScript and React: component design, state and data fetching, forms and validation, testing, and debugging in a sizable product codebase—comfortable shipping meaningful changes in the freight brokerage web application, not only small tweaks.

Ethena Labs is actively building and deploying a suite of groundbreaking digital dollar products aiming to upgrade money into the internet era.
Our flagship product, USDe, is a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, and takes the novel approach of using a delta-neutral hedged basis strategy to maintain its peg. This product scaled from zero to $15b in 18 months.

Ethena has also developed USDtb: a fiat backed GENIUS compliant stablecoin in partnership with BlackRock which has scaled to ~$2b.
These products are also offered in a whitelabel stablecoin offering where any application, chain, wallet or exchange can launch their own stablecoin on Ethena’s back-end infrastructure.
Through these offerings, Ethena Labs is not just creating new financial products; we are building the foundational infrastructure for a more open, efficient, and interconnected global financial system.
Open job offerings will be focused on two new major product lines coming to market in the next few months.

The Senior Data Engineer is a critical role reporting directly to the CTO. The primary mission is to rapidly deliver a reliable, production-ready market data platform that serves as the single source of truth for trading, risk, and business intelligence.
You’ll immediately own the entire data platform from inception and deliver working historical and real-time Tardis pipelines in the first 60 days. Beyond the initial MVP, the role requires iteratively evolving the platform into a best-in-class, cloud-native, observable, and self-service system. You will work hand in hand with the CTO & trading team to scope & deliver to business needs. The Senior Data Engineer will also serve as the go-to data expert for the firm and will be responsible for mentoring future junior data engineers or analysts.
What You’ll Do
- Rapidly spin up the cloud environment. Deliver working historical backfill pipelines from Tardis.dev into a queryable database.
- Deliver a real-time Tardis WebSocket pipeline, ensuring data is normalized, cached for live consumption, accurate, replayable, and queryable by Day 60.
- Ensure all pipelines are idempotent, retryable, and use exactly-once semantics. Implement full CI/CD, Terraform, automated testing, and secrets management.
- Implement proper observability (structured logs, metrics, dashboards, alerting) from day one. Provide immediate self-service access to the MVP database for Trading and BI teams via tools like Tableau/Metabase, and through simple internal REST APIs.
- Develop specialized timeseries data, including USDe backing-asset and a full opportunity-surface timeseries for Delta-neutral/lending/borrow opportunities.
- Ingest data from additional sources (Kaiko, CoinAPI, on-chain via TheGraph/Dune). Plan for 10x+ data growth via schema evolution, partitioning, and performance tuning. Establish enterprise-grade governance, including a data quality framework, RBAC, audit logs, and a semantic layer.
- Create full architecture documentation, runbooks, and a data dictionary. Onboard and mentor future junior staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of delivering working, production data in weeks, not months, with the ability to ruthlessly cut scope to hit a 60-day MVP while managing technical debt.
- Have built Tardis historical and real-time pipelines before (or equivalent high-quality crypto market data feeds), understanding specific quirks, rate limits, and WebSocket structures.
- Expert in large-scale, reliable ETL/ELT for financial or market data.
- Fluent in provisioning full environments with Terraform in days and expert in AWS/GCP serverless technologies.
- Expert Python and SQL skills and proficiency with time-series databases like TimescaleDB or ClickHouse, ensuring fast queries from day one.
- Advanced knowledge of WebSocket clients, message queues, and low-latency streaming, GitOps, automated testing/deploy and observability practices.
- Significant understanding of stablecoins, lending protocols, and opportunity surface concepts, or a proven ability to ramp up extremely quickly.

- You’d be joining a group that has well established itself as one of the most successful crypto-native company’s of all time, a group with a mission to revolutionise decentralised finance and it’s position in global finance.

Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: United States
Job Description:
This is a remote position based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
You don't just design interfaces, you solve problems people didn't know could be solved. You ask why before you ask how, and you push past surface requirements to find what's really going on. You care deeply about the craft, sweat the details, and know that the difference between good and great often lives in the small things. What really drives you is the moment a workflow clicks into place and someone's day gets meaningfully better.
You care about experiences that actually work in practice, not just in mocks. You enjoy untangling messy, ambiguous problems. And you know that understanding how people do their jobs helps create workflows that feel obvious once they exist. If learning directly from users and making complex systems feel clear and usable is what keeps you sharp, this role is for you.
At Fixify, we’re building an AI-native IT automation platform, and user experience is center stage when it comes to the value our customers experience. And as a Senior UX Designer, you’ll shape that experience for analysts and customers, designing intuitive, scalable workflows for data-dense, operationally complex environments. Your work will directly influence how people move through the platform, make decisions, and get work done.
This is a senior role with real ownership. You’ll work with a team of people who care — about our customers, about our craft, and about each other. That includes working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations from early discovery through delivery, translating complex requirements into clear, usable designs. And because we’re still early, you’ll see your designs used, challenged, and improved in real time.
We believe the combination of thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and genuine care can create standout moments for our customers. If you’re motivated by designing systems people rely on every day, and you want both responsibility and room to shape how things are done, you’ll feel at home here.
What we can do for you
- Offer a collaborative and supportive environment where your ideas and craft are valued.
- Provide opportunities to grow your design practice, research skills, and product impact.
- Give you a chance to shape the experience of a fast-growing product that supports real analyst workflows.
- Offer a front-row seat to how AI is transforming enterprise software and let you influence how users experience it.
- Surround you with a culture that values user experience and prioritizes thoughtful UX work.
- Give you the opportunity to help evolve our design patterns and systems as the product scales.
What you can do for us
- Own UX design for your Fixify product areas, from problem definition through delivery.
- Design end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity interfaces that solve user problems.
- Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear interaction and interface designs.
- Partner closely with Product Management during discovery and refinement to shape solutions grounded in real user needs.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-specified, and implemented as intended.
- Use qualitative feedback and product signals to inform and iterate on solutions.
- Apply and contribute to shared design patterns and standards to support consistency across the product.
- Champion our values of curiosity, adaptability, and teamwork.
What you should bring with you
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design skills.
- 2-3 years of experience designing B2B products, especially workflow-driven or data-dense applications.
- Demonstrated experience conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
- A strong foundation in UX principles and accessibility-minded, user-centered design practices.
- Working knowledge of front-end and technical constraints to ensure designs are realistic and implementable.
- The ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operations partners.
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and a fast-changing startup environment.
- A genuine curiosity about how people work and a drive to make their workflows clearer, faster, and easier.

Who We Are and What We are Doing:
Ethena Labs is actively building and deploying a suite of groundbreaking digital dollar products aiming to upgrade money into the internet era.
Our flagship product, USDe, is a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, and takes the novel approach of using a delta-neutral hedged basis strategy to maintain its peg. This product scaled from zero to $15b in 18 months.
Expanding on this, iUSDe is designed specifically for traditional financial institutions, incorporating necessary compliance features to enable them to access the crypto-native rewards our protocol generates, in an institutional-friendly manner.

The Role
As the Head of Platform Engineering, you’ll spearhead the evolution of our scalable, secure, and high-performing platform, driving the infrastructure that fuels our fast-paced startup. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll lead a lean team of 1-2 Senior/Intermediate DevOps Engineers and take full ownership of our platform strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and empowers engineering teams.
You’ll remain hands-on, contributing as a staff/principal-level engineer to write code, design architecture, and solve complex technical challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering leads and senior peers across the company to advance strategic priorities, enable business growth, and deliver measurable value. Your mission is to advance our infrastructure, proactively eliminate bottlenecks, and cultivate a world-class DevOps culture
What You’ll Do
- Conduct gap analyses to strengthen infrastructure, maintain exceptional uptime for critical systems (e.g., APIs, databases), and enhance monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog) to ensure rapid incident detection and resolution.
- Own high-priority infrastructure projects, defining clear roadmaps and fostering accountability to deliver outcomes that drive business success and enable company growth.
- Actively contribute as a staff/principal-level engineer, writing high-quality code, designing robust architectures, and solving complex technical problems to set a high standard for the team.
- Mentor and develop your team, recruit top talent, and foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, guided by meaningful performance metrics.
- Implement robust security practices (e.g., zero-trust models, DevSecOps) and ensure compliance with standards like SOC 2 and GDPR, maintaining a secure and compliant platform that supports business trust and growth.
- Optimise deployment pipelines to support frequent, reliable production releases and empower developers with self-service tools and standardized environments to maximize productivity and accelerate feature delivery.
- Partner with engineering leads and senior peers to align platform initiatives with company priorities, driving innovation, enabling new business opportunities, and adding measurable value to fuel growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in platform engineering, with hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Datadog). You’re comfortable contributing technically while leading the team.
- A proven ability to identify and resolve infrastructure gaps independently, anticipate challenges, and drive impactful improvements with ownership and urgency.
- The ability to craft and execute long-term platform strategies that align with business goals, enabling scalable growth, reducing technical debt, and adding value to the organization.
- Experience mentoring and scaling high-performing DevOps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical growth, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency and centralized exchange (CEX) trading space, with a proven track record of building highly available, resilient services and architectures using tools like Kubernetes to support low-latency, high-throughput systems. Experience with trading systems is a bonus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, with a bias for action, adaptability, and a relentless focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for a leader ready to take full ownership of our platform, shape its future, and build a legacy of engineering excellence. We know our people are our greatest asset. At Cotality, you can be yourself, lift people up and make an impact. By putting clients first and continuously innovating, we're working together to set the pace for unlocking new possibilities that better serve the property industry.
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Webflow designer to bridge the gap between visual creativity and technical implementation. Acting as the strategic bridge between digital and creative, you will translate marketing goals into high-converting assets.
You will define the optimal design-to-build workflow, utilizing the right mix of prototyping software and browser-based development to create immersive, production-ready experiences. Whether building native Webflow interactions or integrating external interactive platforms, your goal is to elevate our brand, clear the UX backlog, and manage scalable design systems to ensure every concept is technically sound.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Bridge & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary translation layer between the creative team and the web team. You ensure that brand standards are upheld without sacrificing web performance or conversion best practices.
- Translate abstract marketing goals (e.g., "we need to sound more innovative") into concrete visual realities (e.g., utilizing Webflow 3D transforms, motion graphics, or interactive modules).
- Establish and manage a formal design review process. You will lead the presentation of prototypes to non-technical stakeholders, gathering feedback efficiently and iterating rapidly while defending UX best practices.
Global Design System Orchestration
- Maintain and evolve a robust design system (utilizing tools like Figma) that serves two distinct needs: seamless, pixel-perfect technical specs for developers and an easily accessible "visual menu" for marketing teams to reference.
- Ensure that components, variables, and auto-layouts in your design files mirror our Webflow environment for a clean handover, while also documenting standards for third-party tools (like Ceros or HubSpot).
- Design all systems with localization in mind from day one, ensuring layouts are flexible enough to expand for different regions, languages, and character counts.
Interactive Design & Webflow Development
- Utilize Webflow’s interaction engine (and external libraries like GSAP where necessary) to build complex scroll animations, parallax effects, and "Scrollytelling" experiences that keep high-value users engaged longer.
- Define the optimal design-to-build workflow. Whether utilizing Figma for ideation or building directly in the browser, you ensure every concept is technically sound and optimized for page speed.
Optimization & Cross-Platform Consistency
- While you work primarily in Webflow, you will design the visual architecture for our HubSpot landing pages and emails. You will ensure these designs are feasible within HubSpot’s limitations so the development team can implement them without friction.
- Partner with the Strategy Lead to rapidly prototype A/B test variations (hero sections, pricing tables). Use heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity) and Webflow Analyze to monitor performance—if a complex animation hurts conversion, you take the initiative to simplify it.
Job Qualifications:
- A portfolio of live, production Webflow sites is required (not just static images). We need to see examples of complex interactions, clean class structures, and responsive implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in Webflow, specifically with Interaction Engine (IX2) and CMS Collections. Familiarity with GSAP or custom code for advanced animations is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable design systems (in Figma or similar tools). You must understand how to structure Auto-Layouts, Variables, and Components so they map 1:1 to Webflow classes.
- Experience working in a role where you had to translate "brand/creative" requirements into "web/technical" reality. You should be comfortable explaining technical constraints to non-technical creative directors or marketers.
- Functional understanding of HubSpot’s design modules and limitations. You don't need to be a Hubspot developer, but you must know how to design templates that are feasible for developers to build.
- Familiarity with using tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or Webflow Analyze to inform design decisions. You should be able to look at a heatmap and explain why a design needs to change.
This is a hybrid role, with approximately 2 days each week in office, in either our Austin, TX or Dallas, TX location and the remainder working remotely. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance of either location. The hybrid arrangement could change in the future, based on business needs.
