Title: Sr. Design Systems Engineer, Labs
Location: (United States)
Department: Software Engineering
Remote
Job Description:
About Us
Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.
We are hiring a Senior Design Systems Engineer as a foundational member of Higharc Labs. This is a role for an entrepreneurial frontend engineer with deep design systems expertise and product taste. You will build the component foundations and experimentation tooling that make 0-to-1 delivery fast, testable, and repeatable, while maintaining a high bar for UX quality and implementation craft.
What You'll Do
You will work across product, design, ML, and engineering to identify the right bets, build production-safe prototypes, validate with users, and either hand off successful, product-ready betas or sunset with shared learnings. Expect to:
Build and evolve a design system and component library that scales across rapid experiments without sacrificing consistency, accessibility, or UX quality
Shape frontend architecture patterns that enable AI-assisted development workflows while keeping interfaces reliable, understandable, and easy to iterate
Build right-sized product UX for Labs experiments - from problem exploration and wireframing through rapid prototypes to high-quality beta-ready workflows
Partner deeply with design to translate foundational design principles into codified visual language, interaction patterns, and UX guardrails in reusable primitives and documented standards
Build and own a repeatable experimentation framework (process + tooling) that supports fast prototyping, user feedback loops, and meaningful participation from org-wide contributors
Define graduation criteria for product bets: interface contracts, accessibility baselines, analytics hooks, known limitations, and transition plans
Talk directly with users and internal stakeholders to refine problem framing and validate assumptions early
About You
You are excited to have unusual autonomy and greenfield scope in a company with real revenue and customers. You thrive in ambiguity, don't mind that some experiments get killed, and are energized by the challenge of building something new inside an established organization. If that sounds like a feature and not a bug, let's go!
You have:
7+ years experience shipping customer-facing web products, with significant depth owning design systems or component libraries at scale
Strong React and TypeScript skills; comfort owning complex frontend architecture decisions
A track record of building functional, tasteful UI with high craft standards, simplifying complex workflows, and articulating why interaction choices work
Experience building tools, templates, or frameworks that accelerate other people’s work, including non-engineering collaborators
Ability and interest in shaping codebases for emerging AI workflows
Ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through deployment and iteration
Product engineering instincts: you can define problems, simplify scope, and prioritize what creates measurable value
Clear written and verbal communication in a remote, async environment
A builder mentality and bias to action; you are self-directed and learn quickly in new domains
A major plus if you also bring:
Experience as a technical founder or early engineer at a high-growth SaaS company
Experience with AI/LLM-assisted product development workflows for frontend teams
Familiarity with 3D interfaces, WebGL/Three.js, or creative tooling workflows
While we've identified the core experience and skills required above, please still apply if you have more or different experience than this! We will use your previous experience and performance across the series of interviews to establish appropriate level within our organization in a fair and equitable way.
Working at Higharc
Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. We offer flexible hours so you can do your best work without missing out on life. Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company.
Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. Haven't worked remotely before? We provide a stipend to create the ideal home office.

At heart, we are designers who love creating new, meaningful experiences and are well-versed in the practice of modern digital experience creation.
In this role, you will serve as an executional design lead for the creation of digital experiences. What you do:
- You take ownership of UX, UI, and visual design assets for projects and work closely with other team members as well as other disciplines to create extraordinary digital experiences. You serve as a design thinking resource across products/platforms and content/campaigns. You collaborate with all other disciplines and understand the dependencies that impact design and development throughout the project life cycle. You are skilled in all aspects of UI/interaction design and have a deep understanding of UX architecture, design, and content strategy.

Candidates who are local to the Chicago area and willing to commit to a hybrid schedule will be prioritized but highly qualified candidates in other markets who are willing to work Central Time hours may also be considered.
- We are not able to support any form of current or future visa sponsorship needs for this role. No 3rd party-staffing agencies, please.

Title: Marketing Operations Specialist - Web and Landing Pages
Location: Remote US
Full time
Job Description:
A bit about this role:
Growth marketing at Devoted sits at the intersection of technology, analytics, and consumer psychology. We take a data-driven approach to acquiring new Medicare Advantage members digitally—and the landing page and core website is where that work comes to life.
As the Operations Specialist for Web & Landing Pages, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of our marketing landing pages — from initial build and ad-to-page connectivity, through CRM integration and tracking implementation, to ongoing A/B testing and conversion optimization. Outside marketing pages, you’ll work on improvements to the company’s website and shopping experience.
You’ll also have a role in improving the system with which we customize marketing assets across our product portfolio, which is a critical process with high visibility across the marketing team. You’ll lean on your comfort with detail, process, and leveraging AI to drive wins here.
This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role in a regulated industry. You need to be comfortable toggling between creative conversations about page design and deep-in-the-weeds, technical problem-solving on UTM parameters, pixel implementation, and CRM field mapping. The ideal candidate can communicate with both left and right brained colleagues, and is excited about making numbers go up. You’re a master of the details, and can also talk about the big picture with senior stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Own the build, maintenance, and QA of all marketing landing pages — ensuring every page is properly connected from ad click through to CRM entry with correct tracking parameters (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) firing at every step
Design and run a structured A/B testing program, spanning headlines, layouts, CTAs, form fields, creative concepts; generate new hypotheses from performance data, competitive research, and consumer insight; put forth the key metrics that define success for each test; and run the testing implementation
Partner with copy and design colleagues to develop high-performing, compliant pages and new test creative to drive your testing program success; partner with digital growth channel managers on shaping overall funnel success
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track key landing page metrics, present performance updates and recommendations to marketing leadership
Coordinate with engineering and data teams on CRM integrations and data flows, and with compliance to ensure all pages meet CMS regulatory requirements
Support general web operations by managing content for the company’s website, including homepage, educational, and high-intent shopping pages – and track and report on the metrics that tell us if the pages are successful
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content versioning, QA workflows, and testing velocity
Drive ongoing improvements to our versioning system that customizes marketing assets across 100+ markets to match local product details and messaging
Required skills and experience:
2+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing with hands-on landing page management and working knowledge of the martech stack (tag managers, analytics platforms, conversion tracking, CRM systems, landing page builders)
Proven track record running A/B testing programs and using data to drive optimization — strong analytical skills, comfortable in Excel/Sheets and web analytics tools, able to translate numbers into business recommendations
Technical-enough to implement tracking tags, UTM parameters, troubleshoot pixel fires, configure form-to-CRM integrations, and file a precise ticket for an engineer
Attention to detail in a high-volume, multi-market environment where a misplaced parameter can throw off attribution for an entire campaign — and comfort operating in a regulated space where marketing materials require layers of compliance review
Intellectual curiosity and consumer centricity — you’re always asking “what if we tried…” and you think about the 65-year-old on the other side of the screen, not just the conversion rate
Desired skills and experience:
UI/UX sensibility (you may not be a designer, but you know when a page feels right)
familiarity with SQL or Snowflake
HTML/CSS literacy
comfort with Google Analytics (GA4)
experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Unbounce)
Salary range: $82,000 - $110,000 annually
