This system provides additional safety against incorrect proposals going undisputed and that response times remain within defined service thresholds. You will use internal tooling to review proposals flagged as high risk, and exercise independent judgment to decide if they are correct or should escalate to UMA’s dispute resolution system. This is not a community moderator role. It is a structured, accountable review function operating under defined response-time and quality expectations. 1. Flagged Proposal Review (Primary Responsibility)
- Review proposals flagged by monitoring systems during assigned coverage windows.

Ideal Background
Required
- Prediction Market Fluency: 1+ years of active involvement with prediction markets (rules, disputes, resolutions)
- Strong Analytical Judgment: Ability to interpret both objective and subjective market rules under ambiguity
- High Integrity & Bias Resistance: Comfortable making neutral decisions that may impact financial outcomes
- Reliability & Accountability: Consistent SLA adherence and independent work execution
- Clear Written Communication: Ability to articulate concise, structured reasoning

Schedule & Structure
- Contract-based role

- Structured shifts (anticipated ~12-hour shifts, 5 days/week including weekends, final schedule TBD)
- Alternatively, distributed coverage model (1–3 hours/day) depending on final staffing design
- Review activity limited to defined working hours (no engineer-style on-call expectations)
- Coordination via Slack
Compensation
- Monthly retainer

Compensation range reflects experience and demonstrated judgment.
