About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to provide strong leadership to our Accounts Payable department and to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently. The Accounts Payable Manager’s responsibilities include optimizing processes, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and training staff members. The Accounts Payable Manager must be knowledgeable, analytical, and have good communication skills.

What you will do:
- Manage the AP department and provide support and guidance to the team.
- Ensuring systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
- Keep track of the company’s financial expenditures, maintain the database, and provide reports as requested.
- Provide detailed account variance analysis.
- Standardize procedures to generate efficiency.
- Follow company procedures for compliance; coding and processing invoices, including:
- distinguishing appropriate accounting periods and ensuring proper GL account codes are used.
- Ensure 2-way and 3-way matchings accuracy.
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare detailed journal entries.
- Manage payment runs and handle payment requests.
- Support monthly and yearly accruals.
- Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reconciliations and analyses.
- Ensure all accounts payable issues are identified, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage the 1099 process and resolve any issues.
- Assist with accounting department audit requests.
- Special projects as requested and directed by the management team.

Responsibilities
Handle all Chargeback and Sales Tracing operational activities, including timely and accurate processing, systematic controls, accounts receivable management, and distributor financial settlements.
Partner with Contract Operations, Offer Development, and Customer Care to support continuous improvement initiatives, identify root causes, and implement operational enhancements.
Collaborate with Distributor partners to strengthen the end-to-end chargeback process, focusing on procedures, prevention, accountability, and timely settlements to reduce financial risk.
Facilitate regular collaboration calls to review file processing status, key metrics, and action log follow-ups.
Partner with the Chargeback Resolution Team to track, monitor, and communicate disputed lines for resolution.
Work with IT partners to ensure business requirements are met and technical functionality supports operational needs.
Support a Continuous Improvement (CI) plan to harmonize processes and procedures.

The role of the CDM Analyst II has several components including routine data validation, collaboration with outside vendors, performing monthly Chargemaster maintenance and leading code update initiatives. Job Summary:

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial health for acute and non-acute organization by meticulously managing the charge master, regulation code changes, work queues, charge capture, charge reconciliation, reporting, and analytical trending. Charge Master
Evaluates current charging processes to diagnose the root cause of any charge inefficiencies and ensures standard charge practices are implemented.
Analyzes changes to coding and billing rules and regulations and using independent decision making to ensure appropriate updates to CDM and charge processes are implemented.
Prepare and present quarterly and annual CPT/HCPCS changes, annual pricing updates and provide client education material and presentation.
Conduct thorough research to ensure the Charge Description Master (CDM) is maintained regularly.

Charge Capture
Serves as subject matter expert (SME) of charge capture methodologies and helps investigate and solve charging issues and provide charge capture recommendations to clinical departments and hospital staff.
Collaborate with client leadership to ensure charge trigger matrix is clearly documented and updated, as needed.
Diagnoses root cause issues of charge problems and provides client education for best practice recommendations for improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis on late charge reporting and provide client education for timely charge capture.
Ensure effective monitoring and internal control processes in place to improve revenue capture.
Rounding with Clients
Rounding on client revenue leaders on a quarterly basis to review questions concerning charge reconciliation, charge processes, CDM.
Attend meetings to support system conversions, revenue cycle initiatives and foster good working relationships with key contacts.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the management of a designated loan portfolio typically consisting of large, complex commercial and mortgage loans, including loans participated/syndicated with other Farm Credit Associations or Commercial Banks. Analyzes new loan applications and other loan servicing requests through the thorough analysis of financial statements and other pertinent credit information, and develops credit packages. The Sr Portfolio Analyst will assist the Relationship Manager in gathering the required information necessary to make appropriate credit decisions, and analyze credit and servicing requests from start to finish. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assists the Relationship Manager in the gathering of information necessary to make appropriate credit decisions. The Capital Markets Analyst role is an integral part of the Capital Markets team at Kiavi supporting the management of mortgage loan sales to a variety of institutional investor partners. The Capital Markets Analyst will help the team manage, monitor and analyze transactions to institutional investors, securitization programs and other capital markets partners.
Responsibilities
- Track, update and maintain all loan sale data; establish timelines for trade execution.

We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative to join our General Ledger team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager – General Ledger, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and analyzing open POs, identifying duplicates/inactive POs, verifying delivery status, closing obsolete POs
- Collaborating with business partners, AP, and GL teams to ensure the validity of POs, address discrepancies, and update fully delivered POs
- Supporting accurate accruals and ensuring month-end/quarter-end POs align with reporting requirements
- Maintaining SOPs for PO review and clean-up, suggesting improvements to optimize the PO lifecycle, and preventing future backlogs
- Preparing regular open PO reports, tracking clean-up progress, and providing updates to the manager
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1 - 3 years of experience in GL and AP
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay process
- Strong analytical and excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa, FloQast, Tableau) preferred
