About the Opportunity

Alongside the Head of People, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop processes, optimize performance and steer end-to-end recruitment funnels for multiple talent pipelines across all P6H entities. This role is ideal for a talent enthusiast who is keen to gain holistic exposure to all things Talent Attraction; from Employer Branding all the way out to offer negotiations. We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic contributor who has great ideas on how we can deliver a memorable candidate experience and magnetic employer brand at an international scope.

 

  • Learn how to develop and optimize multi-channel sourcing strategies across European and US talent pools.
  • Take on the role of Subject Matter Expert as the lead admin for all recruitment tools in use.
  • Own and refine our library of candidate communication templates; from job descriptions, to initial messaging, to engagement campaigns with CRM prospects.
  • Be our internal candidate experience ambassador, making sure that all hiring teams and managers are committed to our hiring goals, while safekeeping the best interest of our candidates.
  •  Have successfully completed 1-2 internships at a high growth startup, creative agency, or consulting firm.

  • Write at an English native level, or close to native. Additional languages are a major advantage.

  • Have a natural ability to think outside the box and approach problems creatively

  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a strong sense of community and inclusion

  • Are self-motivated, sociable, and can work efficiently within a team as well as autonomously.

Minimum Salary of $50k (2-3years experience ) + Performance Bonus + Benefits.

Minimum Salary of $35k (entry-level) + Performance Bonus + Benefits.
