Position Title & Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides high level executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Serving as the primary liaison for internal and external contacts on all matters, the Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates scheduling, outreach and oversees special projects. You must be creative and enjoy working within a fast pace, dynamic environment that is results-driven and people oriented. The ideal inidual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and maintain an effective balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Essential Responsibilities:
Be a trusted partner to our Revenue leadership team, organizing current needs, anticipating potential conflicts, and handling sensitive business information as needed to drive efficiency
Manage and maintain high volume calendars which includes scheduling, organizing and managing complicated and sometimes hectic schedules; ensuring the Revenue leadership team’s time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the business Track, monitor, and guide progress of projects, tickets and action items to ensure they remain on course and are completed with respect to deadlines and organizational developments Proactively coordinate onsite and offsite meetings/events, including all aspects of meeting logistics as needed (technology, food, etc.) Assist in drafting important documents and preparing meeting materials including assisting with presentations, handouts and other meeting related material Attend meetings with or on behalf of the SVP’s, taking note of action items and informing teams of key takeaways Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other colleagues across the company; demonstrating poise and tact under pressure handling matters with sound judgment and respect Research and develop an understanding of the Adtech industry on various topics including industry trends, current events, competitors, etc. Utilize knowledge of the company’s business to effectively conduct research on business opportunities, best practices and operational improvements, preparing executive summaries and high level briefings as needed Provide support for Mediavine sponsored events attended by the Revenue teams SVP’s or otherwise as needed in collaboration with MarComm Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements, ensuring each SVP is aware and updated on itinerary changes during travel, and prepared upon arrival Find solutions to improve efficiency and organizational practices Perform any other relevant duties as assigned Required travel on an as needed basis, for our annual All Hands Retreat, Team Retreats/Meetings and/or industry events/conferences (approx. 20%)Requirements

Oversee the daily operations of a Health Information Exchange team. Our JPSys team supports the U.S. Dept of Veteran Affairs and liaises with their data trading partners to manage the Veteran's Health Information Exchange within the VHA.
Activities would include management of kick-off, project plan development, risk assessment, implementation, testing, and close-out of each assigned task.
Able to manage changing client requirements with a flexible positive attitude.
Oversee all tasks and make sure deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and with the appropriate resources.
Oversee the development of metrics, Power BI dashboards for monitoring work products, recommend project improvements, and develop Project Management planning documents as needed to support the project.

The Housing Division (HD) partners with local governments, Tribes, housing authorities, nonprofits and other organizations to develop and preserve affordable housing, promote inidual and family self-sufficiency, and reduce adult and youth homelessness.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Director (AD) of the HD ision. This position provides high-level, complex administrative support to the AD and Deputy AD, makes decisions and acts for the AD in administrative matters, serve as project manager or project coordinator for special projects, and provides leadership and coaching to the HD Lead Support Team.

Burr & Forman, an Am Law 200 firm with over 350 attorneys, seeks qualified candidates for a Marketing Technology Administrator position to support the firm's business development efforts. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Director of Marketing and ideally located in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Orlando, FL; or Nashville, TN, but other office locations may be considered.
The Marketing Technology Administrator will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and translate their needs into actionable solutions that leverage technology and strengthen the firm's data strategy. Product ownership will include the firm's Client Relationship Management (InterAction) and Experience Management (Foundation) platforms.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Platform Administration and User Support
- Serve as the day-to-day administrative contact for platform questions, including search and reporting inquires, troubleshooting, and training requests.
- Oversee user onboarding and deactivation.
Data Governance and Quality
- Partner with Director of Marketing to develop and implement data governance plans to normalize data for use in downstream systems and to support data analysis and visualization.
- Manage data quality and ensure data integrations and imports are tested and monitored for accuracy and consistency.
- Design and maintain appropriate taxonomies and ensure accurate mapping to the appropriate fields.
Integrations, Vendor Management, and Technical Coordination
- Partner with IT staff, vendors, and other third parties to address system-level technical issues, manage internal and external integrations, and implement upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor back-end processes and settings to ensure optimal technical configuration of CRM and XM systems.
Workflow, Process Design, and Operational Improvement
- Formalize processes for both administrative and end users and develop new workflows where needed.
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, and best practice adoption.
Training, Documentation, and User Adoption
- Partner with department leadership to develop training materials and facilitate training for new users as well as continuing education on new features, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor user activity and implement solutions to improve user adoption.
THE ESSENTIALS</p>
- Deep working knowledge of Foundation or InterAction is required. Working knowledge of both is preferred.
- Champion for change management, process improvement, user adoption, and the constant evolution of complex data strategies and needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex assignments with competing deadlines and priorities under minimal direct supervision, exercising patience and professionalism during stressful situations. Experience managing projects from inception through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the confidence to contribute insights and recommendations related to platform maintenance, enhancements, and data quality improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with project management (Asana) and data visualization (Power BI) platforms preferred.
