Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager & HubSpot Specialist who will work directly with clients and be their main point of contact and communicate with assertiveness and care both internally and with our clients. Manage projects by working with various departments to achieve results, and go above and beyond for our clients. Expand your HubSpot knowledge and practice by performing certain actions in HubSpot on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work on “behind-the-scenes” client tasks like building emails, workflows, blogs, etc. 
• Work with internal teams as needed (for example, project managers to ensure projects stay on track, content team for writing email workflows, or our back-end engineers for data migrations or complex integrations).
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects with a wide variety of tasks, work with cross-functional teams and ensure all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget. Managing scope creep is your responsibility.

• Be our clients' primary point of contact and engage them in (8-10) live training sessions per week to ensure they get the most out of HubSpot.
• Own multiple projects concurrently. 
• Projects you will be managing include website projects (from onboarding and goal setting to wireframing, copy, design, HubSpot implementation, QA, and launch), marketing campaigns (including graphic design, ads, SEO), complex integration work, and more. This means you will manage the internal resources and keep things on track, it doesn’t mean being an expert in all these fields.
• Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new and/or existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making.
• Create handbooks for our clients
• HubMasters Program: Play a major role in this program's function, communication with clients, running live group sessions, etc.

Working with other Scale Factory colleagues, you’ll help our B2B SaaS customers build and operate their cloud solutions, working with their engineers to put together a foundation of good DevOps & SRE practise, helping them move faster, maintain uptime, and keep their secrets safe and secure.

**SENIOR SALESFORCE CONSULTANT

Your Impact

• Maintain full nodes for various blockchains Chainlink supports and find ways to deploy and manage them more efficiently. 
•  Deploy new Chainlink nodes and ensure their reliability. 
• Understand blockchain-specific monitoring in great depth and help the team cut down on noise by fine-tuning alerts. 
• Pair with engineers from across the company to help with troubleshooting, deploy new services, and figure out how to increase developer velocity and eliminate pain points.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience. You probably have an operations background, have worked in a DevOps team before, and are familiar with most tools from our stack (below). 
• Experience with CI/CD. You know how to deploy your services reliably and have used tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TravisCI, or Jenkins to achieve that.
• Experience with scripting and configuration management. You can write scripts to automate routine tasks and have familiarity with tools like Ansible and Packer. 
• Experience with monitoring and logging. You know how to export metrics to Prometheus, have built a Grafana dashboard or two, and have experience with a centralized logging solution like the Elastic Stack, Splunk or LogDNA.
• Experience with distributed systems and container orchestration. You have maintained or even built Kubernetes clusters before and feel comfortable deploying completely new services on them.
• Strong communication skills. You can give and receive constructive feedback, and you do not shy away from planning meetings and code reviews.

Desired Qualifications

• Excitement for blockchain, Web 3.0, and similar decentralized technologies. 
• Experience running blockchain full nodes would give you a considerable advantage in this role.

Job Description

The Foundation Technical Systems Lead is responsible for managing various operational functions for the Foundation.  This position works closely and collaboratively with all other Foundation functions, as well as with Internet Society’s IT and systems teams.  The Foundation Technical Systems Lead will ensure a smooth implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and integration of systems and tools to properly support a lean yet effective team and the Foundation’s evolution.  This incumbent will oversee the grants management policies and recommend best practices so that they are optimally reflected in and enacted via the design and administration of its grants management system, Fluxx. 

The Foundation Technical Systems Lead will work under pressure at times, handle multiple priorities and activities, and handle confidential matters with discretion and balance. They will provide direct service to internal and external stakeholders and will apply a strategic lens to identifying how the Foundation’s systems support and streamline operational procedures.

The ideal candidate would possess a body of experience with relational database systems and be able to apply demonstrated technical proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Strive for the Foundation’s operational excellence.
• Continually assess efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and make technical improvements as necessary.
• Employ change management methodologies to support operationalizing new processes.

• Lead critical systems/functions, including system integrations across all functional areas by identifying technical gaps, anticipating team needs, and identifying and implementing new tools/systems.
• Lead data migration efforts.
• Act as lead liaison with key Internet Society (ISOC) functions, especially the IT and systems team to manage current and new integrations with ISOC systems.
• Lead efforts to resolve unusual or high-profile problems in Foundation system(s) and escalate issues to vendor(s) as needed.
• Align technology solutions with effective processes that ensure integrity of data.
• Set up all systems for optimal data analysis and sharing, in collaboration with the Monitoring & Evaluation team.
• Use sound judgment to balance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, make recommendations for, and implement practical methods to incorporates DEIJ-centered approach to tools that aim to eliminate barriers to equity.
• Contribute to the development of the Operations team goals, work plans, and track and communicate progress.
• Establish the necessary technical structures for future fundraising.
• Anticipate and be responsive to changes in the Foundation’s environment.
• Provide regular status updates to the Operations Director; and

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in operations preferably in a grant-making institution or nonprofit.
• Experience as a Fluxx Grant maker system administrator will be considered a strong plus.
• Experience at a funder organization that provides grants globally.
• Experience with requirements gathering, data migration, and systems implementations and integrations.
• Desire to understand the Foundation’s current policies and procedures, how they are practically implemented in existing tools and systems, and how they strategically align with our values and support our mission.
• Ability to translate technical, policy, and financial information into clear and concise content.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
