Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Systems Engineer with some background in machine-learning operations (MLOps) to join our customer-facing Custom Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to apply your software configuration, programming, and debugging skills to help customers apply Anaconda tools to solve practical business problems using AI/ML and related technologies.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop expertise with our commercial and open-source products so that you can help customers apply these tools to their problems and systems.
- Help Anaconda integrate MLOps tools with our commercial and open-source products to help support machine-learning and related applications

Joining a growing Development ision and working within the Development Operations team, the Donor Services Analyst will have the opportunity to establish an analytic framework for the audience support components of our new NPR Network initiative, alongside data analysis for the work of the NPR fundraising team. Role will liaise both internally to Development and cross-isionally bringing together data and insights in visually compelling and actionable ways. The role will be responsive to requests from stakeholders and provide guidance on additional metrics for success or ways to improve and understand complex data sets. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in reporting on fundraising success, bring a creative and open mind and have experience building buy-in from various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary focus on fundraising analytics; analyzing performance of revenue lines and donor trends to inform strategy
- Establish and provide regular cross-platform analytics briefings to a range of isions and leadership to inform how we are tracking to established metrics and KPI’s
- Lead analysis and insights related to donors and donations to uncover trends and insights in key areas that influence NPR and Member station fundraising strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience.
WORK LOCATION: This is a remote permitted role. This role is based out of our Washington, DC office but the employee may choose to work on a remote basis from a location that NPR approves.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to generate standard reports multichannel campaign performance and analytic reports with minimal supervision

The Role:

The Data & Insights team are responsible for all aspects of data modelling in the commercial functions, including but not limited to: business forecasting, revenue planning, demand generation pipeline, and ABM reporting.

The Role
As Addepar’s Sr. Database Administrator, you’ll be ensuring the availability and reliability of Addepar’s core production databases. You’ll play a leading role in implementing and maintaining database administration. Addepar moves quickly, so it’s vital that you ensure our databases are running at optimum speed and efficiency. This position involves critical duties and responsibilities that must continue to be performed during crises and contingency operations, which may necessitate extended hours of work. In this position, your responsibility will include system design, configuration, deployment, and operations of database operations and database observability systems and tools. These systems include monitoring services and infrastructure, log collection and analytics, and Database Performance Monitoring (DPM). Together these systems and tools serve as a critical part of Addepar’s cloud infrastructure services.
