As a Product Manager, you will lead our log pipeline product, which empowers Enterprises to ingest, process, and route streaming data at any scale. This is a new product offering for LogDNA, so you will have the opportunity to define a whole new product experience, working with engineering, go-to-market, and leadership to chart new waters for LogDNA. You will be working alongside a growing group of product managers to redefine the enterprise experience for stream processing and help customers maximize the value of their data in motion.

• Deeply understand LogDNA’s customers and use-cases, as well as industry trends around observability and log management.

  • Ability to edit existing reservations - reduce the operation costs for the Customer support teams, who currently spend 3x more time on these requests than any other.
  • Automate notifications to customers when somebody from their booking has dropped out and the need to be replaced - reducing the overheads to Pollen who have to cover the loss if nobody fills the room.

About this role:

We’re looking for an Product Delivery QA  with strong  technical expertise  to develop and maintain the test scripts and code which underpins the various load testing capabilities, from front-end applications to API services, data sources and infrastructure and everything in between. You will  join a leading client as they take on major programs of work, which are anticipated to run for the next 12 months.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management (PM) to lead and grow our PM department. **The Role

Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will become part of a team responsible for the delivery of a variety of internal and external customer facing projects.

The Role:

As a successful Associate Director, Product Management, Brand Platform you will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, roadmap and execution that enables the expansion of our Brand Platform into global markets. 

This senior level role requires at least 7 years of International Product Management experience and a proven track record of success leading the expansion of products from US-centric into global markets. Successful candidates will have managed an international portfolio of products. • Project Management & Strategy:
