Who You Are:

The Manager, Analytics is responsible for measurement planning and KPI identification that sets the foundation for ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, insights generation, and data visualization across all digital media tactics. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and internal teams on analytics capabilities and recommendations, serving to establish a strong relationship with the client. You also will be responsible for recommending technical capabilities for testing, analysis, and reporting and presenting this information, as well as campaign data and recommendations for constant improvement throughout the campaign lifecycle, to the client. THE POSITION

The Role:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for data analytics project development, along with researching external methods, processes, and software to provide solutions to support our fast-growing business. They will be expected to build out sophisticated analytics systems utilizing advanced BI & Analytics tools. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or other engineering fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in building analytical reports and dashboards using Tableau is a must.
• Working knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Cognos, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or Amazon QuickSight is a plus.

The Order Specialist position plays a key role in servicing our customers. The OS position reports to the Supervisor Order Fulfillment for the Builder Channel.

Overall Accountabilities

• Work with FSR’s to ensure the expectations of our builders are met with regards to timely and complete delivery and installation.
• Facilitate verbal, electronic, or hard copy communications with Customers regarding the phase of construction, cabinet order dates, selection information and purchase orders, etc.
• Provide field measure packets on time that include all the necessary information for FSR’s to accurately verify designs and selections on each job.
• Collect purchase order information and prepare accurate pricing summary for invoicing purposes.
• Timely and accurate ordering of all jobs is the goal.
• Ability to travel as required. Estimated travel currently anticipated for this position is <5%.

• Prepare countertop orders and send to countertop supplier. Place email confirmations in Box Job Folder.
• May create install packet that stays in box folder which includes the layout, items list, countertop information.

• Work with Account Managers on recurring design changes and P.O. issues that need to be corrected and make sure you use the most up to date information provided by them.

• The Machine Learning based transaction categorisation engine that underpins the budgeting capabilities of the app and affordability checking, e.g. for mortgages.
• Analysis of the characteristics of the user base, i.e. user segmentation, to support business decisions. For instance, what’s the current financial situation of the users of the app, what are their goals and how should the product be developed to aid the user in their journey?
• The development of targeted nudges based on current and historical data to ensure financial wellness. About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to build, lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts working on building scalable data and analytics solutions. Working as a Data Delivery Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure success of data collection final outcomes, helping us scale and build the most complete and reliable database of sustainability information. To accomplish this, you will interface with vendors and internal teams for all data obtained through data collection efforts.

Maximize performance of data collection vendors:

• Increase data collection agencies performance in terms of quality and efficiency (SLAs definition, quality and efficiency KPI follow up, identify and implement improvement measures) based on monitoring of vendors efficiency and quality
• Define and monitor quality and efficiency KPIs using business intelligence tools and Python/SQL

Optimize internal data research and data quality assurance efforts:

• Define and ensure execution of internal efforts targets and scope

Drive the end to end delivery of collection of all data types (sustainability, funds and financial data):
