A Day in the Life

We are seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup.As the FP&A Manager, you will be a key finance partner across the organization and help drive our growth strategy. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the financial projections of the Company, including but not limited to, the annual budget, variance analysis, long/short term forecasts, cash flow projections and board of director quarterly reporting. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and will require collaboration with various leaders within the Company. This position will report directly to the Head of Finance and offers an excellent opportunity to shape the strategy of the business in a highly visible role.

A typical day for this position at Rinsed includes the following:

• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling process and outputs

• Support month-end close process and prepare consolidation of reported actuals vs. plan, current forecast, and prior year ensuring key issues, risks and business drivers are understood and highlighted.

• Drive high-quality, collaboratively built financial forecasts, annual plans and operational analyses summarizing business drivers, risk and opportunities

• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Help prepare and develop standardized quarterly board reporting

• Demonstrate proficiency of technical tools and financial systems

• Identify and execute upon process improvement opportunities

• Serve as finance business partner to department heads with in-depth analyses

About You

You are a driven, strategic FP&A leader who has excellent communication skills and financial modeling ability. What you'll do

Roboflow is looking to hire our first Customer Support Specialist as we quickly scale our customer base. This role will work closely with our customers and potential customers to ensure they are successful in their computer vision work.

Our core belief is that computer vision is a foundational technology that is going to transform nearly every industry. On the front line of this shift, you will become an expert in applied machine learning and guide our users as they build and deploy computer vision models.

You will spend your day talking with customers over a number of mediums, including Zoom, chat, email, and our online forum. About this role

At the moment, it's just us three co-founders and we are looking for a talented engineer who gets excited by talking to users and shipping product with us. You will be highly autonomous as to what you choose to work on to maximize your impact on the company.

🔌 Datasources

We already have pre-built integrations with most of the big shopping platforms. We want to move beyond that and be the fastest way to track any customer event for all B2C companies. Some open challenges are: (i) making it easy to track custom events, (ii) building out backend, web and mobile SDKs, (iii) improving visibility/monitoring malfunctioning sources.

⛓️ Connections

One of the reasons customers use us instead of Segment/Rudderstack is because Converge is much faster and easier to set up. We need help on making it more powerful (e.g. transform data before forwarding) and less clunky.

🎯 Attribution

Our customers want to know where their users come from. A big challenge here is stitching customer events across sessions, devices and datasources.
