The Role

• The Bloomerang Database Coach will report to the Database Coaching Manager and will be primarily responsible for the delivery of Bloomerang Coaching Sessions and Success Programs with a focus on best fundraising and database practices. Coaches strive to help customers overcome current database obstacles and to have a customer leave a session feeling more comfortable and confident in their ability to work independently in their database in the future.
