About the Product Designer, Mezo As a Product Designer at Mezo, you’ll get to shape the future of Bitcoin by working on Mezo. What You’ll Do
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional product teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance the user experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Maintain our existing design system, and ensure consistency and scalability across our products. And when appropriate, can evolve the design system to support new features and improvements. Have a collaborative approach when it comes to working with our developers. Oversee the implementation quality and offer design support whenever the developers need it. Support unmoderated and moderated usability testing with user research partners. Monitor and manage quantitative and qualitative data from both our analytics and from our tech support. Have the ability to spot problems and frictions that could turn into a potential new study or insight. Use qualitative user insights and quantitative user data to inform design solutions and deliverables. Participate in cross-functional discovery, discussions, and design reviews. Requirements
Bring 5-8 years of expertise in designing experiences and interactions. Experience in collaborating on product design teams with multiple designers. What you’ll do
- Configure and manage cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP and Cloudflare
- Manage and administer our CI/CD pipelines with Github (GitHub Actions. AWS Landing Zone)
- Maintain and improve our internal management systems
- Respond to IT incidents and requests through Jira Service Management to ensure minimal downtime and loss
- Enhance security infrastructure by using Okta for secure Identity management
- Document all DevOps and infrastructure-related processes within Confluence
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- Good knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud computing platforms
- Experience with GitHub and understanding of version control concepts
- Experience with Security and Identity management tools, preferably Okta
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems, preferably Jira Service Management
- Familiarity with Confluence or equivalent documentation tools
- Understanding of blockchain technologies and familiarity with Web3
- Good problem-solving methods and a proactive work ethos
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed

- 3+ years experience administering cloud platforms
