About the role

As a senior product designer at GFX Labs, you will primarily be focused on improving the user experience in Oku by building novel designs and implementing the latest features. In your role, you will work closely with the frontend engineering to balance pixel-perfect design with realistic execution.

It is important you have a good understanding of user experiences across onchain & offchain trading, bridging assets between chains, and on/off ramping of assets.

Cash compensation is a starting point, and we want all of our team members to be able to grow in their roles. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, our cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis on the hire date anniversary.

The Mediavine Marketing & Communications (MarComm) team is currently looking to fill the open position of Marketing Graphic Designer. This is a multifaceted role for a multi-talented designer. Specifically, we’re looking for a digital design whiz who thinks about product branding in their sleep and sketches logos for fun over breakfast. If landing page layout is your jam and email open rates keep you up at night, we may be a match made in heaven.

The MarComm team is responsible for branding and promoting Mediavine’s many product offerings, from full service ad management to WordPress plugins. We’re also responsible for producing collateral for every other Mediavine department, from the Sales team’s pitch deck to a perks one-sheeter for People Ops. In addition, MarComm produces all of Mediavine’s educational content (including blog posts, Facebook Lives, videos, emails, social media and a podcast), as well as all events, both in person and digital.

The Marketing Graphic Designer reports to the Manager of Digital Design and will collaborate directly with the team of designers to ensure all finalized collateral adheres to Mediavine’s brand guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Marketing and Communications design efforts for the Mediavine brand, ensuring the brand look, feel and tone are authentic and consistent
• Create digital and print marketing materials, including logos, branding projects, newsletters, social media campaigns, blog posts, event collateral, pitch decks, and merchandise
• Collaborate with other pods within the MarComm team such as MarComm Ops to identify needs for design projects to be completed
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure designs are consistent
• Innovate and conceptualize design projects to push the brand creatively and exceed stakeholders’ expectations
• Offer input on creative meetings, collaboratively brainstorm ideas and implement feedback from leadership
• Required travel on an as needed basis, for our annual All Hands Retreat, Team Retreat/Meetings and/or industry events/conferences (approx. 15%)

• Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferably in an in-house or agency setting
• 3+ years of experience in marketing & communications

• Strong skills in digital design, print design, typography, branding, color theory, and graphic design for landing pages
• Experience with UI/UX, WordPress, and landing page best practices
• Working knowledge of social media and experience with YouTube

You will partner closely with members of our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive a strategic operations roadmap and ensure the teams are supported day-to-day. Ability to deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  * Partner with GTM Leadership to define the sales operations strategy as it aligns and integrates the customer-facing teams (marketing, sales, customer success)* Partner with GTM leadership to define, build, and optimize the lead, sales cycle, and post sales cycle process to improve our pipeline throughput & retention initiatives* Manage relationship and program execution with strategic outsourced rev ops agency, reporting on project progress weekly and monthly* Build and maintain the Sales automation stack to ensure clean data synchronization between core systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.* Partner with Sales Leadership to centralize KPI dashboards for all revenue-generating teams* Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, process adoption, and consistency across all GTM functions* Enable a best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline, and operating cadence. This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analysis, reporting, territory creation and planning* Partner with cross-functional teams to review operational procedures, and develop scalable processes and solutions to address any inefficiencies, including ongoing documentation* Hands on configuration of Salesforce Platform including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, etc. * Act as a consultant to provide support for all GTM systems* Support in Territory design for new logo / account management / BDR teamsEXPERIENCE  * Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field * Preferred Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201)* Experience managing and supporting sales needs and questions around systems such as SFDC, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.* 3+ total years of operating experience in either Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Operations ideally at a B2B SaaS company* Managing, triaging, and resolving user submitted issues via ticketing system(s) * Advanced Google sheets/Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) KNOWLEDGE* Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals* Ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as with business users. * Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users * Relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools DESIRED BEHAVIORS * Receptive to change – is flexible.
