As a BRĒZ Email Graphic Designer, you will be reporting directly to the Creative Director. This role requires a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and an understanding of what resonates with real customers.  The primary focus will be designing and executing visually compelling email campaigns that align with the brand identity while driving engagement and conversions. A Motion Designer at BRĒZ brings a keen eye for compelling visuals and an instinct for creating movement that captivates audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to design content that stops people from scrolling and commands attention.  

Design choices must be intentional, cutting through the noise with content worth sharing. While motion design is the focus, this role will also involve creating still graphics for web, email, social media, retail, and packaging. We're seeking a progressive Lead Data Visualization Designer to contribute to the Action Lab team, in partnership with the EdPlus at ASU Dean’s office. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by transforming complex data sets into clear, insightful and aesthetically pleasing visualizations.

Working closely with data experts in and outside of Action Lab, unit leaders, and other stakeholders, you will gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into visual stories that drive decision-making and strategic insights. Additionally, you may direct, train, and oversee staff or student employees; oversee related products developed by other teams; and support the professional growth of the unit.

The Action Lab is a teaching and learning laboratory within EdPlus at ASU that conducts research in digital teaching and learning science to gain new insights into students’ learning behavior and what drives student success. The results of this research are leveraged to enable continuous improvement in online programs, instructional design and new learning technologies.

Essential Duties:

·         Transforms business requirements and complex data sets into compelling, insightful, and aesthetically pleasing visualizations that drive decision-making and strategic insights.

·         Creates beautiful and visually stunning data-driven stories to convey data to stakeholders in a way that facilitates understanding, thoughtful ideation of next steps and conveys impact.

Description

The successful candidate for the Senior Multimedia Designer position is a professionally trained multimedia designer with 9+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment. On a day-to-day basis, design duties cover a range of mediums such as digital, print, web (front end) design, interactive, and animation – making a well-rounded candidate ideal for this position. The incumbent is responsible for creating effective multi-channel solutions from concept to completion, maintaining a consistent, positive professional image of the Association and its members, as well as the professions of audiology and speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

1.      Create and develop innovative design concepts and solutions for multi-channel marketing, event, advertising, and professional development materials, ensuring strong branding consistency and clear, effective messaging.

2.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including internal clients and stakeholders (marketing managers, subject matter experts), creative media team members (design directors, multimedia managers, copywriters, designers, animators), and digital communications team members (UX, digital strategists, social media managers).

3.      Ideate campaign concepts and design a comprehensive library of branded campaign materials, including moodboards, style guides, and templates, or using existing style guides, keeping faithful to established branding for campaigns and products.

4.      Design a variety of print materials (including brand identity, ads, direct mail, booklets and reports, large-scale signage, posters, and merchandise), following print best practices.

As a Senior Product Designer on the Engage team, you’ll design world-class user experiences for transit agencies who use Spare to manage processes like paratransit eligibility, complaints, and other municipal services.

• End to end product design experience: You’ve successfully taken complex designs from research to concepting to implementation many times. You’ve probably got at least 5 years of product design experience, maybe more.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer with 3-5 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing good & functional UI to join our dynamic design team. Illustration creation is a bonus!

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

What would you work on?

• Focus: lead the creation and implementation of user interface designs that align with the company's brand and product goals.

• Blade Design Systems: Collaborate with our internal design systems team, assisting with UI design initiatives.

We view our design system as a crucial component for enabling our product teams to expand further our offerings in a way that complements the cohesive overall Razorpay experience. So while we already have a foundation layer in place, we are looking for someone who can add to that and develop more innovative ideas on building a system.

As a design systems designer, you’ll be a part of our multi-disciplinary platform team responsible for evolving the design language of Razorpay products. You'll work with other designers and engineers to decide about component designs and how to represent those in code. Our team comprises talented iniduals with backgrounds in product design, design systems, design ops, illustration, and engineers with front-end and full-stack experience working on React.js.

• Design & define interaction patterns through components, documentation & prototypes.

• Work closely with engineers to maintain and create new components for our library across all Razorpay products (Web, iOS & Android).

• Provide regular design feedback to other designers and engineers on implementing and contributing to our design system.
