Cision is looking for an innovative and highly driven Vice President of Total Rewards. As the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will be a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and implementing market leading total rewards philosophies, architecture, and mindset by leading compensation and benefits across our global organization. #LI-Remote #LI-CL2

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement global employee compensation and benefits plans and policies for the entire organization (e.g. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(K), bonus programs, wellness initiatives, etc.)
• Design and implement innovative, cost competitive and market prevalent benefit programs that recognize employees as consumers with erse interests.
• Build a global compensation structure, including consistent grades/bands, job titling, annual incentive plan participation.
• Create stronger engagement within our culture with our rewards programs; identify tools to benchmark and innovate reward practices and recommend changes to overall total reward structures.
• Be responsible for gathering and preparing data and/or reports (compensation, benefits or policy changes) for executive management, etc.
• Direct the preparation and distribution of all forms of comprehensive communication to employees, including written information regarding benefits, compensation, etc., and devise a program strategy to train managers to understand Total Rewards strategies.
• Analyze, review and assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs to ensure objectives are being met and recommend/implement changes as appropriate to support competitive market practice.
• Remain current on industry compensation and benefits practices and changing legal issues, assessing and communicating potential impact on the business, along with providing recommendations/solutions to address any concerns. Oversee market research/analysis to determine or support changes in current pay plans/programs to remain competitive in our markets and ensure internal consistency.
• Lead and coordinate the development, review, and administration of short-term and long-term variable compensation programs and administration of base salary programs (i.e., job analysis, job evaluation, merit and promotions) to ensure base compensation is determined fairly and consistently based on valid job information and application of accepted methodologies and inidual performance in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Monitor activities to stay within established budget, working closely with Finance to forecast and monitor budget related to compensation, benefits, and policy programs.
• Forge strong relationships with vendors, consultants, business partners and internal leadership to ensure best practices and to provide mutual support and partnership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on total rewards, compensation, benefits and HRIS experience with a proven track record of success.
• Deep knowledge of executive and non-executive compensation programs, benefits and HRIS
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on key insights, trends, issue identification and recommendations.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our growing organization. This position will be responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating the delivery of HR services to the organizations while delivering high impact and value. About The Role

The People Ops Specialist will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects that are critical to the success of the People Ops organization. Some of these tasks and projects include being the first touch point for inquiries from our internal team members, provisioning platform access (adding, removing and changing access as needed), auditing people ops processes, measuring the efficacy of current processes and more.

General Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to inquiries from internal team members on various topics, providing quick and quality solutions/advice
• Manage access requests to all company platforms, as well as solely responsible for ensuring all exited team members’ access has been removed on time
• Audit current People Ops processes to ensure 100% compliance by the team, and identify solutions for improving the process
• Ensure 100% data integrity across all platforms, and assist with managing People Ops platforms such as the HRIS system and performance management system
• Manage email groups and groups in other platforms such as Confluence and Slack
• Complete regular security audits of all platforms to ensure there are no iniduals with the incorrect access
• Opportunity to assist other members of the People Ops team with miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed

3. Through platform audits that you completed within your first 30 days, there were no instances where an exited team member had not been removed/deactivated from a platform. Additionally, you followed clues in your weekly platform audits that resulted in two process changes to the way we provision platform access.
4. You proactively identified at least two security risks through the platform audits and defect hunts you’ve conducted, and have implemented a corresponding SMART plan to address each of them.
5. You increased the speed of our team response time to platform access requests by 10%, and used the clues from those access requests to develop at least one WBD that addressed a root problem with our company access.
6. You developed a new, scalable system for organizing our groups in Confluence, Gmail and Slack, and created a digital directory that synchronized all this data into one place.

We’re looking for a Staff level Executive Sourcer who will play a pivotal role in TripActions’ growth scaling our leadership team (Manager and above up to executive-level roles) for engineering, product and design teams, and other crucial roles and teams within the technical umbrella. As a Staff Sourcer focusing on leadership roles, you’ll help establish best practices and solidify business partnerships across the company and help build out your team. You will partner closely with your hiring managers and teams to research, source, and identify qualified candidates converting leads into hires while ensuring a smooth and candidate-first process throughout. We currently have one Principal level Recruiter focused on Leadership recruiting that you will partner with closely.

What you’ll do:

Sourcing & Research:

• Drive search strategy and execution for executive-level roles
• Conducting research to map markets and generate candidate names and profiles
• Calibrating candidates with recruiters & hiring managers
• Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports to show sourcing progress
• Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with the executive recruiter
• Provide process consultation, make recommendations, influence improvements, leverage resources, and share information to facilitate an effective program
• Leverage external talent market knowledge/data/insights to recommend the most effective search strategy for each role

Outreach:

What we’re looking for:

• Highly articulate, able to convey complex arguments and engage with senior-level executives in a polished and professional manner

• 8+ years of research experience at a corporate in a market insights firm, and/or executive search firm

Your role

• Implement and manage benefits design, delivery and support processes within the EMEA region. Integrating with Client / Employee onboarding where relevant.
• Follow-up end to end with Client and Client Employee through benefits enrollment and subsequent ongoing support to ensure highest level of client satisfaction
• Listen actively to clients and employees, gaining feedback on how best to improve and adapt our products to their needs
• Identify opportunities to improve programs and processes – including administration – utilizing internal analytics and employee feedback.

• Project manage and implement new benefit programs coordinating with external stakeholders such as client managers and client employees, as well internal stakeholders such as internal People team, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Compliance
• Create reporting, metrics, providing overview information when needed (internally and to clients).
• Be comfortable working with a variety of systems as well as finding ways to automate benefits enrollment and administration where possible, developing and documenting processes and policies through the stabilization period to ensure a smooth implementation and transition to ongoing/local plan administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR/People teams or customer facing roles like consulting / broking with a focus on compensation or employee benefits across multiple countries. We are looking for an international focus, so you must have experience advising the managers / customers in more than one country
• Solid experience delivering and communicating benefit initiatives working with external advisors such as brokers / consultants, labour lawyers, wellbeing suppliers for a broad range of initiatives from medical and pension plans to wellness and perk programs including management, implementations, and renewals
• Project management – Able to take ownership of projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, structure, and passion with a proven track record for driving initiatives to closure.
• Startup Experience (nice to have)
• Understanding of the Product Owner function (nice to have) in relation to the Agile delivery process, operational excellence, and Product development.
• Experience with continuous improvement and a structured process and systems thinker with the ability to discover improvement opportunities and address these through process improvement and technology
• Strong analytical skills – high level of comfort understanding and analysing key labor regulations, compensation & benefits issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in workers compensation and employer liability insurance
