As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will work with our Operations and HR team and be responsible for attracting and recruiting quality, multilingual candidates. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers. Please note that though this role can be fully remote, the candidate must be currently located within Canada.

• Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
• Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job sites and professional contacts
• Identify various sources of candidates, including international organizations at colleges, professional groups and ex-pat communities
• Publish job ads to job boards and social media groups dedicated to expatriation and relocation
• Screen applicants through phone interviews in both required languages
• Run language tests to determine fluency, both oral and written
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs
• Participate in weekly candidate review meetings with our Operations, HR, and Leadership team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a bilingual recruiter preferred
• Written and verbal fluency in the required languages
• Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and LinkedIn promotion tactics
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other Applicant Tracking Software tools
• Experience working in a technical agency, marketing agency, or startup environment
• Experience working with multinational and erse teams
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will own the payroll process and benefits administration for our growing team. We are looking for someone to help take over the payroll process to ensure both all onboarded employees’ payroll is processed accordingly. We also have to manage our increasing seasonal hiring needs, which requires additional attention throughout parts of the year.

You will report to the VP of Finance. This is a US-based remote-friendly role.

You Will:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, finding opportunities for efficiency in addressing our seasonal needs
• Administer HealthSherpa’s benefits and 401(k) plan, including all documentation and maintenance of benefits records
• Ensure compliance for taxes, state unemployment, and other required workforce related items
• Manage compliance processes such as W2, 1095 distribution, ACA, EEO-1 reporting, etc.

You Have:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience independently administering employee payroll, benefits and 401(k)
• Experience working with large (100+) non-exempt workforce
• Experience managing payroll/benefits compliance in multiple states; California proficiency required
• Experience and comfort in collaborating with People Ops around Federal and State Employment Law
• Experience with payroll platforms (Gusto would be great!)

The Payroll and Travel Expense Specialist is responsible to process payrolls timely and accurately for the company. Technology

Firezone builds software that companies trust to shuffle packets around quickly and securely. Performance, reliability, and security are key.

The server application is split into three supervised OTP apps: fz_http for orchestration, fz_vpn for VPN termination, and fz_wall for managing the host firewall. We built it this way to support multi-site topologies (fz_vpn, fz_wall) that can be orchestrated by a central control plane (fz_http).

Some of the low-level kernel interfacing and eBPF compilation will be moving to Rust soon along with a cross-platform core client library that will power the client applications for each platform (Apple, Linux, Windows).

About the Role: Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Taplytics and DevCycle have a great story to tell: huge clients, rapid growth, great product-market fit, Y-Combinator backing and strong funding behind us.  This role will primarily support the growth of our technical team and the development of the latest technologies & methodologies and our sales team that sells to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.  You’ll also have a strong executive team to learn from; who will support you as you help build the team covering go-to-market strategy and engineering success. 

We've got a lot of positions to fill over the next year and our team needs an experienced recruiter to head up the talent acquisition efforts.
