PingLend allows almost anyone to get a credit card regardless of their credit score by collateralizing assets such as gold, jewelry, watches, handbags, etc. This allows PingLend's users to build their credit and qualify for previously unobtainable financial products. Soon we will expand to every type of collateral.

We are building a platform that will be able to handle hundreds of thousands of cards, applicants, and every type of collateral. We need brilliant people to join our team to continue shipping product fast. We have a bank that wants to run a pilot program by lending through our platform and we need to move fast to get the cards on the street.

The first goal you will be working on is to refine our operations end to end across all use cases of our product and work closely with our engineering team to implement changes. You will ultimately be in charge of operations for an entirely new credit experience that bridges the physical and digital worlds.You will also work with the valuations and growth team to build the user base.

Responsibilities:

Own and refine operations across the product and business.

Oversee the deployment of PingLend in its first target markets

Work to organize a scale an efficient chain of custody for items

Work with the credit operations team to issue the correct credit lines at the correct valuations.

Find 100's of partners to market the product.

About the Role

You will quickly become a senior leader on a small and quickly growing team, and your role will expand as quickly as the company is (fast). We have a product-oriented engineering culture and are looking for folks who bring ideas and energy to meetings and who are just as comfortable engaging in a design or business discussion as they are writing great code. MISSION

You’ll be responsible for the products that Gordian displays to more than one million customers every day and have a high degree of freedom in crafting the strategy we use to expand the number and quality of products we offer.

Technical Project Managers (TPM) lead Gordian’s content integration teams. Content is the core of Gordian’s business. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be responsible for sales efforts at a strategic and operational level. You'll be qualifying and closing leads, developing a sales pipeline, and negotiating and closing contracts. You should be adept at navigating organizations to identify and manage relationships with the landscape of decision makers, detractors, and champions. Above all, you should be driven, a self-starter, and scrappy.

The Client Success Manager role has the critical responsibility of ensuring value delivery and satisfaction for Memora’s clients. Memora Client Success Managers serve as their clients’ chief advocate within Memora, working closely with Implementation, Support, Product, and Growth colleagues to ensure clients maximize their value from their partnership with us. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving and also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. Primary Responsibilities:

Hold primary relationship management with department-level clinical and administrative leaders and users

Lead recurring (i.e., monthly/bi-monthly/weekly) check-ins and Operational Business reviews; support Executive Business Reviews

Ensure execution against contractual obligations and manage internal resources to proactively and reactively troubleshoot issues

*

Monitor and improve performance against key customer health metrics (utilization, NPS, ROI) 
\

*

Co-lead renewal discussions and support expansion discussions

*

Support development of scalable client resources as we grow our client delivery function
\

*

Work with clients to create marketing collateral (case studies, webinars, PR, etc.)

Qualifications (Required):

*

You have 3-5 years experience as a Client Success Manager (or similar role) for a SaaS company serving US-based hospital systems 
\

*

You can communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely (both written and verbally)
\

*

You are an expert in building high-trust relationships with customers by understanding their needs, motivations, and challenges, and by being an advocate for them within your organization
\

*

You have experience orchestrating resources within your organization to address customer challenges, ensuring the needs of your customers are successfully met while also meeting any relevant business constraints
\

*

You have a bias toward action and a “one team” mentality
\
