We are looking for a driven Chief Product Officer to join our executive team and drive the scaling of our SaaS company to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our products in the market. The salary for this position is 110,000 annually and we are committed to reviewing salaries every year based on company and inidual performance.

You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location has ~4 hours overlap with the UTC+3 time zone.

As a CPO, you will be responsible for formulating our long-term product vision and strategy, creating a roadmap for the next years, and shaping our product development environment. In addition to that, you will ensure there are appropriate processes for knowledge sharing between core development teams and mission teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s overall direction.
2. Inspire people through visionary thinking and foster a culture of innovation: Drive and communicate a compelling product vision that inspires and aligns the organization around the product strategy.

4. Driving revenue growth through product-led strategies. Developing a deep PLG mindset with the product team to acquire, retain, and expand our customer base.
5. Leading the product management team in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, features, and enhancements.
6. Defining and monitoring key product metrics and performance indicators to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Establishing a data-driven culture within the product team.
7. Supporting the launch and refinement of product management processes and tools that align with the organization’s needs in ensuring timely and effective product development and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
8. Collaborating with teams outside of product, including engineering, marketing, customer success, support and sales, to ensure effective product development and go-to-market strategies.
9. Managing the product management budget, including resource allocation and investment decisions.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Inidual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

The Project Manager (PM) is an inidual contributor (IC) member of the Dealer Inspire Project Management team, responsible for leading the website build and launch process for dealer clients. This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Your Responsibilities

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP

• Manage and support retreat leaders prior to and during the retreats.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to manage inventory to avoid over-payments or cancellation penalties, ensure all special requests have been communicated and confirmed, and gather/provide information as needed for completion of pre-retreat information.
• Propose ways to improve and optimize workflow processes and operational systems.
• Review retreat leader reports and guide incident reports at the end of each trip, make recommendations for future program development. Monitor post-trip guest feedback, record comments and suggestions, and adjust future itineraries as necessary.
• Travel with retreat groups to learn about the retreat experience; conduct scouting trips to potential new retreat destinations.

• Identify and implement enhancements to existing itineraries to improve the guest experience and further differentiate our product. About the Role:

The Associate Product Manager New Grad position is designed to grow undergraduates into product leaders. APMs at Clipboard Health move quickly, with high ownership and good judgment from day 1. Previous APMs have scaled operational processes, written new pricing algorithms from scratch, and built new products all on their own. On their own = they were given a problem they wrote an excellent plan that solved the problem they executed that plan with full ownership.

Our APMs are generalists who work closely with our executive team. Instead of coming in with a toolkit and looking for problems it can solve (which often leads to incremental problem solving), they focus on the biggest problems and quickly devise new ways to solve them from first principles. Doing this from day 1 requires that our APMs are boundlessly curious and jump right into understanding our business, our users, and our product. We think that their curiosity and the ability to e deep ultimately equips them to be excellent contributors and effective leaders.

Ownership is not given to APMs once we think they are able to lead projects. APMs are expected to lead important projects from the get-go. Their plans and the quality of their execution are met with the same level of scrutiny as that of a Group Product Manager’s. We think that doing the work and getting feedback on it is one of the fastest (perhaps the fastest) ways to learn and grow, but it’s not the best path for everyone. We encourage you to think deeply about if that’s something you want.

About you

Compensation

We pay you an above-average salary because we want to hire the best people who are fully focused on helping Sourcegraph succeed, not worried about paying bills.
