As Hazel’s founding full stack engineer, you will be at the helm of architecting and building Hazel’s platform. Role Overview

The Customer Success team works to ensure that our clients are maximizing the value they are receiving from BlueCargo. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers and will be responsible for their entire experience with BlueCargo through onboarding, implementation, adoption, expansion & retention. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer and the role is fully remote but preference will be given to US candidates.

At Moonvalley, our product development process will be a bit non-standard and consist of small autonomous teams working to ship great features and experiences. Here is a good primer.
