Streak is a CRM built on Gmail. We’re a remote-first team of 35 people across North America. We’re growing, very profitable, and our customers love us. We’re currently in the ‘goldilocks’ zone with product market fit, real revenue, and a flat internal hierarchy. You’ll have ownership over the customer experience and see your/user feedback implemented quickly.

Our support team is currently available to help users 7am-5pm PST. We want to improve the customer experience at Streak by extending the hours we’re available to offer live help to include the EU business day. You will be our first hire in the EU time zone and will be working mostly independently on the full spectrum of customer needs. Customer needs are resolved with a mix of chat, email and screenshare.

You’ll be responsible for the overall customer experience while the US team is (mostly) offline. You’ll also work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams. You can expect to help users with best practices, technical troubleshooting, and billing/day to day needs. You can expect to help our internal teams by gathering and synthesizing product feedback, backing up our success team on technical questions, and improving our documentation.

As the first EU hire, our internal (and external) knowledge base will be your first point of reference when you have a question about Streak. You will help us catalogue where our documentation is incomplete or out of date.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Epidemiologist at PicnicHealth, you will work directly with our research partners and across internal teams to help further our mission of providing clinical insights to our partners, and improve health for all.  You will collaborate with our life sciences partners to design, conduct, interpret, and publish observational research studies using PicnicHealth’s RWD platform to advance understanding of and inform healthcare decision making across multiple condition areas. You will be the primary scientific point of contact both internally and externally for our customers and will ensure that the study is fit for purpose. The results of studies you lead may be presented at conferences, in peer-reviewed manuscripts, or in submissions to health authorities. You will also work directly with our biostatistics team to establish a fit for purpose study design, develop statistical analysis plans, and assist with analytical workflows to answer research questions. 

You will bring a strong epidemiology background in observational study design and methodology across a broad variety of use cases critical to life sciences evidence generation including natural history studies, registries, safety and effectiveness studies, and experience in submitting data to regulatory and other health authorities. You have a deep understanding of electronic health records, patient reported outcomes, administrative claims, and other administrative datasets and understand appropriate usage of complex analytic methods.

The Opportunity

Machine learning is at the heart of our work and technical strategy. Our company sifts through the messy mountain of data that captures each patient’s care journey in whatever format it exists in the real world. To do that, we’ve built a human-in-the-loop AI/ML pipeline that ingests medical records and scans, converts them into structured data, and then synthesizes them into a form that is directly useful to patients, clinicians, and researchers. That's why we are hiring an Audio Partnership Manager to help support the management and expansion of our Podcast partnership strategy. You’ll oversee the end to end implementation of discovery, outreach, and onboarding of new Podcast partners to further expand the brand’s profile in a way that drives the business forward.

This is a crucial role in translating the company’s mission by activating the brand values through key partners that can reach our desired audiences. You’ll report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing. New York base preferred but remote work is an option.
