About The Role
As Commercial Counsel at 0x, you’ll own our commercial legal function and be the go-to partner for Business Development and GTM. Your immediate focus will be drafting, negotiating, and scaling commercial agreements. Over time, this role may expand into broader corporate matters such as corporate governance and employment law issues. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a lean, scalable legal function in a fast-moving crypto environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial contracting. Draft, negotiate and review MSAs, software licenses, SLAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements that balance business enablement with risk management.
- Manage contract lifecycle. Own the end-to-end process — intake, redlines, approvals, execution, and record-keeping — to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Build playbooks and templates. Develop standard forms, negotiation playbooks and clause libraries to enable scalable deal execution.
- Be a trusted BD + GTM partner. Advise on deal structures, IP, privacy and compliance issues to support strong customer and partner relationships.

Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial law experience at a reputable law firm; in-house experience strongly preferred.

Overview
At Lago, Support Engineers are core engineers operating at the edge of production. They debug real customer environments, ship fixes, and ensure Lago runs reliably at scale.

The Position
As an Account Executive, you are client-facing, require a solid understanding of the institutional player landscape and have excellent communication skills. In addition, you are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and are open to new projects and challenges.
This position is open to candidates in person in New York or remote within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build out a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth for The Tie Terminal, APIs, redistribution, and event sponsorships.
- Meet predetermined sales KPIs and quotas
- Manage the sales process in our CRM
- Attend conferences and events to generate new opportunities
- Prospect independently for new leads
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a more efficient and productive sales process
- Work with your account manager to build strong client relationships and drive up-sells to existing clients
Requirements
- 2-7+ years of experience selling products or services to institutional investors, with a demonstrated track record of success. Experience selling to traditional institutional investors is preferred.
- A strong understanding and passion for finance, cryptocurrency, trading, and data
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset. You’re self-driven and will be able to work in both a team environment and work independently
- The versatility and interest to learn new technologies and skills
- An understanding of the various institutional client types in crypto and the distinct information needs of each of those clients
- Ability to travel to conferences as required
