Important requirements for the role

The candidate MUST BE located in UAE, Singapore, Switzerland, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, or British Virgin Islands.

We are seeking to hire outside the US at this time so US persons should not apply.

This is a remote, salaried role, but given its strategic nature, expected workload shouldn’t exceed 20h a week.

Responsibilities:

• Translate partners’ analysis into business recommendations for Omni directors
• Drive execution of business operations and regulatory initiatives
• Source and manage partnerships
• Support key operational functions (HR, finance, payments)
• Become a key person in the implementation, performance and documentation of internal controls.

The candidate must be:

• Analytical thinker: be able to evaluate opportunities from a pragmatic and numbers driven perspective.
• Highly reliable & responsive: many opportunities are time sensitive and the candidate should be able to reason through problems and make decisions within 24 hours of strategic decisions being proposed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
• Three or more years of proven experience in a business operations management role
• Fluent in English
• Interest and experience within cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications

About the role

Build beautiful frontend products across the Omni stack including our explorer, SDKs for interacting with Omni, applications built with the Omni protocol, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement pixel perfect web3 applications in Typescript and React
• Write performant SDKs and documentation enabling developers to seamlessly build applications with Omni
• Build user facing applications such as our explorer & testnet and mainnet apps that leverage the Omni protocol
• Contribute to our developer documentation and make Omni the smoothest developer experience in crypto
• Work with our product team to build applications that leverage and display the utility of the Omni protocol
• Contribute to open source projects, and play a part in building out the web3 ecosystem
• Ensure that components are functional, elegant, performant, and mobile-friendly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a frontend engineering role, including Typescript and React
• 3+ years of experience in a web3 frontend engineering role, and significant experience with web3 libraries like ethers and viem
• Experience building SDKs, APIs, or otherwise building and maintaining a production system at scale
• Location: Must be in the New York (EST) or Europe (CET) time zones.

About the role

Engineers who join the team in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing foundational components of the Omni stack. This involves working heavily with Golang, Tendermint, Eigenlayer, interoperability components, and off-chain services while also having responsibilities to collaborate with the wider engineering team to improve our overall architecture and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop our core software stack – consensus and execution layers, Eigenlayer integration, and messaging protocol – from the design stage all the way to production ready implementations. Primarily in golang.
• Build a modular interoperability standard that is highly secure while also being flexible enough to incorporate future innovations in the interoperability space
• Build a network of validators that leverages restaked $ETH to secure the Omni chain
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain our node software and off-chain coordinating agents to power our distributed network
• Improve the design of peer’s architecture through thoughtful, professionally communicated feedback.
• Contribute to open source projects and play a role in building out the crypto ecosystem at large.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in a backend software engineering role with Go
• 2-4+ years of experience developing a blockchain client / node that launched mainnet in production with > $50m at stake
• Experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining a production system with > $100m and/or 1m users at stake
• Extensive experience managing the software development life cycle for medium to large projects
• Experience with AWS, GCP or similar cloud providers
• Desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development and crypto, and shape our tech stack as we build out new systems and services

About the role

Build core smart contract development software for integrating and interacting with the Omni Network including our rollup smart contracts, restaking module, and solidity library.

Responsibilities

• Write smart contracts for rollup EVMs to be the interface for external developers using the Omni system
• Design and build the L1 component of our Eigenlayer restaking integration, so that validators can stake $ETH from L1 to secure the Omni chain
• Design solidity contracts and token standards for developers to utilize in building cross-rollup smart contracts. Work with the Ethereum EIP process to establish open standards for the community
• Build a Solidity library for interacting with and building smart contracts with Omni
• primarily Solidity, some Typescript and Golang

Requirements

• 4-7 years of production experience building smart contracts in Solidity
• 4-7 years of production experience with Typescript
• Has designed, built, and launched a smart contract protocol in Solidity with >$50m in TVL
• Fluent with token standards and the Ethereum Improvement Proposal process, and up to date on the latest innovations
• Location: Must be in the New York (EST) or Europe (CET) time zones.

About the role

We are seeking a Blockchain Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the robustness and operational integrity of the Omni networks and blockchains around the clock. This role is crucial for maintaining the performance and reliability of our services as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Omni platform’s infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability.
• Implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and scaling within the cloud environment.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, including regular testing and updating procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.
• Manage on-call rotations for 24/7 incident response and resolution.
• Continuously improve system security postures and compliance protocols.
• Document system design and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or similar roles with a focus on 24/7 uptime.
• 1+ years of experience managing blockchain infrastructure: running full nodes, supporting public RPC endpoints, ensuring network security and monitoring network performance.
• Proficient with cloud services such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Experience with automation and scripting using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes and Ansible.

About the role

As a Senior UI Designer at Omni, you will take the lead in crafting user-centric designs for our products across the Omni stack including our website, documentation, explorers, and other applications built within the Omni ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our suite of products.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented with precision, maintaining high fidelity to the original specifications.
• Develop comprehensive design systems and standards to be used across the company to ensure consistency and quality in design.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and facilitate discussions within the product team.
• Ensure that all designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

About This Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer to support the next stage of scale for Fuel Labs. We’re approaching a super exciting time and are looking for someone who will help us build the social presence and brand presence for Sway.

The ideal candidate is naturally attracted to Web3 due to its potential impact on improving our brand presence; has a background in Social Media marketing in web3 space and is able to juggle a number of different priorities while keeping things impeccably organised.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a degen social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) to educate and inspire our audience about Sway
• Manage and grow our social media communities by fostering conversations, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry developments within the blockchain space.
• Collaborate with other marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights.
• Identify and implement new social media tools and technologies to optimize our reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Passion for social media and building online communities
• Web3 development experience in EVM & Non-EVM chains
• Dev Rel experience or strong understanding of Dev Rel
