About the role

Engineers who join the team in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing foundational components of the Omni stack. This involves working heavily with Golang, Tendermint, Eigenlayer, interoperability components, and off-chain services while also having responsibilities to collaborate with the wider engineering team to improve our overall architecture and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop our core software stack – consensus and execution layers, Eigenlayer integration, and messaging protocol – from the design stage all the way to production ready implementations. Primarily in golang.
• Build a modular interoperability standard that is highly secure while also being flexible enough to incorporate future innovations in the interoperability space
• Build a network of validators that leverages restaked $ETH to secure the Omni chain
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain our node software and off-chain coordinating agents to power our distributed network
• Improve the design of peer’s architecture through thoughtful, professionally communicated feedback.
• Contribute to open source projects and play a role in building out the crypto ecosystem at large.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in a backend software engineering role with Go
• 2-4+ years of experience developing a blockchain client / node that launched mainnet in production with > $50m at stake
• Experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining a production system with > $100m and/or 1m users at stake
• Extensive experience managing the software development life cycle for medium to large projects
• Experience with AWS, GCP or similar cloud providers
• Desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development and crypto, and shape our tech stack as we build out new systems and services

About the role

Build core smart contract development software for integrating and interacting with the Omni Network including our rollup smart contracts, restaking module, and solidity library.

Responsibilities

• Write smart contracts for rollup EVMs to be the interface for external developers using the Omni system
• Design and build the L1 component of our Eigenlayer restaking integration, so that validators can stake $ETH from L1 to secure the Omni chain
• Design solidity contracts and token standards for developers to utilize in building cross-rollup smart contracts. Work with the Ethereum EIP process to establish open standards for the community
• Build a Solidity library for interacting with and building smart contracts with Omni
• primarily Solidity, some Typescript and Golang

Requirements

• 4-7 years of production experience building smart contracts in Solidity
• 4-7 years of production experience with Typescript
• Has designed, built, and launched a smart contract protocol in Solidity with >$50m in TVL
• Fluent with token standards and the Ethereum Improvement Proposal process, and up to date on the latest innovations

About the role

We are seeking a Blockchain Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the robustness and operational integrity of the Omni networks and blockchains around the clock. This role is crucial for maintaining the performance and reliability of our services as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Omni platform’s infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability.
• Implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and scaling within the cloud environment.

As a Senior UI Designer at Omni, you will take the lead in crafting user-centric designs for our products across the Omni stack including our website, documentation, explorers, and other applications built within the Omni ecosystem.

The Finance team at IFT are seeking a Quantitative Risk Lead to take responsibility for quantifying, tracking and reporting financial risks that the organisation is exposed to. As an ecosystem of Web3 projects, the role will support the material treasury of the entire organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying and quantifying financial and economic risks that the treasury is exposed to
• Owning the development and maintenance of quantitative risk models for the treasury (e.g. Historical VaR, Monte Carlo VaR, Multi-Factor Risk Models, Stressed VaR, Liquidity Risk models, etc)
• Building the data gathering and risk monitoring infrastructure, including on-chain monitoring of smart contracts
• Performing advanced statistical analysis on underlying risk factors (returns’ distribution, volatility, correlations)
• Supporting the build out of an internal quantitative tool stack (e.g. asset models, simulation engines, forecasting and reporting, scenario analysis, etc)
• Assisting in the development of dashboards and reports to put quantitative risk information at the center of financial decision making

Must Haves:

About This Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer to support the next stage of scale for Fuel Labs. We’re approaching a super exciting time and are looking for someone who will help us build the social presence and brand presence for Sway.

The ideal candidate is naturally attracted to Web3 due to its potential impact on improving our brand presence; has a background in Social Media marketing in web3 space and is able to juggle a number of different priorities while keeping things impeccably organised.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a degen social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) to educate and inspire our audience about Sway
• Manage and grow our social media communities by fostering conversations, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry developments within the blockchain space.
• Collaborate with other marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights.
• Identify and implement new social media tools and technologies to optimize our reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Passion for social media and building online communities
• Web3 development experience in EVM & Non-EVM chains
• Dev Rel experience or strong understanding of Dev Rel

The Role 💻

prePO is looking for a Senior Solidity Smart Contract Engineer to take ownership over the development of novel DeFi-related smart contracts.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Drive high-level decisions about the prePO smart contract architecture
• Write well-documented, performant, clean, and re-usable Solidity code

• have 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer
• have 2+ years experience as Solidity Smart Contract Engineer
• have an advanced knowledge of Git, GitHub, TypeScript, Foundry

• have a strong working knowledge of Solidity design patterns and Solidity security best practices

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to support our CTO in leading the Core teams.

Core currently includes Client, Sway, SDK and Tooling.

Our ideal candidate is a former developer or EM, with experience in Web3 and blockchains, a passion for people and smooth delivery, and a track record of successfully integrating in the culture, and bringing teams to perform at their best. Our engineering culture is very specific and one of the main drivers of our success. Our new EM will need to vibe with the nuances, while supporting the growth of everyone around them.
