What we’re looking for

• Degree in computer science, AI, ML, mathematics or a related field
• 10+ years of industry experience in software development and leadership roles
• Significant experience in recommender systems, AI search engines or Ad Tech
• Proven track record of delivering impactful consumer products that incorporate AI, ML, NLP and data science
• 4+ years of experience in managing and mentoring teams of AI, ML and data scientists
• Experience with LLMs (agentic workflows, RAG and other advanced topics)
• Experience in designing, training and deploying production grade deep learning models with Pytorch
• Good understanding for MLOps infrastructure tools such as: vector databases, MLFlow, Airflow, Wandb or similar
• Experience in using cloud architecture (AWS, GCP or Azure) and applying security best practices

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in growth marketing and SEO.
• A deep understanding of SEO tools, and product analytics, i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush.
• Strong expertise managing HubSpot for email marketing, building landing pages, setting up Forms, Workflows, and Pipelines.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with paid marketing, specifically remarketing setups on Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge and passion of the Bitcoin mining industry.
• Strong expertise managing Twitter, LinkedIn, and running a B2B YouTube Channel.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data sets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent brand and messaging across platforms and product suites.
• Working with Luxor and Hashrate Index’s overall brand and social media strategy in coordination with design, product, and business teams.
• Work with Luxor’s product team to help iterate on existing products and development of new products with a focus on SEO.
• Establish Hashrate Index’s data sets as the industry standard.
• Use data to drive insights and changes to communication, paid advertising, and product building.
• Organize, plan, and execute conference engagements and in-person marketing events to engage our target audience.

The Director of Business Development will spearhead revenue growth by identifying and pursuing lucrative opportunities with institutional investors, financial firms, cryptocurrency organizations, and inidual investors across the US and Europe. They will effectively communicate the value proposition of our flagship Delphi Pro product suite for both B2B and B2C sales. The Director will own the full sales cycle - from initial prospecting and lead qualification through contract negotiation and closing deals. Responsibilities include developing targeted outreach strategies, delivering persuasive presentations, and managing a robust pipeline to meet revenue goals. Exceptional communication, consultative selling skills, and meticulous follow-through are essential.

The Director will be responsible for shaping sales processes and implementing best practices. They will also build a high-performing sales team over time. Frequent travel across the U.S. for industry events is expected.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience selling products or services to institutional investors, financial firms, crypto organizations, and/or high net worth iniduals

We seek an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us make building on Bitcoin easy, fun, and secure. Your job will be to lead the development and growth of the products under the BOB network, including the core L2, BTC onramps, bridges, and staking, as well as joint projects with partners. You will drive product strategy, manage roadmap, and ensure efficient cross-team coordination and communication across engineering, product, BD, and marketing. Your goal is to establish BOB as the best place to build Bitcoin applications outside of Bitcoin itself.

What you will do

• Articulate and execute the product strategy for growing the BOB ecosystem to billions of users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover product improvements, prioritize projects and features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure quarterly desired outcomes by managing product backlog and week-by-week coordination across teams.
• Define and implement metrics to guide decision-making with data based on the overall goals to optimize for quality transactions, quality smart contracts, ecosystem project success, and TVL.
• Work with both the BOB and the ecosystem teams to report on the product’s progress and uncover unmet needs.
• Coordinate the launch and marketing efforts for new product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in web3 or fintech with proven cross-functional experience (BD, marketing, engineering, legal, finance, …).
• Active user of onchain products with deep understanding of both Bitcoin and Layer 2 platforms (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, Starknet, …).
• Owner mindset with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a pro-active, fast-paced, and remote startup environment.
