Qualifications
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as an integral part of the research team providing echocardiographic overreading for assigned studies.
Performs echocardiographic strain analysis of heart size and function in a high quality, scientific, and reproducible manner. These analyses may include but are not limited to: 2D, 3D, M Mode, Color Doppler, strain, etc.
Is an integral member of the QA review process of analyzed data and requests re-review as needed of assigned Echo Analysts.

What does the Coding Analyst do? (including but not limited to)
Working under limited supervision, performs billing and coding activities. Assigns appropriate billing codes to patient accounts and ensures accurate and completeness of claims. Responsibilities

- Work through CBO Review work file (ensure complete and accurate information for assigned visit, referring MD, NDC#s for any NOC drug, matching ordering MD vs MD1).
- Communicate with site clinical staff as needed to complete any of the tasks above.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position will have the following background and experience:
Level 1
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of AAPC Certified Professional Coder Exam required.
- Minimum three years medical coding experience required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft (Office Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) required.
- Prior oncology experience preferred.

Business Execution Consultant – (QA / Testing)
Location: St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

We are seeking 5 contract resources to support application testing for a large-scale financial services platform. This role is embedded in agile development teams and focuses on ensuring high-quality software releases by performing manual testing and collaborating closely with engineers and product owners.
This is a hands-on testing role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have both strong testing skills and financial services experience, particularly in advisory, wealth management, or brokerage systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute manual test scripts and end-to-end test scenarios
Document and track test results, defects, and retesting outcomes
Collaborate with agile teams, including product owners and engineers, to define testing requirements
Support the validation of new application features, enhancements, and workflows
Participate in quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle
Ensure attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness in all testing activities
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or QA/testing
Hands-on experience with manual testing in agile environments
Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking and project management tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for test documentation and reporting
Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial services, investment management, or brokerage systems
Knowledge of advisory platforms, managed accounts, or trading workflows
Exposure to automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright
Familiarity with Octane or other test management platforms
