The Case Management Modernization (CMM) Program is an initiative to support the Administrative Office (AO) of the US Courts (AO) develop a modern cloud-based solution to support all 204+ federal courts across the United States which are grouped into three types, namely Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy. This modernized case management system will eventually replace the current Case Management and Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system.

The Performance Tester / Platform Engineer will work as part of an agile development team to build and support the modernization of enterprise-class software applications.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications
• Define and track key performance KPIs (e.g., response time, throughput, resource utilization, latency, error rates) based on SLAs and stakeholder requirements
• Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to validate performance under multi-tenant conditions and concurrent user loads
• Develop and manage a performance dashboard and provide executive-level and technical-level reporting on system behavior
• Perform real-time monitoring, observability, and telemetry setup for application and infrastructure performance using modern tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with developers, QA, SREs, and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
• Validate the performance of critical workflows and use cases, including long-running queries, search operations, and API endpoints

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

● Education: Bachelor of Science

● Experience: 5+ years of related experience; 1+ year should involve deploying and managing applications and systems to commercial and private clouds

This control system utilizes both Greensmith Energy Management System (GEMS) software and Remote Terminal Automation Controllers (RTAC) to both monitor and control the sites as well as manage data an automation.

The main focus of this role will be on the development and support of the Energy Storage Control System (ESCS) and the projects associated with this system. In addition, this role will; review and be familiar with control system standards and specifications, participate in design reviews, assist with procurement of new devices, assist with quality assurance checks, provide testing and commissioning support, understand operational activities and incorporate feedback into field devices, and assist maintenance activities if necessary. This role has a focus on electrical engineering with general knowledge of computer science and programming. This role will require the ability to support multiple projects in various phases of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for the ESCS, to include GEMS and site RTAC.
• Learn and understand the GEMS software including all functions, aspects, alarms, metrics, and navigation of the program.
• Learn and understand the GEMS Rule Engine and how to minimize interruption to service and prevent danger to lives, equipment misuse, and operational events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage system integrity, availability, and cyber compliance for PTD hardware, firmware, and software.

This role supervises the team that provides support functions, as well as provides leadership in carrying out organizational strategy. Working with related executives, directors, and managers, the manager develops actionable prioritized plans and empowers team members to reach the organization’s strategic goals; leading and scoping projects, improving processes, and managing resources and methods to reach those objectives. The manager is also responsible for identifying, driving, and operationalizing improvements into the culture of OCHIN in order to achieve high-quality, measurable, and sustainable results that support OCHIN’s strategic goals and objectives.

The Manager, EHR Install leads both the Billing PB and HB application analyst teams responsible for the installation of the Epic platform within the OCHIN collaborative. This work entails managing analyst staff and their respective deliverables, as well as related issues and risks. They are responsible for ensuring SLA compliance, high quality deliverables, and timely member stabilization following installation. This manager will continually assess and make improvements to the system and to the processes to improve efficiency while judiciously managing the resources of OCHIN and our Members (Service Areas) to continually improve the quality of processes, the information system, and outcomes to our members.

Essential Duties

• Providing leadership, coordination and management of processes and functions for EHR Install Analyst teams.
• Identifying potential opportunities for process and quality improvement within OCHIN.
• Continue to improve both maintenance & install process with both legacy and new members.?
• Manage the Installation Analyst Team and improve overall deployment to members through coordination with other leaders, project managers and staff, ensuring that all sides of installation are aligned and providing the best service.

• Ensure that goals are aligned with OCHIN strategic direction and that projects and project tactics align with organizational goals.
• Ensure staff are adhering to standards, including corporate policies, team standard operating procedures and service level agreements with our members, with a clear process for consistent delivery of status reporting for project progression.
• Proactively analyze portfolio for risks and issues and recommend prevention and mitigation steps. Ensure that project deadlines are met, and that escalation process is followed when deadlines are at risk.
• Design, maintain, and optimize team standard operating procedures, templates, and tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and staff at all levels of the organization; negotiate difficult conversations to a desired end while maintaining trust and respect.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize work, projects, and programs for overall organizational success.
• Attend regular committee meetings to drive systems thinking and operational excellence throughout OCHIN’s business.
• Safeguard intellectual property and confidentiality, including but not limited to implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures where applicable.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively professional experience in business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or leadership roles required. Experience managing Epic Resolute Applications Analyst is also highly desired as well as 5 years of experience leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in at least one of the following applications is required (more than one is preferred): Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, SBO, Charge Router.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst, with experience in Epic implementation build.

The Data Manager leads the Quality Assurance Data Team and is responsible for the erse portfolio of Database and reporting capabilities that inform QA

They architect, deploy, maintain, and tune all technologies that Extracts, Transform, Load (ETL)), and visualize data for Quality Assurance, User Research, and Production teams. The Data Quality Manager is ultimately responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of database technologies and systems currently in production in the Quality Assurance Data Team.
