The Work

We are seeking a FHIR Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team of engineers and building enterprise-level backend solutions using a variety of technologies. You will be working with implementing the FHIR standard using JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot and OpenAPI to develop robust and scalable applications that support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) as we develop a next generation reporting and analytics system that directly impacts healthcare quality.

Your responsibilities will also include leveraging AWS cloud technologies to manage large datasets and create efficient data pipelines. You will be expected to design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications that meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

• Assist in development and implementation of a FHIR-based architecture

• 7+ years of experience with modern design patterns and building enterprise-grade production applications, as well as experience with version control tools, such as Git

How you will make an impact:

• Performs secondary audits on claims that have been reviewed by other DRG Coders for missed opportunities and identifies gaps in foundational audit knowledge.

• Collaborates with management to improve selection criteria.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires at least one of the following: AA/AS or minimum of 15 years of experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or recovery auditing.

• Requires at least one of the following certifications: RHIA certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator, RHIT certification as a Registered Health Information Technician, CCS as a Certified Coding Specialist, CIC as a Certified Inpatient Coder, or Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS).

We are looking for a Staff iOS Engineer to join our Developer Experience (DevEx) organization. You will shape the vision and execution of the tools, frameworks, architecture, and mobile infrastructure that empower mobile product teams to ship high-quality features faster and more reliably.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex, multi-team architectural initiatives such as Modularization, MVVM rearchitecture, dependency graph overhauls, build system modernization, etc

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing iOS applications at scale, ideally supporting high-MAU products.
• Extensive experience improving Developer Experience within large engineering organizations, including mobile build pipelines, code quality systems, and internal developer tooling.
• Deep expertise in iOS engineering fundamentals, including architecture patterns (MVVM), lifecycle management, dependency injection, and navigation paradigms.

• Strong grasp of core networking protocols and security technologies, including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), TLS, IPSec, and firewalls

Education & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a professional cybersecurity capacity
• 5+ years of experience working with SIEM (Azure Sentinel preferred) and EDR (Crowdstrike preferred) solutions
• Azure Security and Crowdstrike certifications are preferred
• Industry leading certifications are a plus, especially via GIAC / SANS

Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to manage various complex technology projects, business process reengineering (BPR) of complex enterprise systems, and technology product evaluations. This position will be full-time contract and onsite in Alexandria, Virginia.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day responsibility of managing BPR and Information Technology projects

• Communicate with sponsoring organizations to assist in needs assessment, scope definition, risk, and process improvement analyses

• Draft specifications, review proposals, define work plans, manage tasks, oversee deliverables, and track the status of systems integration and/or development

• Review project proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allot available resources to various project phases

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams through project launch, system selection, integration, data conversion/migration, QA/QC testing, training, and system implementation to ensure projects are on schedule and within the prescribed budget

• Implement best practices and project management methodologies appropriate to the project scope

• Develop and manage project schedules using project management tools such as Primavera Scheduler, MS Project, Project Scheduler, or similar

• Review status reports prepared by contractors and project personnel to modify schedules or plans as required

• Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others

• Confer with project team members to provide technical advice and resolve problems

• Perform power system engineering and deployment management

• Manage software quality assurance testing, error reporting, correction, and verification

• Maintain databases for recording software errors and corrections for each project

• Outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project members

• Conduct regular project meetings with contractors and stakeholders to monitor progress and disseminate actions required

• Proactively solve problems to ensure milestones are met and projects are completed on time and within budget

• Conduct and evaluate post-mortems to improve future projects

• Ensure and maintain a long-term outlook for the systems represented

• Manage project issues, revise plans as necessary, and communicate changes to project team members

• Maintain close contact with project sponsors, ensuring a shared vision, stakeholder buy-in, and project support

• Continuously improve management, technical, analytical, and business skills

• Prepare and evaluate proposals/solicitations

What You'll Need

Required:

• Recent verifiable experience working on large-scale technology projects with demonstrated knowledge of voice, data, and power systems

• Minimum of seven (7) years of Information Technology Project Management experience and consulting experience

• Proven track record managing successful large enterprise system implementation projects involving current information technologies and/or SPA

• Designing low and high-voltage AC/DC power systems

• Formal training and experience in Project Management, estimating, cost and schedule management, variance reporting, and electronic project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and Project Scheduler

• Familiarity with Internet access, email, and web hosting technologies
