As a Senior/Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts by building company test strategy and infrastructure for our products working very close with Engineers, Designers and Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within company to discuss and understand requirements on products to ensure high software quality by creating and executing effective test strategy.
• Reviewing product documents (stories, design docs, prds etc.) and collaborate with product team to plan test activities on time.
• Developing efficient test cases to provide good coverage mostly for mobile / web app testing, API automation testing, as well as manual testing.
• Monitoring and reporting of performed test activities constantly.
• Preparing well-structured test plans and test cases including estimation, prioritization, and planning.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who can:

• Contribute to the development of a complete and robust set of test suites.

• Establish and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) to ensure full visibility and pulse on evolving business needs.
• Establish and maintain monthly KPI reviews with all vendors.
• Ensure vendors adhere to contractual SLA obligations and hold accountable where shortfalls exist.
• Work with 3PL’s and Carriers to ensure customer orders depart with enough lead-time to deliver on time & in full.
• Monitor 3PL and Carrier performance and resolve/improve where necessary.
• Communicate internally to ensure Customers are aware of any shortages or delays.
• Ensure 3PL’s comply with all necessary requirements for order pack-out and kit builds.
• Tracking shipments as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 8 + years minimum experience in Footwear production or manufacturing
• An understanding of footwear construction as well as technical knowledge of production is a must
• Excellent understanding of the footwear product life cycle
• Experience with sourcing footwear both through agents and direct-to-factory

The Role

You’ll be bringing test automation to the fore in this role, ensuring that our products shine and exude quality.

Embedded with the team that develops our websites, extensions and browser UIs, you’ll be working with the engineers to help them define test strategies, creating test frameworks and maintaining them as well as performing manual and exploratory testing to uncover even the most elusive issues.

For the frontend we use React and Ember. On the backend we use Go, PostgreSQL and Redis to serve RESTful and gRPC APIs running on Kubernetes, all hosted on GCP. We use GitHub for version control and CI, Jira for tracking tasks and Slack for sending silly GIFs.

This requires anticipating ways that a fix may affect other parts of an application or data.

Specific skills and activities that help with our approach of "testing broadly" are:

• Looking at the PHP code in a pull request, that a developer has implemented, to understand what changed, and get an idea of what else a code change may break, then testing those parts of a system.

THE ROLE 🤩

We are looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to join Treecard. You will be embedded into one of our engineering teams, and will take complete ownership over QA for that team. This encompasses everything from writing tests during the development process, through to coordinating app release, all the way through to triaging and fixing bugs. You will be a core part of the team - working on a cross-functional squad with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers.

Reporting into the Quality Assurance Director, this role will provide objective compliance advice and play a key role in the continuous development, oversight, maintenance and strengthening of the company Quality Management System (QMS) in the area of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).  Working closely with the site QA Manager (GMP) and Clinical Project Director to oversee GCP activities

The role will provide GCP oversight and support to Ixaka clinical staff working on Ixaka sponsored projects.

This is an in-company position that can be based in London or in Seville or remotely with 30% travelling time.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and implement robust GCP SOPs as well as other quality documents whilst ensuring training of these SOPs are performed.
• Participate in in the development of Quality Risk Management Activities on Ixaka projects
• Reassess quality risk throughout projects and promote continuous improvement of the GCP system
• Partner with the Ixaka clinical Operational team and respective CROs to monitor site level quality risks

The Company

Fuzzy is your pet health partner. On a mission to make pet care more accessible, Fuzzy is a subscription-based service offering members 24/7 Live Vet Chat support, virtual vet consultations, and on-demand answers from a team of licensed, on-staff pet health experts. Fuzzy also offers pet parents vet-tested and recommended products and personalized programs for nutrition, training, and obedience.

Through technology, we’re creating a different type of relationship between pet parents and their veterinary caregivers – one that’s personal, empowering, and focused on improving the lives of animals.

The Role

Fuzzy is seeking QA Engineers that can identify with the pet parents we serve, to thoughtfully analyze issues, gaps, and defects, while independently developing tests to ensure the best quality software is being delivered to our members. We are here to ensure that as Fuzzy expands to be a part of more and more pet parents’ lives, the software we are delivering to them is not only good quality but meets the needs of their pets and the pet parent. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional. You will work closely with product managers, designers, our staff of highly accomplished veterinarians and engineers to build and launch software that will change how pet parents care for their pets. We believe QA starts at the beginning of a project not the end. Meaning, you must have the mindset that true quality comes from best practices, thoughtful processes, and carefully developed requirements.

Responsibilities

• • Analyze product requirements, for gaps or issues that would lead to defects
  • Create test plans/cases that support Behavior Driven development (BDD) and Test Driven development (TDD)
  • Manually execute tests as needed
  • Automate test cases using Selenium and Appium
  • Diagnose, debug and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects
  • Actively participate in test planning discussions to assure automation coverage is continuously improving
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining various testing platforms
  • Balance the need to move quickly with establishing & maintaining processes for security, scalability & reliability

What We’re Looking For

• • Passion for software development, testing and problem-solving
  • 3+ years’ experience in QA role with automation responsibilities.
  • Experience using tools like Selenium/Appium, Browserstack/Saucelabs.
  • Programming experience with languages like Ruby, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Must have previous hands-on experience writing automated tests for front-end, back-end, native mobile apps, and REST API services\applications
  • Experience with CI\CD processes, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL (or similar) databases and tools.
  • Experience with Jira and other project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science or related field preferred.
  • Team player as well as self-starter who is well organized.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
