Key job responsibilities

The successful Quality Assurance Manager will be obsessed with quality improvement, experienced and highly committed to creating world class quality automation for Ring Customer Support organization, able to develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy. In this role, you will:

• Work with business and development teams to understand customer support, product and operational vision and requirements
• Understanding how all elements of the customer support ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
• Oversee the development and execution of quality programs and monitoring and reporting on execution
• Serve as the expert on quality standards
• Design methods to evaluate and measure performance
• Work in partnership with Vendor and Internal Managers to monitor trends in quality and implement strategies to maintain and improve performance
• Act as the lead facilitator for calibrations, ensuring all reviews are consistent with defined scoring methods
• Lead a team of Quality Assurance Agents, monitoring interactions and providing growth and development on their career journey.

A day in the life

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the quality of interactions our agents, both internal and vendor, have with our customers. You’ll obsess over the customer experience, review customer feedback, observe interactions in real time and then make recommendations to improve on that experience. Daily, you’ll work with strategic partners to drive initiatives and provide feedback to senior leaders on the overall health of our quality program. Analyzing trends and addressing opportunities to proactively improve the customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of business development or similar experience of quality audits in call center
• Strong business acumen with a track record of success
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights from quality audits to internal and external entities

Brief Overview:

Quality in delivery and execution is at the heart of what we do. In this role, you’ll be ensuring that our delivery practices have validation of quality as a primary goal both in evidence reporting as a consequence of development practices, but also through the implementation of automated quality checks that reduce manual efforts and halt releases based on lack of adherence to platform KPIs. We work in a highly regulated environment, where there is a lot of inherent skepticism and traditional bias on the ability to remove the human element from proving safety around interacting with patients and shaping their personal health journey we want to change that with your help.

About the Role

We're looking for product-centric QA Test Analyst to join one of our cross-functional squads. We currently have 3 squads which have their own goals relating to different areas of the product and are empowered to deliver on these goals from idea through to production release. Each squad contains a product manager, product designer, QA, data analyst and frontend/app/backend developers.

This role is considered to be the technical leader within a Quality Engineering team. You drive improvements in test processes that span multiple development teams and isions within our Casino product vertical. What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Chief Technology and Product Officer the Quality and Release Director is responsible for the delivery of repeatable, predictable and high quality mobile and platform releases. Responsibilities include

• Leading a team of manual and automated test, and release engineers, setting clear goals, assessing and improving team culture, strategy, and tactics creating a flywheel for performance

About our Quality Assurance Team:

Our QA team has end-to-end ownership to build a quality product. Through automation and functional testing, they validate a variety of products to offer our customers a seamless banking experience.

The discipline

Our engineering discipline builds the technology that enables MoonPay to learn quickly and scale easily. We organise in small cross-functional squads of 3-5 engineers and an embedded Product Manager, Product Data Analyst and QAE. We currently have squads across Crypto / NFT / Payments / KYC / Core Product and others. POSITION OVERVIEW

The new “Supplier Quality Manager” for Kate Farms will be an integral part of the QA & Regulatory Affairs team for ensuring that our full slate of safe, wholesome, and clinically effective food products in their development and finished phase meet quality, food safety and regulatory standards.

A successful candidate should drive adoption of best practices, and provide direction in the selection, monitoring and improvement of co-manufacturers, storage sites, and raw material suppliers’ performance. The candidate will be responsible for directing and orchestrating the supplier quality program for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods across the global supply network. As Supplier Quality Manager, you will be developing and improving several Supplier Quality Management processes including execution of our supplier quality management strategy, the implementation of supplier scorecards, CAPA, deviation and root cause investigation, regulatory compliance, audits, and driving accountability for response time and effectiveness. The candidate provides Food Safety & Quality strategic leadership ensuring the Kate Farms is delivering overall supply chain quality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide food safety, regulatory, and quality expectations, standards, and requirements to suppliers and ensure they comply. Be responsible for oversight of Kate Farm’s supplier network from a quality perspective.
• Develop and implement the best practices and procedures for onboarding process and ongoing assessment of vendors, storage sites, and co-manufacturers. Utilize TraceGains to its fullest to manage supplier compliance and documentation.
• By working closely with Sourcing and Product Development, conduct technical reviews and risk assessments of supplier capabilities and practices and the materials they are supplying. Support product commercialization activities.
• Work with suppliers to strategically coordinate continuous improvement efforts and programs related to food safety and quality processes and systems, including defining performance measures. Participate and provide FSQ inputs for Quarterly Business reviews.
• Keep abreast of new developments in GFSI, FSMA, GMPs, Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher, Halal and other regulatory standards and keep track of supplier compliances against requirements.
• Identify and implement inspection and auditing protocols and conduct audits of new and existing suppliers.
• Review Food Safety/HACCP plans, 3rd party audit reports, internal questionnaires, certifications, specifications, etc. as part of the qualification and monitoring of new and existing suppliers.
• Evaluate and investigate finished product and raw material defects, non-conformances, customer complaints, and deviations. Issue corrective action requests to suppliers and manage CAPA process via TraceGains. Review Suppliers’ root cause investigation, corrective actions and provide feedback when corrective actions are insufficient to prevent recurrence or to identify the root cause.
• Review and approve co-manufacturers’ processing specifications, controls and verification standards and activities by working closely with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate and confirm changes are effectively communicated and implemented at suppliers as per the change management process.
