Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Event & In-Person Marketing:
  • • Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Events Manager to develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event
  • • Research vendors and make selections based on their quality and cost for our hosted and field events
  • • Book venues, schedule speakers, update budgeting trackers, and book hotel room blocks (when needed)
  • • Develop event materials (collateral & swag) and work with design and vendors to produce and manage inventory and optimize pricing
  • Manage the distribution of sales and customer success team “event kits” and materials (swag and printed collateral) production and shipping for prospect and customer visits as well as events and conferences
• Demand Generation:
  • • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and operations team to measure the success of each event and conference
  • Prepare event lists and leads for sales
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • • Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to align marketing event efforts regionally across territories
  • • Ensure that all Varsity Tutors reps are prepared for events and conferences – while some travel is required, you are often not onsite so clear communication and expectations are key, as well as being available when events occur (sometimes outside of traditional working hours).

About the Opportunity

The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) acts as a trusted advisor for the customer in achieving customer outcomes, value and success with Cribl solutions. This highly technical role needs to coordinate and strategize across several functions to enable customers to realize continuous value.

The CSE must be ready to engage with various technical and management functions within an organization and demonstrate the value of Cribl in business discussions with company executives. Salary Range ($81,000 – $133,500)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the inidual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We're looking for a world-class Account Executive to join our sales team. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves consultative selling, and wants to close high-impact deals while shaping the future of tax AI, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

* Win and grow revenue by selling TaxGPT into accounting firms, tax departments, and financial services teams. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from first outbound to trial activation to close.

What You’ll Need

* 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with experience in AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or fintech platforms

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience selling to tax professionals and professional services firms

What We Offer

* Compensation: The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000 - $165,000/year

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Quick Screen (10 minutes)

You’ll receive 2 recorded sales calls to analyze. Using your insights, record a brief Loom (~5 minutes) reviewing the call and walking us through how you’d approach the deal.

You’ll be invited to a virtual interview. We’ll spend the first 45 minutes digging into your assignment and thought process. The final 15 minutes are reserved for your questions.

Step 4: Founder Interview (30 minutes)

You'll meet 1:1 with our Founder & CEO to e deeper into TaxGPT’s mission, roadmap, and where you could make an impact.

Pay and conditions

The position is full-time ongoing. You will work remotely wherever you like on any days of the week and any time of the day you like. Your colleagues will work in similar time zones.

Compensation will be a top of market salary. You can be hired directly and payed in cryptocurrency or you can be hired by deel.com as a local employer of record with pay in your local currency, standard compliant local benefits, holidays and payslips including compulsory deductions and retirement account contributions.
