Job Description  

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join Homebase as a Talent Acquisition Intern. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for finding and placing top talent, and know how to engage prospects on an interpersonal level. Flowly is an app for chronic pain, anxiety, and sleep management. Flowly's Technology

Flowly's technology can be broken down into four main components: The app, Unity, AWS Backend, and web portal

The app Currently, Flowly is built for iOS with Swift (and Objective C where necessary). We've embedded Unity Engine as a framework which allows us to run our VR experiences. In the app we use services like Segment, Appsflyer, Branch, Facebook Events SDK, Apple In-App Purchases, Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, RemoteConfig, Dynamic Links)

Our goal is to transition to a flutter, cross-platform approach and we aim to do so within the next few months

Unity Our app's main content is all built in Unity. We use Google Cardboard SDK for VR functionality. Our content is distributed via asset bundles.

AWS Our backend is currently serverless, configured and deployed using AWS Amplify. We use Cognito, DynamoDB, AppSync, API Gateway, S3, and Lambda. Our Core API is GraphQL, configured via AppSync. Our app consumes the backend via Amplify frontend SDKs.

This role falls in our Platform team, a team of extremely sharp engineers responsible for our backend data processing pipeline, user facing products, and overall system architecture.
