I am the cofounder of SwiftSku, and we empower mom and pop convenience stores to compete against the Goliath chains of the industry. We have just finished our $3M seed round after Y Combinator’s Winter ‘21 demo day and we are off to the races.

SwiftSku's CEO, Mit Patel, grew up managing the inventory, pricebook, and reporting of his family’s convenience stores, and, when vendors would come by, he’d bridge the language barrier as a translator. More than 85% of independent convenience stores are owned by Indian families like Mit’s.

SwiftSku was born through Mit’s first hand experience of the pain these small business owners have managing their entire business by pen and paper. While in college, Mit and Daniel founded SwiftSku with the greater vision of revolutionizing the entire industry from inventory management to supply chain optimization.

Today, SwiftSku provides owners pricebook management, fuel pump controls, and brand to consumer loyalty programs. We are a small startup and we are building the infrastructure these small businesses desperately need. We need a quick learner that can jump into solving new and complex problems in an ignored and seemingly unsexy industry.

Tens of thousands of convenience store owners are finding that their priceless point of sale data is being deleted and are forced to rely on their gut for important business decisions. SwiftSku has a hardware device that plugs into their point of sale systems to empower owners with business intelligence for the first time all from their smartphone.

About Your Role

We are looking for a committed full time Technical Support rep. to join our founding team. Our team is entirely remote, although the company is based in the United States.

The Alliances team is instrumental to the growth at Fivetran and how we as a company, as a whole, go to market. As a Field Alliances Manager you will be responsible for the joint sales and opportunity plays with our partners.
