About The Opportunity

Figment is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our internal systems that support Finance, Sales, RevOps, and other internal teams. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap for critical internal platforms such as our admin and internal reporting systems that power our business operations.

As our Senior PM for Internal Systems, you'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, streamline workflows, and deliver solutions that increase efficiency and drive business impact. Compensation

One of Figment’s core principles is “Making the Invisible Visible” - ensuring transparency and information sharing in all communication. Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for.

Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $180,000 - $215,000. The US base salary range for this position is USD $180,000 - $215,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training.

Perform scheduled daily reviews of our ATM hardware and software management platform and identify ATM maintenance needs. Review internal and external requests and notifications to support ATM performance and end user service needs. Effectively triage hardware and software issues and open service calls as needed. Manage service calls assigned to providers to completion in accordance to the master service agreement and company KPIs. Review and assess ATM camera angles on a weekly basis to ensure customer images are captured in accordance with government regulatory compliance requirements.  Review ATM performance for chronic behavior and perform root cause analysis to restore ATMs to optimal uptime. Liaison with customers as needed to maintain the business partnership and mitigate escalations. Make recommendations to improve efficiency within the team and/or cross functional departments.

Qualifications

A minimum of one year in an ATM technical service role either in a field or call center environment. A minimum of a working knowledge level of Kaba Mas locks is preferred.  Intermediate level or higher knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written. We are looking for an experienced product manager with strong technical depth to join our Protocol Product team. • Drive the scaling roadmap: Own and deliver the vertical scaling roadmap (6-18 months+), working with OP Labs and Optimism Collective engineering teams and L1 core developers. This will require deeply understanding cutting edge research from Ethereum and other ecosystems, and bringing actionable plans to drive scaling forward.

• Champion the customer(s): Engage with chain operators and RaaS team, RPC providers, explorers and indexers, and proof teams to understand their performance challenges and tradeoffs and represent their needs in the scaling roadmap.

• Tell the scaling story: Work with the growth and marketing teams to to communicate OP Stack scalability story through dashboards, blog posts, talks, and ecosystem updates.

• 5+ years of product and engineering experience: You have at least 5 years of technical product management experience (e.g. onchain protocol, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, etc.) or at least 3 years of product experience with 2 years of engineering experience. We’re seeking a Commercial Lead to build and run our outbound sales engine, drive new revenue, and lay the foundation for a repeatable go-to-market motion. What’s the Job?

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with experience designing crypto or DeFi products, someone who understands the unique UX challenges of decentralised products and wants to push them forward.

You’ll be the design owner across our product portfolio, from our cross-chain swapping platform to our upcoming lending product, which enables users to borrow and lend native assets like BTC, ETH, and USDC across chains natively. These are some of the most complex UX problems in the space, and we’re solving them in ways no one else is.

Your job is to deeply understand our users by defining, experimenting and iterating to solve these problems. You’ll help us eliminate friction, abstract away complexity, and design experiences that feel seamless, even when they’re powered by multiple blockchains.

The Product team is a lean cross-functional team composed of six Engineers, a Product Lead, and, soon to join, Lead Designer. The nature of this team means communication and collaboration are taken very seriously.

• Lead projects from discovery to launch, balancing attention to detail with low-fidelity sketches as needed
• Align input from business goals, technical requirements, and data to design concepts that can be tested with users and partners
