• Proven business development experience in financial services, fintech or web3, able to proactively drive results.
• Strong data, math, statistical or onchain analytics background to support data-driven decision-making and analysis. Sufficient control of Excel/spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent writing skills for creating compelling proposals, pitches, and reports.
• Ability to pitch financial investments with confidence and clarity.
• Understanding of DeFi/CeFi and blockchain concepts.
• Willingness and ability to travel and attend real-life events to make new/deepen existing connections to efficiently drive new business.

Extra credit

• Working experience within the DeFi/CeFi space.
• Network of contacts in the crypto industry.
• Strong first-hand experience with DeFi, including DEXes, lending protocols, providing liquidity to pools, etc
• Knowledge of how DeFi/CeFi integrators work, including: CEXes, payment providers, market makers, on/off-ramp providers, onchain liquidity managers

We need a terminally-online degen to run our X and serve as our Discord reply guy. You live for engagement, read the timeline like an oracle, and can turn protocol updates into shitposts that print impressions.

What you’ll do:

• Post daily - threads, memes, updates, bait, comments, replies.
• Catch trends early and bend them our way.
• Turn market action into stories people have to bet on.
• Surface the wildest markets and make them trend.

What you are:

• Deep in CT and prediction markets (you know which narratives are long/short).
• Writes like a human, not a PR bot.
• Can smell sentiment shifts before they move the line.
• Ideally already farming followers on an alt.
