The Role
The FinCrime Manager will be a key member of Ethena’s compliance team, reporting to the Head of Compliance and working closely with Operations, Legal, and Product. This role is central to Ethena’s responsibility to maintain strong financial crime defenses across our core products and upcoming initiatives. You’ll take ownership of investigations, sanctions reviews, and enhanced due diligence, while also developing the policies, playbooks, and monitoring frameworks that allow us to operate with confidence as we scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll manage our investigations and EDD processes day to day, guide junior analysts, and serve as the point of contact for partners, auditors, and regulators on financial crime matters. What You’ll Do

Your Role
The Arbitrum Foundation marketing team is seeking a DeFi Marketing Lead who can merge marketing strategies with innovative Web3 growth techniques to drive the success of DeFi projects launching on Arbitrum. Your role is central to ensuring the growth and success of the projects you work with to deliver an incremental number of active wallets and successful and retained liquidity. You will provide consultations to our partners and you will also be responsible for running growth campaigns for our partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive marketing growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, creator activations, digital marketing, NFT & tokens, content crossovers, etc).
- Lead and conceptualise Web3 incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners’ goals.
- Understand partners’ needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their growth and successful increase in liquidity
- Work closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns with message cohesion.
- Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving.
- Create best practices and growth programs to drive results on scale.
What You’ll Need
- DeFi and/or Web3 professional experience is highly preferred.
- 5+ years in growth marketing and account management, with Web2 and Web3-related growth experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem.
- Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
- Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners.
- Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done.
- Be able to work across time zones with global partners.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Developer Relations Engineer to become a key member of our team. As part of the Engineering team, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our Layer 2 solutions by contributing to the ecosystem with workshops, technical contents and building meaningful relationships with developers. At the same time you will be supporting the foundation departments when it comes down to their technical needs. If you stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, particularly in the Ethereum ecosystem and you have a genuine passion for collaborating with developers, we would love to connect with you.
Your Responsibilities
- Developer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, both within and outside the Arbitrum community. Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
- Advocacy and Community building: Serve as a passionate advocate for Arbitrum by developing and executing strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant developer community around Arbitrum. Organise meetups, webinars, workshops, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Contributing: Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and contribute to the open source ecosystem to help developers integrate with Arbitrum seamlessly. Deliver educational content through various channels.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from developers and relay it to our product and engineering teams. Advocate for developers’ needs and priorities within the organisation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to align developer outreach with our strategic goals.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse developer engagement metrics to measure the impact of developer relations efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Assess leads (e.g. grant proposals, product requirement documents, etc) from a technical standpoint, focusing on the technical team capabilities, architecture and source code and the timeline credibility.
- Contributing back to the ecosystem via open source contributions or the production of other educational materials
What You’ll Need
- You are fluent in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g. Typescript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, etc)
- Fundamentals of Solidity
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and EVM solutions.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to erse audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent work experience
Nice to have
- Prior experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a related role in the tech industry, within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
- Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement.
- Prior commercial experience with Solidity
- Exposure to Rust
- Open-source contributor on the EVM space
- You speak another language (e.g. Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, Korean, Japanese)
