• Translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used by different disciplines across the company. Design, implement and build pipelines that deliver data with measurable quality under the SLA

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience 
• 7+ years of experience working in data architecture, data pipelines, data modeling, master data management, metadata management
• Experience designing, deploying, and leading end to end Data platforms in a cloud-based and Agile environment
• Very strong experience in scaling and optimizing schemas, writing complex and performance tuning SQL and Data pipelines in the OLTP, OLAP and Data Warehouse environments.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases and being capable of writing complex SQL.
• Experiences with Cloud-based Data Warehousing Platform such as SnowFlake or AWS Redshift.
• Experience with Data Pipeline and workflow tools such as Airflow including upgrades and administration tasks. Experience with AWS managed Airflow is a plus.
• Proficiency with one or more object-oriented and/or functional programming languages - Python/Scala/PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies like Spark - Databricks Preferred.
• Experience with AWS  - S3, SQS, Lambda, Athena and more.
• Experience with any of different ETL Tools like - Fivetran, Segment, Mulesoft or others.
• Knowledge of at-least one Data Visualization tool like Tableau, Periscope or Looker
• Knowldege of Salesforce and its processes is a big plus.
• A consistent track record of close collaboration with business partners and crafting data solutions to meet their needs 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners
• Smart Inidual to pick up and jump into any new technology as and when needed and a good team player.

The Parkinson’s Foundation is seeking a goal-oriented and self-motivated professional to serve as a part-time contractor in the role of Matching Gifts Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing the Foundation’s Matching Gifts program by responding to matching gift inquiries, opt-outs, and confirmation requests. The coordinator will also provide support for entering all matching gifts into Raiser’s Edge and Luminate while ensuring that proper designations are applied.

It is essential that the Data Entry Coordinator demonstrates and upholds the Foundation’s values of collaboration, dedication, excellence, integrity, positivity, responsiveness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to all email inquiries received via [email protected]
• Responsible for entering all check and ACH matching gift and employee giving transactions into the database.

• Enter Matching Gift pledges into Raiser’s Edge for all confirmed gifts.
• Update and maintain the Double the Donation database
• Assist in maintaining Raiser’s Edge donor data and perform maintenance cleanup of donor records when needed.

About the Role

We are in the search of an ambitious Data Engineer to be part of our newly formed Data Engineering team here at HTB.

In this role, you will take over our data pipelines, maintain and develop new ones, improve data quality, make data available to the organisation and expand data usage across the organisation. Your day-to-day will include end to end involvement and design of ETL processes, including sourcing data from different HTB departments, checking them, transforming them into clear information and loading them for various uses. The creation of clean and articulated code will definitely help in this process.

You will be heavily involved with both consuming and developing REST APIs, manage data infrastructure and services, and have the opportunity to work with a plethora of key 3rd party tools like Fivetran, Snowflake and many more. We are looking for someone who is a constant learner and thinks outside the box. Since the team is recently shaped, there is a lot of room for innovative ideas and taking part in more creative tasks.

• Previous experience with cloud technologies & tools will be considered a plus

The Role

As our first Data Analyst, you’ll be collaborating in a cross functional environment with our commercial, operations and product teams. Specialising in analysing and presenting a range of operational data, you’ll be a commercially savvy, data loving person, who lives and breathes ambition.

We tackle opportunities from a ‘first principles’ approach - using as much data as possible to guide our commercial operations and support our scale. As our Data Analyst, you will be integral to how we understand and act on our performance. In your first months at Legl, you will be fully immersed across our commercial operations, product and data infrastructure. With a focus on continuous improvement and opportunity spotting, you will combine your commercial acumen, with data analysis skills (incl. SQL) to create insights that support decision-making and move us forwards. We have exciting plans to unify data across our teams, and this role has the exciting responsibility in creating a clear, data-driven framework for identifying and delivering strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own company Business Intelligence (BI) and tooling - creating single sources of truth.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Google Sheets to generate insights and support BAU reporting frameworks.
• Support teams in accessing data on a self-service basis through reporting infrastructure.
• Work with our Product team to help us understand the impact of new product launches, the effectiveness of our GTM, and the uptake of new features.
• Work with our Commercial team and Sales Operations to support analysis and understanding of sales performance and revenue growth.
• Deliver engaging and concise reports to the senior leadership team using valuable insights.

Requirements

• Highly data-literate and excellent at presenting insights in consumable and impactful ways to all levels of stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL queries.
• Familiarity working with BI tools and other data visualisation tools (we use Metabase today)
• Able to deliver against complex, or multi-stage requirements, and take ownership for project outcomes and deliverables.

• Being accountable for the availability and delivery of our corporate metrics and KPIs and providing insights to the business on key SaaS measures

• Has advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel

• Is proficient in visualizing data and building reports and dashboards

• Has experience producing and administering content using dashboarding/reporting tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc.

• Has experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, MongoDB, Bigtable, etc.

• Has a profound understanding of data modeling concepts.

• Experience using analytical data warehouses such as RedShift, BigQuery, and Snowflake is a strong asset.

• Experience using Python and R is an asset.

• Can clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

• Can work independently and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner, with minimal direction

• Hitting the ground running, confidently able to draw immediate insights and make recommendations on further improving metrics and information delivery to the company.

• A proven work ethic that drives the desired results, with an excellent business acumen and excellent project management skills
