The Role

Global Greengrants Fund is looking to hire an energetic and passionate inidual who will play a key role in providing holistic administrative and operational support to our Donor Advised Funds (DAF) and Pooled Funds, working closely with other staff, especially in programs, grants, finance, and operations. They will coordinate an internal cross-departmental team with members from Programs, External Relations, and Finance focused on ensuring both the strategic success of our partnerships as well as day-to-day operations for the pooled funds. The role includes administrative and relational support for pooled and donor-advised funds, including client request tracking, data entry and management, grants management, contract management, and documentation. The Coordinator works with DAF donors and pooled fund staff to determine their grantmaking program needs and coordinates across departments to ensure they are met in a timely and efficient manner. The position also serves as the primary point of contact in Greengrants for DAF grantees regarding process, reporting, and renewal. The position contributes to the development of plans, processes, and analysis to strengthen the DAF and pooled fund programs and contributes to Greengrants strategic vision for the growth and development of these programs. The Coordinator shall actively seek opportunities for programmatic collaboration between GGF and its fund partners to add value to the relationships.

The Coordinator is a member of the Operations Team, and in the present accountability structures is line managed by the Director of Operations while building and working in more collaborative ways.

The Candidate Profile

Successful applicants will have significant relevant experience in similar roles in non-profit development, environmental justice, feminist, gender, human rights organizations, and/or funding organizations. They demonstrate experience in managing services, agreements, and program relationships. They demonstrate knowledge and experience in charity/nonprofit grant accounting/financial issues and analysis. They should have excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They should have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship building, and interpersonal skills to build strong alliances with erse constituencies with experience working with erse communities from multiple identities across the globe, in a virtual environment. English fluency is a must. They also thrive in a virtual environment, motivated to take on challenges and collaboratively find innovative and creative solutions.

• Set the correct levels of inventory (safety stocks) within the supply plan by understanding the demand volatility and supply chain lead times

About the role

As komoot’s first Localization Manager, you’ll own the translation process end to end. This includes day-to-day translation coordination, ensuring high-quality translations that match our casual and friendly brand voice, and working closely with our in-house writers and freelance linguists. You’ll define the best processes to triage requests, manage projects and freelancers, ensure quality, and connect our TMS to teams and software tools. This is a specialized and technical role spanning project management, process automation, emerging technologies (CAT, ML), and linguistic understanding. • In due course, plan and collaborate on larger-scale localization projects and strategy, such as additional language roll-out, internationalization projects, advising on localizability, etc.

Required qualifications

• A computer science degree or experience in a professional engineering role

About the Role

Wild Alaskan Company is in search of a hands-on, tech-savvy, visionary Product Manager with experience specifically related to developing and enhancing enterprise systems, with a focus on inventory, production, logistics, and reporting. The perfect candidate is capable of developing strategies and digging into the details, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is comfortable operating in the white space that often accompanies building disruptive technologies from the ground up.

As Senior Enterprise Product Manager, you’ll work with stakeholders across the company to drive the future of our proprietary inventory, production, and logistics system, leveraging your own expertise as well. In this high-profile role, you’ll partner closely with Engineering to ensure requirements are clear and actionable, driving enormous value for the company. This role reports to the EVP.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy related to our enterprise software solution, including our proprietary inventory management, logistics, order management and marketing operations platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and build a quarterly product roadmap based on business value.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Communicate transparently and effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment, buy-in, and understanding.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Design to ensure our product designs and stories effectively communicate what we need to build and why, making trade-offs as necessary.
• Break down complex problems into shippable small features and improvements to prove hypotheses and provide value to the business and its end users.
• Work with Data Science and Analytics to understand customer behavior and make decisions to optimize performance on the platform.
• Present to leadership and the company about how new products and improvements have affected KPIs that ladder up to company strategic goals.
• Consistently identify problems and inefficiencies within the digital product process and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Shepherd an agile approach by running grooming sessions, feature kick-offs and collaborative design exercises as needed.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager working on one or more aspects of a modern ERP system, including inventory, finance, production, and/or logistics.
• 8+ years of product management experience overall.
• Deep knowledge of the inventory management space, with a desire to learn and stay current with new technologies and products.
• Track record of consistently meeting sprint commitments and launching high-impact features.
• Meticulous and extremely organized.
• A strong analytical and critical thinker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Google Analytics and SQL/Looker fluency.
• Possess an understanding of when you need to roll up your sleeves and QA versus deploy, monitor and iterate, quickly.
• Background in managing integrations with third-party software.
• Desire to learn and stay on top of new technologies and methodologies.
• Seasoned agile coach.

• An understanding of backend software architecture, infrastructure, and database design.

The starting salary range for this position is $130,000 – $165,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Wild Alaskan’s benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k, PTO, safe/sick time, vacation, parental leave and more, as well as a delicious box of free fish every month.
