Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Accumulus and our platform by leading the development and execution of foundational product initiatives in our roadmap. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts within Accumulus, from our sponsors, and representatives across the global health authorities to better develop and communicate requirements in an agile development process. You’ll work across the product lifecycle from identifying market opportunities to understanding users to executing plans for meeting roadmap objectives and effectively communicating product value. You should enjoy working at a fast pace with experts across disciplines to deliver software tools supporting new review and sharing processes between health authorities and life sciences organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of complex software solutions, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving product excellence.

Responsibilities

• • Own the generation, curation, and delivery of the product backlog for multiple foundational platform capabilities. Develop and maintain a specialized understanding of regulatory engagements and features Accumulus can deliver to support and enrich them.

• • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives, user needs and market demand, continually assessing and adjusting execution plans in response to evolving market dynamics.

• • Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that product features are well-defined, achievable and in alignment with user expectations and compliance. Translate business requirements into actionable plans, epics and user stories with accompanying artifacts, which you’ve created.

• • Collaborate with Product Designers on low-fi designs and workflows that facilitate requirement iterations with stakeholders and users, and high-fi designs for development.

• • Work within agile development teams in a Product Owner capacity, helping to prioritize and clarify details regarding the product backlog sprint over sprint. Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate necessary people and time tradeoffs to maximize the value of each release. Anticipate risks and provide risk mitigation options.

• • Work in partnership with business operations (program managers) to ensure successful and timely product delivery.

• • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to our target markets. Ensure that our platform meets all necessary compliance standards and certifications, working closely with legal, regulatory, security and quality teams.

• • Ensure the successful resolution of product issues identified by field organizations both during development and post-production.

• • Articulate the value of new features and the future direction of the platform to customers and partners.

• • Evangelize products and become the subject matter expert for internal audiences, external customers/potential customers, and market-facing communications

• • Focus the company on future growth areas that drive business value and deliver a strong return based on corporate goals and initiatives.

• • Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, sales and operations to develop effective go to market plans and appropriate training and processes for feature launches and feature scalability

• • Develop a deep understanding of the market and identify areas to drive further digital transformation through unique value propositions that position the Accumulus platform as the leader and driver of innovation.

AccuTrade Product Manager (PM II)

• Demonstrated product sense with a firm understanding of UX design principles and product experimentation (i.e. A/B testing, User testing, etc.).
• You have experience working across the entire product process (strategy through to delivery) and understand the fundamental principles of product management, lean product development and agile practices; ideally with experience in behavioral driven design
• Experience defining KPIs and product metrics and using them to drive decisions, and pairing that with a sense for how and when to balance data with intuition.

Who Are We?

DV labs is a remote-first research and software development team focused on Proof of Stake infrastructure for public blockchain networks. Specific topics of focus are Internet Bonds, Distributed Validator Technology, and Multi-Operator Validation. The core team includes +30 members spread across +15 countries.

The core team is building the Network, a protocol to foster trust-minimized staking through multi-operator validation. This will enable low-trust access to Ethereum staking yield, which can be used as a core building block in various Web3 products.

The Network

The network can be best visualized as a work layer that sits directly on top of the base layer consensus. This work layer is designed to provide the base layer with more resiliency and decentralization as it scales. In this chapter of Ethereum, we will move on to the next great scaling challenge, which is stake centralization. Layers like DV Labs are critical to the long-term viability and resiliency of public networks, especially networks like Ethereum.

DV Labs as a layer is focused on scaling main chain staking by providing permissionless access to Distributed Validators. The network utilizes a middleware implementation of Distributed Validator Technology (DVT), to enable the operation of distributed validator clusters that can preserve validators’ current client and remote signing configurations.

Similar to how roll-up technology laid the foundation for L2 scaling implementations, we believe DVT will do the same for scaling the consensus layer while preserving decentralization. Staking infrastructure is entering its protocol phase of evolution, which must include trust-minimized staking networks that can be plugged into at scale. Total Rewards

The Operations Project Manager at GuidePoint Security LLC (‘GuidePoint’) is responsible for end-to-end project life cycle management for internal projects supporting business operations. This role will report directly to the Sr VP of Operations and will coordinate with teams across GuidePoint to successfully manage projects within the defined scope, timelines, and budget. The Operations Project Manager is expected to work independently with minimal supervision over daily activities and to provide clear communication to stakeholders on project status, timelines, decisions, and escalations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• • Efficient and effective management of multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, from initiation to deployment.

• • Primary point of contact throughout each project, ensuring regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders.

• • Preparation of project plans for all project phases with the appropriate level of detail.

• • Manage day-to-day activities and resources on active projects while working closely with engagement leads.

• • Provides status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalates issues appropriately.

• • Manage project issues and risks to resolution.

• • Maintain understanding of interdependencies between departments, systems, internal processes, and business objectives.

• • Plan and manage resources ensuring all projects meet scope and budget expectations.

• • Monitor, track, and control open action items, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

• • Develop and deliver requirements documentation, progress reports, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

• • Ensure projects follow established quality standards where applicable.

• • Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

• • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

• • Minimum of 1 year experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure.

• • Experience with Agile methodology.

• • Advanced computer skills with Mac and Google application experience preferred.

• • Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools.

• • Standard industry certifications are preferred.

• • Preferred experience in JIRA, Smartsheet, Certinia, and Salesforce.

• • Advanced project management skills, with demonstrated ability to evaluate project objectives and scope, lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, schedule resources, and manage timeline and budget to plan.

• • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously.

• • Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects, including running planning meetings, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.

• • Excellent communication skills that include the ability to communicate with anyone from a technical resource to the highest level of management.

• • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize.
