Job Description:
Senior Content Writer - Web & AIO/SEO
Location: Waltham, MA
Hybrid
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Content Writer who can own high-impact website content end-to-end, from research and narrative development to SEO/AIO optimization and conversion-focused copywriting. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, SEO/AIO, and web UX, shaping how enterprise buyers understand ZoomInfo's platform and helping our site perform across both traditional search and AI search systems.
You'll write crisp, structured, high-performing content that ladders to our broader GTM Intelligence narrative and drives measurable lifts in visibility, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on writing role for someone who can go deep on complex GTM products, distill them into simple language, and ship high-quality work quickly.
You will work closely with our Web, Product Marketing, AIO, and Brand teams to build content that performs across three fronts:
- AI Search (AIO-optimized narratives, schema-aligned copy, entity-driven consistency)
- Traditional SEO (technical fundamentals, keyword strategy, structured content)
- On-site Conversion (clear journeys, strong messaging, crisp UX copy)
This is a role for someone who thinks like a storyteller, writes like a conversion strategist, and operates like an SEO/AIO pro.
What You'll Do:
Web & Conversion Content
- Write and refresh high-impact website content across product pages, solution pages, features, use cases, and personas.
- Partner with Brand and PMM to translate platform and product narratives into simple, compelling web content.
- Build modular, scalable content patterns that improve clarity, user flow, and conversion.
AI Search Optimization (AIO)
- Write schema-driven copy (FAQs, metadata, structured elements) to improve consistency across AI search systems.
- Support AIO coverage expansion by producing content aligned to entity definitions, fan-out keyword clusters, and narrative anchors.
- Partner with AIO team to refine patterns for pages flagged by crawl behavior, mention rate gaps, or schema coverage needs.
SEO Content
- Write SEO-optimized content that balances search intent, UX clarity, and brand voice.
- Build content structures (H1/H2 hierarchy, summaries, TL;DRs) aligned to keyword and cluster strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO/AIO teams on briefs, testing plans, and ongoing optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Web PMs, Designers, and Product Management stakeholders to refine content around journeys, modules, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Brand to ensure every page reinforces our GTM Intelligence platform story, and voice and tone.
- Integrate insights from analytics, A/B tests, and AI-search performance into content refreshes.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves
- 5-8+ years experience writing website, SEO, or conversion-oriented content (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, search intent, content hierarchy, metadata, and internal linking.
- Working knowledge of AIO/AI Search mechanics - or strong willingness and ability to learn fast.
- Ability to turn complex product concepts (AI agents, orchestration, GTM workflows) into simple, direct copy.
- Experience writing for multiple personas across the funnel (RevOps, Sales, Marketing, SDR).
- Strong editorial instincts: clarity, structure, consistency, narrative discipline.
- Fast, reliable execution - able to manage multiple deadlines with high quality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience writing schema-driven content (FAQPage, HowTo, Organization, Product, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows, knowledge bases, or structured editorial systems.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, martech, sales tech, or data products.
- Background in messaging development or website refresh projects.
What Success Looks Like
- High-quality content delivered quickly and at scale.
- Clear, consistent messaging across product, solution, and use case pages.
- Improved keyword coverage, schema coverage, and AI mention rate on owned pages.
- Stronger on-site conversion because of cleaner content patterns and better narrative alignment.
- A website that tells a unified, compelling, AI-ready GTM Intelligence story.

Title: Senior Full-stack Engineer
Location: Boston
Department: Engineering
Job Description:
About Arbor
Arbor helps renters, homeowners, and small businesses pay less for electricity. Behind the scenes, Arbor is building an intelligent electricity marketplace to power an abundant electric future. As AI data centers drive a surge in electricity demand, millions of homes and businesses remain trapped with 20th century monopoly interfaces, overpaying by billions while cheap renewable energy goes to waste. Our AI-powered platform aggregates users to unlock wholesale pricing, automatically switches between the best rates, and optimizes usage to align with prices in real-time—delivering the same market advantages that were previously exclusive to Fortune 500 companies. We've raised over $20 million from leading investors and have saved over $7.5 million for tens of thousands of homes and businesses.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior front-end leaning fullstack engineer to own the user-facing experience of our energy marketplace—the interface where tens of thousands of customers see their savings, compare rates, and take action on their energy decisions. You'll be hands-on building products while also elevating the frontend craft across our engineering team. This is a player-coach role: you'll ship high-impact features, set technical direction for frontend architecture, and mentor engineers on a lean team where quality and velocity both matter.
What You'll Do
Lead user-facing development for our marketplace platform, from real-time rate comparisons to customer dashboards and enrollment flows
Set technical direction for frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices across the team
Build polished, performant interfaces that make complex energy market data intuitive for consumers and businesses
Mentor and grow frontend engineers; conduct code reviews that raise the bar on quality and craft
Partner with product and design to translate user needs into delightful, high-converting experiences. Take product ownership on select features and projects when necessary.
Champion AI-augmented development workflows - we expect leads to model how AI tools can multiply team output
Balance hands-on contribution (expect 60-70% coding) with technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration
What You Bring
5+ years of full stack engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in a tech lead or senior mentorship capacity
Expert-level React and Next.js skills; you've architected and scaled production applications, not just contributed to them
Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred), Node, API development patterns
Strong TypeScript proficiency and opinions on frontend patterns that actually work at scale
Clear communication skills; you can articulate technical tradeoffs to engineers and non-engineers alike
Eye for UI/UX quality; you care about the details that separate good products from great ones
Experience with modern frontend tooling, testing strategies, and performance optimization
AI fluency: you're already using AI coding tools daily and excited to help the team level up their AI-augmented workflows
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping; you thrive when ownership is high and direction-setting is part of the job
Interest in energy, climate tech, or marketplace products is a strong plus
Compensation & Work Setup
Competitive salary + meaningful equity + benefits
Remote-friendly with occasional in-person collaboration as needed

Work Where It's Best for You
Work Anywhere means you can work in an office or at home on any given day. It's about getting the work done in the way and place that works best for each person. This applies across all locations and departments.
Work Anywhere does not mean work at any time. We have predictable core hours where employees are generally available for meetings and collaboration. Employees are focused and available during core hours.
We invest in our offices to make them places where our employees like to go. If you work in the office three or more days a week, you will have a dedicated office workspace. Our offices function as hubs to draw people in, create social bonds, and where random connections and mixing of ideas happen. We're investing more in offices, culture, and offsite meetings, not less.
Product teams are organized in regional product hubs for optimal collaboration and live within a time zone of their hub. Our current product hubs are located in Pleasanton, Columbus, Boston, Kansas City, New York City, Raleigh, and Toronto. We create opportunities for teams to get together in person regularly.
Customer-facing roles, such as Sales and Professional Services, live near and/or travel to their customers.
When an employee moves within a country it does not cause a change in salary. Where you live impacts you and your family. Not knowing if your compensation will change if you move can cause stress and uncertainty for everyone. We wanted to eliminate that.
Work at Veeva. Work where it's best for you.
A different kind of company. A Public Benefit Corporation.
Unlike a traditional corporation, whose only legal duty is to maximize shareholder value, PBCs consider their public benefit purpose and the interests of those materially affected by the corporation's conduct-including customers, employees, and the community-in addition to shareholders' interests.
What sets us apart
- Public Benefit Corporation
- Work Anywhere
- Veeva Giving
- Corporate Citizenship
- Employees are Shareholders
- Non-Competes
Public Benefit Corporation
In February 2021, Veeva became the first public company to convert to a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC).
Unlike a traditional corporation, whose only legal duty is to maximize shareholder value, PBCs consider their public benefit purpose and the interests of those materially affected by the corporation's conduct-including customers, employees, and the community-in addition to shareholders' interests.
Veeva's public benefit purpose is to help make the industries we serve more productive and create high-quality employment opportunities.

Kanopi Studios is a Design, Development & Support Agency with a fully distributed team of people who are experts in Drupal & WordPress.
Our clients are mission-driven — and so are we. We design, build, and support websites that help their missions thrive.
We believe the people behind the work matter just as much as the work itself. That’s why we’re deeply committed to supporting our team’s growth, wellbeing, and success. When our people thrive, our clients do too — and together, we build a web that works better for everyone.
As Kanopi continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome a new WordPress Engineer to our team.
About the Role
As a WordPress Engineer at Kanopi Studios, you will build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites that help our clients achieve their goals. You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical leads, designers, and other engineers to deliver performant, secure, and accessible digital experiences. You’ll balance independent problem-solving with active team communication, writing clean, well-documented code that adheres to Kanopi’s best practices and quality standards.
Requirements
Your typical work week might include:
- Developing and supporting a wide variety of custom WordPress sites.
- Building themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks (React/ACF).
- Creating templates and patterns that support Full Site Editing (FSE).
- Writing clean, maintainable, and performant PHP, JavaScript (React), and CSS/Sass.
- Managing site configuration, updates, and technical support tickets.
- Triaging and debugging unfamiliar WordPress sites quickly and effectively.
- Using modern workflows such as Git flow, Composer, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines to manage deployments.
- Participating in peer code reviews and contributing to shared Kanopi libraries and documentation.
- Collaborating on technical design of new features and integrations.
- Communicating proactively and collaborating on problem-solving while maintaining a supportive, inclusive work style.
- Effectively prioritizing tasks across projects and clients while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
About the compensation and work requirements
This is a full-time position. The starting salary for this role will fall within the range of $66,100.00 - $81,439.00 - the range is broad, but it is commensurate with experience, aligned with current members of our team with similar experience, and may shift a bit depending on your geographic location. This is a 100% remote role, but you must live and be able to work in the US or Canada.
Now, let's talk about you!
We're looking for candidates who have experience with the following:
- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, and Gutenberg block development (ACF).

- Proficient with React for Gutenberg blocks; experience with Next.js or headless WordPress implementations is a plus.
- Awareness of performance, security, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), SEO, and basic server administration best practices.
- Experience with modern development workflows (Composer, Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and multi-environment setups).
- Experience working in WordPress VIP, WPEngine, or Pantheon environments.
- Experience working within a digital agency or multi-client environment.
- Familiarity with different project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience identifying and surfacing potential project risks early.
- Strong, inclusive, and thoughtful interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
